We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was nice and there were iguanas outside in the afternoon which our daughters loved. The area is charming and very relaxing. Most recommended based on the service, the host helped us get everything ready in advance Including rides from airport and amenity access. There was a lovely house keeper, Rosa, who was very friendly and cooked amazing breakfasts for us in the mornings.

Wonderful stay in beautiful surroundings for our family trip. House and staff were great. Would recommend for any family making a trip to punta mita.

A fabulous week-long stay at Regis' property, from whom we received excellent attention to clear up any doubts when booking. We were a family of 10 and we were very comfortable in the spaces, the attention and service of Rosa the cleaning lady and cook was excellent as well as that of Adriana the concierge, very attentive to any need that arose Punta Mita is a highly recommended place for family vacations. We had included the beach clubs that we visited every day, with very convenient amenities to combine rest and fun We rented the golf cart to tour the entire area, even leaving the complex to access a convenience store, cafes, tours, etc. One of the days Mrs. Rosa prepared a grilled snapper for us that we bought at the Punta Mita fish market right outside the complex

comfortable home. pool was always VERY warm! From the photos it looks like it's on ground level on the golf course. But it's actually across the street. And you're on an upper level. But the views are amazing.

Our experience was good, but not great. The home is beautiful, concierge is amazing, but we had several maintenance issues, and the photos are severely outdated. Pros: Concierge service was fantastic, attentive and took care of all dinner reservations and maintenance issues. Daily breakfast from Rosa was delicious. She also cleaned the home daily and was delightful. Views from the upstairs master bedroom are tough to beat. Cons: The house is beautiful but aging. We had several maintenance issues (which were all addressed immediately): -Master bed broke (collapsed) twice during the stay. -We did not have hot water the first night. -Master bedroom shade in the middle of the windows doesn’t come down, blocking some of the view. Additionally, the view from the pool is not what is pictured. New buildings are now directly below the property and vegetation has filled in 2/3 of the view. Second main bedroom is dark and we found the courtyard not usable due to bugs.
