We absolutely loved staying at David’s place. It’s very spacious, has all amenities and things you need for a family stay and the location is amazing. Right by the beach and pool - really perfect for families and kids. David was super responsive as well in the process leading up to the trip and shared local recommendations as well! We will definitely be back.

My family and I were happy and always felt right at home. The chef cooked delicious meals for us. An excellent choice for a family vacation. The kids were happy all day in the ocean and on the beach. Thank you.

Wonderful accommodations for our large family vacation. Chef is excellent and property is beautiful and very well-suited for children. David was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would recommend and will return.

The apartment is gorgeous. What's more, Isabel and Esther made our stay even more enjoyable. I have to say, Isabel's kitchen is spectacular; we ate better than at any restaurant. David was always attentive to our concerns and was especially considerate of our needs. The amenities are very nice, and the beach is beautiful. I would love to come back.

Luxurious apartment that is beautifully furnished. Our family enjoyed the gorgeous views, comfortable furniture, friendly staff, pristine beach and infinity pools. It was a great stay and we hope to come back one day.

We visited with our family of 6 including two small babies. Gorgeous location, peaceful, easy to access the beach and the pool. This was a great low key location and place for us to call home for a few days. David is a proactive and thorough host. We would definitely return!

Lovely setting. Proximity to the beach and infinity pool overlooking the ocean was excellent and convenient with so many young kids in the mix. We had fun spotting whales from the balcony every morning. David provided clear instructions from start to finish, and the staff onsite did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay on a beautiful beach. It takes one minute to walk to the beach or a private pool with a panoramic beach view from the house. David was very communicative and had recommendations for private transportation for our group of 10. The resort itself is fantastic. Have pesos on hand for water delivery, 51 pesos for that and it’s quick to run out. Isabel the chef was wonderful and worked with us to keep prices low which we all appreciated! Highly recommend this spot over any other place in PV/Punta Mita. A luxury experience for a great price. Hope to visit again!
