Gorgeous Townhome with Ocean Views

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area while still being quiet and relaxing. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear check-in instructions, which made the entire process seamless. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a great experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Paul’s place was great. Spacious, beautiful, and the pool was a great touch. It’s a 10 minute drive to town/beach, which makes the apartment feel private. You can walk to the beach, but the trek back is uphill, and walking at night isn't recommended. One thing to note, club noise still carries at night. If you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs. Check-in/out was easy. The kitchen is fully stocked. The AC cools fast, but the electricity allowance had using it conservatively. We returned hot during the day but felt too restricted to use the AC for fear of going over the limit. The power went out twice (once for 1-2 hours). Communication confirming if it was a neighborhood outage would have been nice. Also, I messaged our greeter a question and never heard back. Despite this, it didn’t take away from our experience. The space was perfect for my girlfriend, my mom, and me to relax. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

This place was so beautiful…much larger and more spacious than the photos seem! Everything was so clean and felt so serene. Nice little view of the bay; the pool also looked great although we didn’t have enough time to use it during our short stay. You can easily walk into the main part of town where all the shops and restaurants are, but felt like a quiet and private location. We loved being able to use the massive kitchen to cook breakfast in the mornings. It was just two of us so we had way more room than we needed, but still a great price. This place would be perfect for a family or group of 4.

This Airbnb is stunning, the view from the main bedroom and living room are gorgeous and it is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Management does an excellent job making check in and out easy, providing useful recommendations and tips, and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. Overall, the perfect jumping off spot to visit San Juan del Sur and the surrounding area!

We were so happy to find such a gorgeous house. Wish we had known about it sooner we were only the two of us. Would have loved to share it with another couple of friends. Next time it will be top on the list. We did have a car so that made it easy to get to.

Our stay in San Juan del Sur was great! The condo is well appointed and very clean. Paul was very responsive to any questions we had and provided recommendations for transportation and restaurants to try. Franklin assisted with check-in, showed us through the condo, and accommodated our desired check-out time. We felt safe in San Juan and the locals were friendly & welcoming. A beautiful place to visit!

Our stay was very peaceful, we enjoyed the area and nothing was missing or needed (besides filling the fridge/pantry for snacking purposes!). We had a fabulous weekend and the hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The condo was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was actually a very nice surprise. The outdoor pool was a must. The area lacks restaurant options by walking distance, but the small restaurant nearby, Loma Pinita was quite decent with friendly service. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Hostitel byl velmi milý, vždy nám ve všem vyhověl a reagoval téměř okamžitě. Ubytování je krásné, teče teplá voda, je zde velká kuchyňe, plynový gril. Pan hostitel nám doplňoval vodu na pití. Kdo má rád opice, tak jsou přímo u ubytování a to každé ráno a večer. Vše jak bylo uvedeno. Doporučuji a děkuji.
