We absolutely loved staying at David’s place. It’s very spacious, has all amenities and things you need for a family stay and the location is amazing. Right by the beach and pool - really perfect for families and kids. David was super responsive as well in the process leading up to the trip and shared local recommendations as well! We visited with our family of 6 including two small babies. Gorgeous location, peaceful, easy to access the beach and the pool. This was a great low key location and place for us to call home for a few days. David is a proactive and thorough host. We would definitely return!

Lovely setting. Proximity to the beach and infinity pool overlooking the ocean was excellent and convenient with so many young kids in the mix. We had fun spotting whales from the balcony every morning. David provided clear instructions from start to finish, and the staff onsite did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay on a beautiful beach. It takes one minute to walk to the beach or a private pool with a panoramic beach view from the house. David was very communicative and had recommendations for private transportation for our group of 10. The resort itself is fantastic. Have pesos on hand for water delivery, 51 pesos for that and it’s quick to run out. Isabel the chef was wonderful and worked with us to keep prices low which we all appreciated! Highly recommend this spot over any other place in PV/Punta Mita. A luxury experience for a great price. Hope to visit again!

Another incredible trip, David is a great host

This was our 2nd time staying at David’s place and it has become one of our favorite vacation destinations! The space is extremely spacious with a wonderful layout and the best ocean views, steps away from the pools and incredible beach. The sunsets are some of the best I’ve ever seen! Chef Isabel is an amazing chef and is so warm and accommodating making absolutely delicious and fresh meals and cocktails. Esther is incredible at keeping the space spotless and accommodating your needs. They truly make this stay unique and special. The location is perfect giving you the best of both worlds having larger spaces at Los Verneros but being able to go to the W as well. I highly recommend this place! We will be back!

Incredible beachfront condo that was great for our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids that are 3 and 5 year olds). Condo is literally steps from both a beachfront infinity pool and one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Great patio with big day beds that we saw whales from almost every day! We have to mention the great service by the cleaner Ester and the chef Isa. We had a daily meal or two from Isa and it was always delicious and was great to have that alongside the selection of restaurants at the W. One of the best things about Los Veneros is the restaurants next door - don’t miss Chevycheria for fresh seafood and Rubra… one of the best meals of my life. This is our second year in a row going to Los Veneros and we will certainly be back!

We loved spending Thanksgiving as a family at 203 Pacifico. David communicated with us the whole time and gave us great recommendations. Isabel our chef was amazing and cooked us whatever we wanted. Esther was amazing and always had the place looking clean. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay. The space worked well for adults and children. Isabel was an amazing chef and Estelle kept everything nice and clean. The pools were clean and the beach was fun!

We had the most wonderful stay here, the place was so spacious, clean, and beautiful. Isabel’s cooking was fantastic, she made us the best meals and cocktails! The area was very private, we felt so secluded and at peace. Can’t say enough about how great this stay was - we can’t wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was gorgeous and huge--more than enough room for our extended family of 9 guests. The pool and beach were right outside, and being able to pop back and forth at will was a luxury. Isa (chef) was wonderful and made us delicious meals customized to our desires, and cleaning service from Estela made things truly a vacation. David (host) communicated proactively and was responsive at all times, helping us arrive without issues and working with us to make our late departure comfortable. We would definitely stay again. A hint for others: if you don't have a vehicle and your Uber drive offers to give you a private contact number, take it! Ad hoc Ubers were hard to get, and we relied on writing to our driver directly to pre-book the trip back to the airport (and to book a day trip to the main area of Puerto Vallarta).

So glad we found this hidden gem. Literally had the pools to ourselves at times and felt like the beach was ours as well. Amazing Chef Isabel was flexible with our schedule and made the most delicious meals. Birria tacos, butter lobster, chilaquiles, omelets, pancakes, and the mojito she made is the best drink I’ve had. The space was clean, breathtaking and comfortable. Each morning I enjoyed sitting on the patio, listening to the waves and drinking my morning coffee. There is no better way to wake up. David was so helpful with all the details of the stay. He was quick to respond and had amazing suggestions. Book it!

Once again we had a wonderful stay at David’s place. It is so incredibly beautiful, absolutely delicious food from Isabel and plenty of space to relax. This is a place our entire family loves, adults and young kids alike. Thank you David for another memorable stay.

We had an amazing week in beautiful Punta Mita. The house was spacious with lots of room for our family of 8. The pools were refreshing and the beach was amazing. Mari, Isabell and Meli took great car of us. We were never hungry.

