We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was nice and there were iguanas outside in the afternoon which our daughters loved. The area is charming and very relaxing. Most recommended based on the service, the host helped us get everything ready in advance Including rides from airport and amenity access. There was a lovely house keeper, Rosa, who was very friendly and cooked amazing breakfasts for us in the mornings.

Always a pleasure to return to this paradise.

Our stay at this Punta Mita villa was absolutely exceptional! The location couldn't have been more perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning views and a peaceful, private atmosphere. The home itself was beautiful and impeccably maintained. It was spotless upon arrival, and the dedicated housekeeping staff ensured it stayed that way with daily cleanings that were both thorough and discreet. One of the standout features was the daily prepared breakfast—delicious, fresh, and such a relaxing way to start each day. The concierge service was also incredibly helpful, making activity planning effortless and stress-free. This villa offered the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and attentive service. We would return in a heartbeat!

Very good service from the staff and a great cook!

Our family of 7 adults and 7 children (ages 1-10) had a fabulous stay here. The host and his support team were extraordinarily responsive.—from our need for cribs to promptly replacing a wine opener. We so appreciated the two women who prepared beautiful breakfasts every morning and impeccable daily housekeeping. The children loved having a pool and hot tub Right out the door. We arranged for two golf carts, which were perfect for taking advantage of the swim & beach clubs in Punta Mita. The older three could play on the beach; the younger four loved the kid pools. We also use the golf carts to drive to dinner one evening. While the cost of this vacation was not inexpensive, we all agreed the services provided and gorgeous property was worth the splurge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. One note: we rented cars at the Puerto Vallarta airport; however, in retrospect, we did not need them

Our stay at the villa was absolutely incredible! Regis and Adriana were so helpful in making this an amazing trip for our family. Their recommendations and small touches were thoughtful and made the trip even more special! The house and outdoor areas were so beautiful and perfect for our big family. The ease of access via golf carts to the beach clubs and restaurants was ideal. The breakfasts were incredible. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our group of 12 stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration and it was wonderful. The space fit our group perfectly; each bedroom had its own, en suite bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. Adriana and her team were always responsive and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. It made traveling so much less stressful knowing they had organized our airport travel and were available for any questions. The breakfasts were delicious and our group of mostly busy moms REALLY appreciated not having to make meals for everyone else and clean up afterwards. Exploring Punta Mita in the golf carts was easy and fun, and we especially loved the beautiful Pacifica beach club which we could use for free. From pick-up to drop-off, and everything in between, our stay at Villas Las Palmas was absolutely perfect. It was a truly relaxing vacation and we would love to come back. Thank you!!

We had an excellent stay at Regis' place. The house was beauriful, perfectly clean, rhe kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed every bit of our stay, including the delicious breakfasts the cook made for us, the pool and jacuzzi, and the beatitul beach clubs. Regis and his staff replied any message within minutes, received us warmly and assisted us with any extra activities we wanted to do. This has been our best experience with Airbnb yet!

We spent some incredible family days in Villa Ipanema, the place is very spacious and comfortable, even though a couple of the bedrooms are somewhat small. The subdivision where it is located is very nice, clean and with access to several beach clubs within walking distance. The attention of Regis, Adriana and all the staff was excellent, we were always very well cared for. Great place for families with children.

A fabulous week-long stay at Regis' property, from whom we received excellent attention to clear up any doubts when booking. We were a family of 10 and we were very comfortable in the spaces, the attention and service of Rosa the cleaning lady and cook was excellent as well as that of Adriana the concierge, very attentive to any need that arose Punta Mita is a highly recommended place for family vacations. We had included the beach clubs that we visited every day, with very convenient amenities to combine rest and fun We rented the golf cart to tour the entire area, even leaving the complex to access a convenience store, cafes, tours, etc. One of the days Mrs. Rosa prepared a grilled snapper for us that we bought at the Punta Mita fish market right outside the complex

This is a beautiful home in the Las Palmas community. It sits on the 3rd tee of the Pacifico course. The home is exactly as described. The rooms are spacious and clean. The living areas have anything you need including a Sonos sound system. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The outdoor areas are spacious and have great ocean views. There is an ice-maker, grill and drink fridge outside. The host was very communicative prior to check in and arranged our airport transfers, breakfasts and groceries. The only difference from similar rentals is that the house does not include a golf cart. The host and concierge arranged for the drop off and pickup of 2 carts during our stay.

Our Concierge Adriana provided great communication as we arrived. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and the staff that came daily to cook us breakfast were wonderful cooks and took great care of us! The house was walkable to the Pacifico Beach Club and and easy drive to several other beaches with the resort as well as the town. We have great meals at recommended local restaurants, and enjoyed a local snorkeling expedition as well. We did not find the beaches or resort to be crowded at this time of year and had great weather. The golf cart rental was very helpful for exploring the resort and you could also easily drive the golf cart out the main gate to get to town and restaurants. Great experience for a family reunion.

Regis and team did a phenomenal job hosting us at Villa 3 - we had a lovely stay. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The activities they planned for us were all fun and well done. The house was beautiful with a perfect layout and bathrooms for each bedroom. We would love to return very soon to stay again with Regis and team. Thank you for making our stay so wonderfully memorable!

