The Space
Bella Vista is a stunning four-bedroom home situated in the El Encanto development near San Juan del Sur. The property offers spectacular ocean views that create unforgettable memories. Although it is just 10 minutes from town, the peaceful surroundings make it feel far removed from the bustle.
The fourth bedroom is furnished with bunk beds designed specifically for children. Adjacent to the house is a large garden where guests are welcome to enjoy seasonal fruit from the trees, including mangoes, papayas, bananas, and occasionally other varieties. Guests are not expected to tend the garden but may help themselves to the fruit.
The home includes essential amenities such as air conditioning, hot water, a private pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and WiFi.
Location
Bella Vista is located in a jungle setting with some hills to navigate on the way to the house. While much of the access road is paved, certain sections are dirt and can become muddy during the rainy season. Most roads outside the town center, including those leading to beaches, are unpaved.
For these reasons, guests are advised to rent vehicles with four-wheel drive capabilities. Even a larger vehicle with enhanced suspension is recommended. During the rainy season, a 4x4 vehicle may be necessary to reach the property. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about access.

El Encanto is home to the exclusive Tree Casa resort, located just three minutes down the road. This unique spot features a two-tiered swimming pool and one of the best restaurants in the area. Visitors to Tree Casa typically pay a small day-use fee, which is credited toward their restaurant bill.
A helpful tip: Wednesday is Pizza Day/Night at Tree Casa, and on this day, the pool usage fee is waived.

This is an absolutely beautiful house. The kids loved the pool. Waking up to all the flowers, butterflies, and birds was extremely peaceful. We planned to go to the beach one day, but with the breathtaking views and peace at the house, everyone decided to spend the day in with no regrets. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The host Paul, was responsive and provided plenty of information about the trip prior to our arrival. Bella Vista staff was very friendly and accommodating. The house is very modern. It sits on top of a hill, offering beautiful views and plenty of breeze that is able to circulate through it. The location of the residence is great with access to San Juan and many other beaches or other excursion one might want to explore. We very much enjoyed our stay as it was well worth it. Thank you Paul and the Bella Vista staff for taking part in a wonderful experience.

This property is exactly as you see in the photo's. We would stay here again. We travelled with our adult kids, and we all had our own bedroom. The pool is great and refreshing to cool off in. They don't advertise the waterfall running all the time, which would be a great addition. But other than that it was a great week! Pedro looked after the grounds/pool and he was super friendly! He came Mon/Wed/Fri so we made those our pools days. It was very windy so the pool got dirty with leaves etc. (not the owners fault), so we just made the best of it on the days Pedro had it looked after! This property is looked after by a property management company who we've dealt with before. They are extremely friendly, responsive and very helpful! Anytime I messaged they answered right away. Highly recommend this property to families! Oh, I forgot to mention Ninoska! She will come to the house to cook for you. We had her cook Mahi Mahi for us one night which was amazing! Thanks for hosting us!