The other review don't lie. This place was exceptional. Excellent communication by the host before and during our stay. The food from the chef was delicious and the house was kept very clean. The pool is just steps down from the condo and great for small kids and adults alike. Beach was lots of fun. Gym was great. Overall, we would strongly consider returning again in the future for another relaxing beach vacation.

I went on a trip with some friends and their family. The place is ideal for children, the beach is quiet, the staff is very friendly. Chef Isabel and Esther treated us very well. I would definitely repeat the experience.

This place feels like a hidden gem, far removed from touristy clusters of resorts and crowded beaches. During the week it feels like you have the whole property to yourself, while the weekends get a bit more lively with groups of (obviously affluent) local families. The W is right next door, which is a lovely property to explore (Venazu restaurant was great — sitting outside while the sun sets and the all the bohemian lighting comes on across the grounds is truly magical). Isabel the chef was also wonderful. We felt so spoiled waking up to breakfast and having lunch and dinner waiting after every beach outing. We were two families and the space felt perfect for all our stuff and our sprawl. We probably could have fit another couple comfortably. The sand on the beach is fine like flour. The pool water is warm. Everyone is friendly. Just a really lovely spot.

We just spent a week at David’s place in Punta De Mita. It was absolutely amazing. The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable and very well stocked. The facility and grounds were beautiful and so calm and peaceful. The location was perfect. We had full ocean front and view. But, one of the best parts was having chef Isabel come everyday to cook for us. She not only made delicious meals but was open to our requests and helped when needed. It made for a very special, relaxing week. David was super responsive when we had questions. We look forward to coming back!!

We had the most amazing time at David ‘s condo, it was even more incredible than we had expected from the pictures! The food was incredible, the condo was gorgeous and David was an amazing and very responsive host. Wr had the best family vacation and can’t wait to go back next year!

We loved our stay this past weekend at David's Los Veneros Residence (#203). The beauty of the space, combined with David's exceptional hospitality, made our vacation the very best. The view from the kitchen and living room is spectacular. The food was incredible. Isabel is a wonderful chef who made incredible breakfasts and lunches daily. We had multiple people with different food allergies, which Isabel handled with ease. Every detail is handled with care, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will most certainly book this location again! This residence is a dream come true!

Los Veneros was an incredible place to stay! The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail is remarkable. All the staff were so kind and helpful, making our experience truly exceptional. Isabelle, the chef, was amazing—she prepared delicious meals and cocktails for us every day! Esther kept the apartment spotless with her daily cleaning, and her care was much appreciated. The level of hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. The gentleman by the pool went above and beyond, making sure everyone was comfortable, whether it was providing sand toys, pool floats, or adjusting umbrellas for shade. We felt like we had the entire property to ourselves—peaceful, family-friendly, and incredibly safe. One of the highlights was falling asleep each night to the soothing sound of ocean waves. The apartment’s ocean view is breathtaking, and I’d recommend adding a pair of binoculars to enjoy whale watching even more! We had an unforgettable stay and can’t wait to return

This unit is in an incredible location steps from the beautiful pool and amazing beach! It has a tremendous amount of space for larger groups and is steps from the W hotel where guests can enjoy the bars and restaurants on the hotel property. Peter was an extremely proactive and responsive host who went above and beyond to provide recommendations to make our stay outstanding. We loved it so much we are already planning our next vacation here! Chef Isabel is an incredible chef and made the stay even more memorable! Esther was also amazing in keeping the condo so clean. We absolutely loved staying at this home. If you have any doubts, lose them and book this place! Everything was absolutely perfect. We felt safe and secure with our two young children. The beach and pool were steps away from the home and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. Soft white sand and pleasant waves that allowed our kids to have so much fun. The views were absolutely stunning. David was a kind and responsive host that ensured all of our questions were answered. Chefs Isa and Mellie were the most wonderful, experienced cooks with the most lovely and caring attitudes. We ate very well our entire trip! Estelle always made our rooms spotless and was so kind and friendly too. Every person at Los Veneros was helpful and friendly. The condo complex has beach toys, a few paddle boards, and pool floaties for the guests to enjoy as well. This could not have been a better experience for us! Book your stay with David now. We loved our stay here. Our trip was very relaxing which is exactly what we were hoping for. The view from David’s place is beautiful. The pool and beach is all very close. Isabel is a fantastic chef. Our breakfast and lunches were all delicious!!