Our trip was nothing short of magical. From my first interactions with Regis, to planning our stay, I knew we were in great hands. Regis and his team are quick to respond, friendly, and put you at ease to let you know you're in for a relaxing stay. The home is even better in person. The beds were comfortable, linens clean and soft with heavenly pillows. Showers and bathrooms were beautiful and had good water pressure. The indoor/outdoor feeling throughout the home puts you at peace instantly. While I am no longer waking up to the smell of breakfast or with a delicious cup of coffee in hand overlooking the ocean, the good energy and relaxing state of mind did made it home with me. Our stay in the Las Palmas area of Punta Mita was wonderful. We were there to celebrate a b-day with family and friends, and it could not have been a better setting. The house was amazing inside and out, with breakfast served every morning by the staff. We also had a birthday dinner celebration at the house with catering service, and what a treat it was. Amazing stay! Great home for our bachelorette trip of 12 women. Everyone was so happy with our stay. Great location. Clean. Felt safe. Great service and responsive team. Had yoga class in the yard and massages at the house. Daily morning breakfast and a chefs dinner one night - all planned via the concierge Adriana who was amazing. Made the stay smooth and easy. The perfect get away in paradise!

I loved my stay, the organization prior to arrival, everything was very easy thanks to that, I ordered groceries, transportation to and from, golf carts to walk around the complex that is divine, where the house is located a few meters away is one of the best beach clubs. The HOUSE has wonderful views from all the rooms, and the sunset in the jacuzzi on the 2nd floor takes your breath away! Adriana was always very attentive on my arrival and on my departure, Rosa the lady who does the DAILY cleaning is very warm and pleasant. This house is really a must if you want a luxury vacation, it's worth what you spend on this property.

We’ve been coming to Punta Mita for almost 20 years and have stayed in all the different locations. We really enjoyed staying in porta Fortuna at Regis’ place. Our chef was wonderful and she was so sweet and kind. The concierge service was wonderful as well. The only downside for us was having to pay for a primary golf cart. Of all the years that I’ve stayed in Punta Mita, I’ve never had to pay for a golf cart, which does add a significant cost to the stay. I understand that certain folks are probably abusing the privileges of the golf carts but when we had booked the location we didn’t know that was the case. However, we’d probably stay again and would like to discuss how a golf cart could be included next time. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

The Porta Fortuna villas are an amazing place to stay in Punta Mita. Houses are beautiful, location couldn't be better, access to all the beach clubs, and perfect amenities for families. I have already booked this house again for next Spring!

Everything was fabulous!

This house was great and I would definately go back again. If you are considering a visit to Punta Mita, I've been down there a few times and this location was central to everything and far less expensive then staying at the Four Seasons with similar amenities. There is a beach club (no beach but a beautiful pool) just down the street and you have to include Rosa who cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning. Had a little hiccup with the WIFI but it was fixed within a day or two. Like I said, I'll go back again. Hopefully sooner rather then later.

Beautiful place with amazing sunset views. The property is very clean and well maintained. Can't thank Adriana enough, she made sure our stay was perfect in every way. We hadn't left and were already making plans of returning. Easily one of my best stays!

Our stay was fantastic. The property and staff were amazing and it was truly a luxury experience. The property is just a short distance from the beach and is situated on a hill will a beautiful ocean view. The house is a large three bedroom house. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and there is an extra bathroom downstairs. It is very nice and well maintained. The pool is salt water and was very nice on hot days, but you also have access to any of the beach clubs in Punta Mita. One of them is just down the street and you can reach the others by golf cart. The maid comes to clean and make breakfast every day. She even did laundry for us because the washing machine was not working one day. She just picked up our clothes, washed them at another house, and brought them back dried and folded. You can arrange anything you want in advance through the concierge. We asked our concierges (Adriana and Yadi) to rent us a golf cart so we could get around punta mita and it was waiting for us when we arrived. We also asked them to schedule some massages and she scheduled the masseuses to come to the house. She also had someone purchase the groceries we requested, and made reservations for us at the various restaurants in punta mita. Everything was easy and seamless. It was a wonderful stay.

Amazing villa! The locations could not have better. Close to the beach clubs and the golf carts were perfect to travel around Punta Mita. Plenty of space for a large group. The food was incredible and our concierge was very responsive and invaluable in getting reservations made and activities booked. Would definitely return.

Absolutely the best! The villa was gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The location could not be better-- just a couple of minutes by golf cart to all of the beach clubs and restaurants. Just a 2-minute walk to Sufi, which felt like our own private beach club! The pool was kept a lovely warm temperature-- soaking with a view-- hard to beat! Most importantly, the concierge was incredible. She really went over and above to make sure everything went smoothly for us 24x7 and jumped in to respond to any request even at night. When a golf cart ran out of battery on the road, she had a replacement delivered immediately. We could not have wished for any better service-- we hardly had to lift a finger. The villa comes with access to all of the beach clubs as well as fitness, golf....anything you could want. Truly a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

Great Regis service!

Regis is a great host, he was always very attentive to our stay in Punta Mita. The location of the house is very good and Regis always made sure to recommend the best in terms of restaurants/experiences and made our stay much easier. Communication with Regis was very good and he always responded quickly to any situation. The villa is very nice, clean, spacious and very friendly for a family atmosphere. The villa is perfect for large groups and the location of the villa is perfect because you have all kinds of services nearby. The villa staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was perfect. The cook is very good and the cleanliness of the house is impeccable. We will definitely visit again and Regis will be our first choice, highly recommended. 👏🏼👏🏼
