This is the second time I've stayed at Paul's apartment. I think it's an excellent place to spend a quiet weekend with the family. We really like it because of its proximity to the beaches and the fact that downtown San Juan del Sur is just a few minutes away. Communication with the team and the service were very good.

Amazing, impeccable accommodation. Franklin and Carlos were very friendly and answered all our questions. A place in the middle of nature to disconnect. 10/10

Our stay was too good. The accommodation is located in a central area, very clean, spacious, perfect for a group of 4. The person in charge of the apartment was attentive before our arrival. If we go back, we will definitely stay here again! 10/10.

Beautiful large 2-level apartment with a rooftop terrace. It is tastefully decorated, luxuriously finished and equipped with every comfort. There is also a swimming pool with sun beds. The beach is at walking distance. In the evening, it is useful to have transportation because most restaurants are a bit further away. Furthermore, we fully enjoyed all the space, luxury and tranquility that the apartment offers. The view from both large balconies is stunning. The communication with Paul went well, and the reception/guidance to the apartment was also good.

The place was beautiful and spacious! The host was very helpful at check in and responsive through text for any questions and recommendations.

Loved the house. Conveniently located 5 min drive to anything you need and 10 min drive to beautiful beaches! Would stay there again.

Functional and pleasant kitchen. The pool and house were clean. Beautiful sunset. You can pick limes, mangoes, and other fruit on the grounds.

Without hesitation, I will return to San Juan del Sur and entrust my next visit to Paul and his outstanding team.

We had a wonderful stay here! Great place for a big group of people with Kids. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the town was only a 15 minute walk down the beach! Beautiful setting and views of the beach with the Cristo in view. The Kids loved the pool and outside court areas! 10/10 recommended!

Was a fantastic getaway and location was great. With the new highway giving access to other beaches there are lots of places to see