Excellent experience! The apartment is beautiful and just as shown in the photos. Very spacious and with easy access to the pool and the beach. To all this you add that Chef Isabel is a gem! We eat richer than restaurants, and their attention is impeccable. David the host always attentive and attentive, I'm sure we'll be back.

David and his place are amazing! Our crew of 7 adults & 2 toddlers were thrilled with everything. The condo was so spacious, clean, well-stocked & tastefully furnished. The views are fantastic. It was such a joy to relax on the huge balcony watching our surfers catch waves. We also watched them from the lovely on-site pools, providing daily fun for the family. The whole resort was well maintained and overseen by friendly staff. Speaking of staff, Isabel (chef) and Flo (cleaning) were wonderful. We loved the breakfasts and lunches prepared for us! They were authentic, ample, and delicious. We had rented a car so did buy snacks and groceries at the supermarket just 20 minutes away. We dined out just once. In addition to the surfing and swimming, a few of us took a fishing charter and another group went on a boating/snorkeling excursion to Marietas Islands. Collecting rocks and catching hermit crabs were huge hits! All in all, it was a perfect family vacation. We can't wait to return!

Los Veneros Beachfront Residence is a cozy, family-friendly and peaceful place. My family and I were delighted during our stay. Isabel, the chef, and Esther are lovely and took exceptional care of us. In addition, the host, David, is very attentive. He recommended a massage with Ángel that turned out to be exquisite. We also enjoyed facials, manicures, and pedicures with Claudia and Laura, who were recommended by the massage therapist Ángel. The experience was excellent and we definitely recommend them. Los Veneros is a cozy, family-friendly and peaceful place. My family and I were amazed during our stay. Isabel, the chef, and Esther are lovely and took exceptional care of us. Complete 5 star experience. We had an incredible time staying at David's place. We had 12 and all fit comfortably. The space is well appointed with everything you need, beautiful views, awesome beach out front, and overall top-notch. We loved Isabel and the staff. She took care of us the whole time, with delicious meals, great drinks, and keeping the whole place stocked (not easy for 12 guys!). She and the staff were also happy to cook up the fish we speared so we could enjoy it right away. David was responsive and easy to work with. I looked at many places at Los Veneros and am very happy I went with David's place. Highly recommend, and we will definitely come back with the families next time.

The apartment is divine, the view is spectacular. The common areas are super friendly and the staff is fantastic, super attentive. Chef Meli and Isa are super cute and helpful. The host responds super quickly and is always attentive to your needs. I love that we would let us check out late and our departure was super quiet. We loved our stay! We had a wedding at a nearby resort and David’s spot was the envy of all of the guests. The chef Isabel was amazing and made our stay perfect. The apartment is amazing - clean, well laid out, and perfect for families or adults. We had two toddlers and the furniture was perfect for them. If you are looking for the ultimate relaxing vacation, this is the place. You have a beautiful pool just steps from the door that overlooks a fantastic beach. Isabel was an incredible chef and did a great job preparing dishes that were enjoyed by everyone in our group of 11 including 7 children. The housekeeper Esther was very attentive including doing the laundry each day. We did not rent a car, but wish we had as the driving services were quite expensive and did prohibit getting out more. Overall, David was great to work with and would certainly stay again!

David’s place is amazing. It’s better than the pictures. It’s beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. We loved spending time outside on the patio. Isabelle and Estelle are a fabulous addition. Isabelle’s cooking is better than going out. The proximity to the beach and pool are a big plus. We have already booked going back!

David’s place is steps away from a very private beach next to the W hotel. His staff (Isabel) was super friendly and attentive to all our needs. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended.

Our family of four stayed at the property for a week with another family of four. There was plenty of space (we could have easily fit another family of four) and a beautiful balcony with the most gorgeous view of the beach. David was a wonderful host. He was super helpful and very communicative leading up to and during our stay. The space was great and the grounds are very nice. There are several large pools on the property and we were steps from the most beautiful beach. The beach in front of the property was clean and the sand was so soft - better than the beach directly in front of the W hotel next door. There were several wonderful attendants throughout the grounds helping us with things like umbrellas, tables and chairs that were a part of the property (free for visitors). The highlight of the trip for all of us was Isabel, the amazing chef. She made us incredible breakfast, lunch and drinks each day and truly made it a memorable experience. Would for sure come back again soon!

Came here for a girl’s trip and had the best time! Loved Isabela the chef (amazing) and the location really did not disappoint! No joke, the beach and pool are feet from the front door. Private beach, amazing service from Isabela and Rafael the driver. Coming back here with the husband and kids!

The place is amazing, better than the photos. Just across the street from the beach and very nice facilities. David from the beginning is super communicative and helpful at all times. Isabel's food is delicious (but really exquisite) and also super consenting and helpful. Definitely a 100% recommended place that I hope to return soon.

Our family could not have been happier! The condo was beautiful-loads of space for 4 adults and 5 kids. Super close to the beautiful beach and clean pool facing the beach. Isabel cooked us wonderful meals daily. She is a treasure. We did rent a car as not much is close other than the W hotel and we wanted to explore other towns and taxis to downtown Punta de Mita are very expensive. Next time we will stop and pick up some extra food (snacks) on the way to the condo for the kids as they cleared out the small convenient store on the property! Thanks to host David for making everything easy for our vacation.

Wonderful vacation with my family of 9. Lots of room and privacy for all of us. Isabel the chef was very friendly and accommodating and made delicious breakfasts and lunch which was the best value when feeding 9 of us. David was incredibly helpful with any and all of my questions, he answered immediately. Veneros is on the most beautiful soft sandy beach in the area, and from what I can tell only used by Veneros and W Hotel. It is cleaned often of seaweed and wood that washes up on the beach. The pools are pristine too. If you want to go anywhere you will need a car but taxis are easy to get and Ubers hit and miss. I highly suggest stopping at a big grocery store on the way to Veneros for snacks and drinks. Even though the breakfast and lunch is very generous we missed our own snack options. We should have planned dinners better as the restaurants at the W are expensive (for 9) Contadina Cafe within the complex was more reasonable but I like to have the option of cooking myself.

David’s place is perfection. It’s a beautiful very large space. Steps from the pool and beach. Incredibly clean. Security on Los Verenos were helpful and professional. David helped us find an easy and professional airport transport to make getting to and from the airport very easy. Lastly we can’t say enough about Chef Isabel. She was a dream. Can’t wait to return.

BOOK IT! From the week prior to our arrival David communicated with me everything we needed to know and answered all our question. As soon as we opened the front door of the property we were WOWED! the view from the condo is AMAZING, there is no detailed that is spared, and everything is top quality from the beds, the couch, the furnishing inside and in the outdoor areas, everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully and aesthetically designed. All bedrooms are master bedrooms, two of the bedrooms have access to a terrace and amazing views, with black out curtains so you can sleep in. Isabel our chef and main housekeeper is amazing! We are Mexican and have high expectations of Mexican food and Isabel is truly talented in her craft, plus she is very nice and attentive. The beach is very private and beautiful as well as the pools. Be mindful that there is nothing within walk-in distance other than a couple of hotels, & transportation is expensive, I would recommend renting a car

This place is perfect! The best location, spacious, clean and private! We enjoyed the beach and the pool everyday. The water was amazing. The housekeeper and chef Isabel were amazing. The food could not have been better. We truly felt pampered and relaxed the entire stay. This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in and we hope to come back!

Our family of young kids (3 and 6), parents and grandparents had a fantastic time. As others have mentioned, Isabel’s cooking is delicious and was one of the many highlights of our trip. The beach has powder soft sand, warm water and the staff at the complex was also very welcoming. The house was also very well-stocked and beautifully furnished, making it feel more like a friends house versus a bland rental. The views from the patio are stunning and the grounds and pools were beautiful too. We can’t wait to visit again!

After years of covid, we finally had our girl group together and WOW what a trip. David's home was the perfect location and space for us to rebond. The space itself is efficient, clutterless and beautfully designed with an artful eye. The view of the ocean, the beach and access was addictive and just what this group needed. David's chef Isabel was beyond, flexible if we wanted to try a restuarant or two, but we highly recommend booking her and her team-one of our favorite moments was our last chef dinner as group. We also enjoyed the white sand beach, the pool areas and access to the W for a fancy Spicey Skinny Marg-nice change up. We hope to return, what a dreamy spot! Thanks David.

Absolutely incredible stay! We loved every moment. The place is huge, spotless, and beautiful. Amazing views where we watched whales and dolphins from our balcony. The pool was perfectly heated and always clean. And Isabel's cooking was absolutely fantastic. I feel so spoiled! Would definitely recommend and would return as soon as I can!

Los Veneros is as good as it comes, especially for families with young kids. The house easily held 6 adults and 4 kids under 5. The view from the extra large front porch is epic, and the daybeds on the porch are the perfect place to watch the sunset with drink. The pools and beach are A+. And, David and the staff were wonderful.

A marvelous apartment with an exceptional beach front location. Los Veneros beach is unique. The staff… Isa (chef) and Ana make some unique and spectacular dishes. And between the two of them, they make your stay really special.

Amazing stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful. Great location with good waves for surfing in front. Felt very secluded. Great beach bars and the Spice market at the W was incredible. Isabel was probably the highlight of the trip, her food was incredible. Came for my bachelorette and would definitely come back. However, there are no atms nearby, so make sure to get lots of pesos beforehand

All of the previous reviews are true. The place is huge. We had a party of 10 with 5 adults and 5 young kids and we had plenty of space. The beach (which is literally right there) was incredible. Soft sand, Mountain views, and clear water - a way better beach than the St Regis and FourSeasons. Isabel is literally an out of this world chef - her meals are incredible. And she and the housekeeper are both as nice as they could be. The property is extremely safe. There are two beautiful pools right on the beach and right by the “apartment” (it’s way more than an apartment). All of us had an incredible stay and were already looking to re-book this place while we were still there. 5 stars for sure this is an awesome rental.

David is a brilliant host, who not only provides everything but also gives you all the details you need for your stay - and responds to messages so quickly. This Airbnb is absolutely beautiful and perfect! Located in a gated community on a beautiful white sand beach close to the pools and the W Hotel. Almost felt like we were on our own private and secluded little island! Also loved that we had our own personal chef and we ate our meals as a family at one big table with a view of the ocean. We are definitely returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending this place to friends/ family. Thanks for such a lovely stay and can’t wait to go back!

The most amazing Airbnb experience I ever had! The pictures just don’t show how big and luxurious this villa is. It should be on Airbnb Luxe. It does not give an apartment feel. It’s HUGE private and the views are amazing. The sunset it breathtaking. Lots of space for a party of 9. The meals were amazing. We paid for all 3 meals. Bess decision we made. The W is a quick walk away on the beach. They have cute coconut drinks for IG photo opportunities. We surfed the waves were amazing. If you have read this far it’s a sign to just book it ! You won’t regret it. I told all all my friends as soon as I got back. Only thing I would say when it is booked is don’t leave the big sliding window open at night with lights on inside because bugs/ crabs will find there way in. But that’s common sense to most :) this place is so affordable and luxurious.

Everything was excellent! From the moment we made our reservation, David was very attentive to all our needs. She helped us get a driver and a catamaran. Upon arrival at the apartment, Isabel welcomed us with the meal already prepared; all the food was better than excellent. Isabel did the grocery shopping for us so that everything would be ready when we arrived. The apartment's location is great; it overlooks the beach and is very close to the pool. The apartment is very safe, located inside the Hotel W, you have to pass 2 security points to get there. The apartment comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended, and we'll be back very soon!

David has a fantastic property and staff at this location. The condo is beautiful and large, and 4 of us had plenty of room. I’m sure multiple friends or family can easily share the space. Overlooks the pool, and the ocean is right there. The condo has all the comforts of home, full kitchen, towels, soap, electronics, etc. Cannot say enough about the property. From a location perspective you are about a 15 min ride from punta mita village. This has to be one of the best properties in the area as far as property, pool, beach and staff are concerned. Staff wise Isabel and Lanny work the property. Isabel is the chef, and I worked with her via text before our arrival to set our breakfast and dinner menus (we did not have her make lunch since breakfast was usually around 930am, and we were stuffed). I did have to use my limited Spanish and Google translate to communicate, but we got it done. Her meals were amazing. We had one dinner of chicken/shrimp, veggies etc and the other was salmon and mahi mahi, rice, veggies, beans etc. Better than anything we ate in any of the restaurants. She’s wonderful. Lanny is so nice as well, and keeps the condo property spotless. Communication with David was very easy, and he has provided a binder in the home with all sorts of tips/directions/instructions. We have been to punta mita before, in the Regis area and will be coming back to this unit only in the future. Thank you!

The apartment is great, it is the perfect place to stay for a large group. The chef is so kind and the food was great. The scenery is beautiful and conveniently located near the W.

Los Veneros is located inside the gates that houses the W hotel. This Airbnb is the best of both worlds- access to the W, with the space and home feel of an Airbnb. The owner is a great communicator and the chef made fantastic meals. Don’t buy extra bottled water- the place has a filtered water. Great views, a beautiful and quiet beach, and a fantastic way to kick back and relax.

This beautiful, modern home is perfect for a family or group getaway and literally a few steps from a pristine, quiet beach oasis. My wife and I traveled with our three young children and our extended family, totaling 5 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to congregate and ample space to step away for privacy. Isa is a gem and an amazing cook who cooked fresh and delicious seafood every night. I would highly recommend booking this home. You won’t regret it

If you've been lucky enough to find David's place available on your AirBNB search, look no further: book it and be happy! The condo is beautiful: the pictures on the site actually don't do justice to how well appointed the place is, and the large and wide-open kitchen/dining/living room area opens fully out onto the patio which overlooks the beach and water. WiFi was excellent/high-speed for computer use as well as streaming movies on the television. Isabel (the chef) and her team were unbelievable -- she gave us the opportunity to make special requests daily (our group was all vegetarian) which she easily accommodated with delicious meals. She also got us snacks/drinks from the grocery store as needed. The beach area was amazing -- the sand is pristine and in fact better than the sand in front of the W hotel next door. There are umbrellas/loungers set up that the Los Veneros staff will set up for you. The pool is equally amazing with chairs/loungers set up by the staff as well. You can also purchase drinks/snacks from the bartenders or bring your own (David has a number of coolers in his condo that you can use, which we did). The gym in the condo is great (full weights, benches, treadmills, bike) and in a building that is 2 min walk away). You can travel to the town (approx 15 min by car) if you'd like -- there are a couple of restaurants we visited -- but you'd need a car for that. David was extremely helpful in planning our visit and any questions we had in the lead-up to our stay. He responded to messages always within an hour (and usually within minutes). In summary, there is no reason not to book David's place at Los Veneros if you are thinking of a stay in Punta de Mita!

Very nice, clean apartment. Very spacious. Best beach in the area. David is constantly available to help with questions. The staff is awesome including the chef and also the Veneros staff was very helpful and laid back. We will definitely be back here!

This condo was a dream to stay in, perfectly tranquil, secluded, and luxurious. David was very responsive and offered great recommendations. Isabel’s food was outstanding, including the best tamales we’ve ever had. We hope to be back soon!

Pacific's 203 apartment in Los Veneros is effectively luxurious, with a view of the beach ....spectacular, decorated with sobriety and taste and well equipped. Chef buys fresh food and cooks a diversity of Mexican sawn dishes. The host David is always available and friendly. Totally recommended!!! Hermann Krutzfeldt

This apartment is Top notch with all necessary facilities, everything from pool service, restaurants to a small supermarket. We had the best time in this lovely apartment and would highly recommend it.

This beautiful, modern home is perfect for a family or group getaway. It has a very large open-concept living area with a chef’s kitchen, large beach-facing patio and a comfortable, private entertainment area. My wife and I traveled with our three young children and our extended family, totaling 5 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to congregate and ample space to step away for privacy. Chef Isabel and her assistant accommodated the whole family, expertly navigating the group’s various dietary requirements and keeping the home clean and tidy at all times. The pools were spectacular and provided bar service and unobstructed views of the ocean. We surfed every day and found the conditions to be excellent. There were plenty of days where the waves were smaller and our young children could play around in the beach breaks without a problem. Overall, David was highly responsive to both me and others within the group. I would highly recommend booking this home. You won’t regret it!

Excellent location, great property right in the beach, with amazing views. The condo was perfect for our family, with great distribution of rooms. But what makes this an amazing stay is the outstanding service. Isabel, the chef, is a gem. Her cooking is superb and she’s is very knowledgeable of the area. She brought us our groceries (for a fee) which included fresh fish, produce, drinks, etc. We gave her our menu options in advance and had meals ready for breakfast and lunch. She made the stay very comfortable and care free. We even cancelled dinner plans because her cooking was better than places we visited. The pool area and beach are steps away and very convenient. Access to W spa, restaurants, gym if needed. There is a small mini mart on property for quick snacks and drinks. Host was very attentive and responsive from time of booking to check in and all the way to check out. Thanks David! Already looking at dates for next year.

It was an excellent experience! David is an excellent host who takes care of all the details, answers any message in an agile way and has an apartment with everything you need to have an excellent time. Chef Isabel cooks delicious and is a person with a very positive, helpful attitude and always looking to enjoy our stay. The apartment's cleanliness is impeccable and I recommend it 100%.
