We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb in the heart of Getsemaní! The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action. From arrival to departure, the concierge service was top-notch, making our stay unforgettable. A huge thank you to our security guard, Black King, who ensured our safety with a smile and diligent watch over the property, giving us complete peace of mind. Ms. Edith was a gem! She cooked delicious meals and kept our rooms spotless, handling groceries and laundry, making our stay feel luxurious. Damian, our concierge, was phenomenal. He booked all our excursions, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We never had to worry because Damian had everything perfectly organized. Our host David was outstanding—always responsive and just a text away. His attentiveness made us feel at home. Where do I start. This place was worth every penny. The staff there is the real bonus besides the beautiful relaxing space. The housekeeper Edith and the Guard Ever were a true pleasure and super patient with our group! They are truly there for you as a person and have your best interest. I felt right at home the entire time and any issues that raised the staff was more than attentive to our care. I really hope to go back one day and it will definitely be in one of davids stays. The place is so close to everything you need in Cartagena! My group walked safely with no worries throughout various times of the day. This home was surely something that made it so easy for us to enjoy Cartagena. You are close to the lively sight of getsemani and a couple minutes for the plaza de trinidad with the most amazing food trucks! 10/10 !

There’s so much I can say about David’s place. My brothers and I enjoyed his home. We also enjoyed his concierge team. She was so helpful with recommendations for things to do. Arranging our driver service and checking us in at the home. Evelyn, our housekeeper, was simply the best. Very friendly and sweet. Took us shopping for some quick items. Cleaned our rooms daily, and made sure we felt right at home. She was amazing. Last but not least, our security guard Will made sure we had no worries or concerns. He gave us the dos and don'ts of the area and ensured he helped answer any questions and accommodated any needs we had. Cartenga will surely see us again, and we will re-book with David and his team.

Great Airbnb in Getsemani. Great location. We liked that there was an indoor living area with a/c and a covered outdoor living area area. The staff were very helpful and attentive to all of our needs.

Our stay at David’s Airbnb was great. The photos were accurate, and everything looked just as expected. The location can be noisy, but we knew that ahead of time, so it wasn’t an issue. The showers had excellent water pressure, and the hot water was perfectly steamy. Kevin and Rosario were wonderful hosts. Kevin walked us to nearby restaurants and shops and even held our bags for us. Rosario prepared delicious breakfasts and was always eager to help—whether that meant bringing speakers up to the rooftop or making fresh fruit salads. Their hospitality really made our stay special.

We had an incredible stay! The house itself was great, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—especially Madeleine. She took amazing care of us every day, keeping our rooms clean, making breakfast, and always being such a positive presence. She genuinely made us feel welcomed and cared for, and our five-star review is directly tied to how thoughtful she was throughout our stay. We also want to give special recognition to Will, the security guard. At first, we weren’t sure how we felt about having on-site security, but Will completely changed our perception. He always checked in on us, greeted us with a smile, and opened the door for us every time we returned—sometimes running over even when we were still 50 feet away. He made us feel safe without ever being intrusive, even when we had friends visit. Thanks to both Madeleine and Will, this experience set a new standard for future trips. We’d absolutely come back!

The place is perfect for large groups. Fela and Jaison were always looking after us. The rooms are very comfortable. It is ideally located for partying, local shopping and nice restaurants.

Second time we stayed at David's house because it's in a great location and is super comfortable. Jessica and Jonathan's service was excellent. If we come back, we won't hesitate and we'll stay in this house again.

In the photos it looked bigger than it really is. The rooms are very comfortable and the service from both the girl in the morning and Jonathan in the evening was wonderful. The first few days we didn't have hot water, but Jessica fixed it for us. The location is wonderful for walking and exploring. As a recommendation, I think they should put a little more effort into adapting a good room.

David had transportion for my friends from the Airbnb and we were met by security and the maid/chef as soon as we pull up to the house for the first time, the maid was great and I think everyone fell in love with her cooking, next blackking was a true security guard, me gave us recommendations and told us how to get around the city with lil to no problems, anytime I texted blackking he answered and I truly appreciated that, I’ll be staying with David and blackking my next time in Cartagena

This is definitely the place to stay while in Cartagena! It’s in the heart of the action and yet still so peaceful. Beautiful home! Host is very attentive and helpful. Home comes with a housekeeper so you have someone to clean and cook if you wish for you everyday. It also has a security that stays overnight. Someone local that will take you anywhere you like and translate if you don’t speak Spanish. Both the housekeeper and security are GEMS! This was my best experience thus far with any Airbnb rentals I’ve stayed in. I definitely recommend this place.

The perfect stay! I was there for a bachelorette party with 11 friends and we had a great time! Perfect location, beautiful and clean house and best of all by far was the service!!!! Kevin and Mary are always friendly and helpful with EVERYTHING! The service is the best part of this place, I highly recommend asking them to prepare meals and breakfasts there! It was delicious and super convenient, the Concierge service was also excellent, if you want to save time organizing things to do, contact them directly. Everything was perfect!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in the San Diego neighborhood in Cartagena. The host, David, was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to the Old City and Getsemaní. The house itself was beautiful, perfect four our family of 14 and the AC in each room was a lifesaver. The house manager Ada Luz was very helpful to plan our long weekend trip. The housekeeper Jessica was amazing at preparing breakfast every day and keeping the house and rooms clean and organized. We felt very safe getting in and out of the house thanks to Johnathan who provided security throughout the evening and night. We definitely would book again for a family trip."

I had a fantastic stay at casa Maui ! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the city and walking distance from everything. Shut out the security KEVIN, he was a wonderful very responsive, friendly, and made our stay super easy at night. I especially appreciated him walking with us at night , local recommendations, his helpfulness and clear instructions. Mary was great as well I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena.

This place was perfect for my group. Location was amazing. Whether we wanted to go to the nice mall with all the expensive stores or just walk up the street to local restaurants and bars. Uber was rarely needed with the location of this place. This is a lively area so I wouldn't recommend with young kids. The maid and security were awesome, really friendly and willing to assist with any needs or questions. Would recommend to any group looking to have fun!

I had an unusual situation the day we arrived at the Airbnb. Difficult situation to handle. I can only say that Adriana, the owner of the company, and her entire team handled everything in the best way. They have a high level of professionalism that I had not experienced with past reservations in other places. I highly recommend booking with them. Would definitely recommend 1000/10. 5 stars is not enough for the experience we had. The staff Mary and Kevin was very attentive they made us felt safe at all times. Anything we needed to get done they was on top of it. Even when we went out for nightlife our security Kevin was with us at all times making sure we were safe. I wanted to to take Mary home back to the states she was so mommy like and her cooking is great. I will be definitely coming back next year

Our stay was great. The house was in perfect condition, the rooms, pool and kitchen were impeccable and it was just as shown in the photos. Also, the staff was very friendly; Evelyn was always very attentive to us, cooked for us and helped us with everything that was offered to us. Likewise, Wilder, the security staff, was always attentive to us and accompanied us and picked us up from all the places we asked. Without a doubt, without them, our trip would not have been as great as it was.

The accommodation certainly met everything advertised, located in an excellent area, the service was incredible. But I would add that Mary and Kevin's treatment takes the cake, they really made our experience even better. Thank you very much for your kindness and service, we had an amazing time!

I went with a group of 13 people. We all had a great time there. The house has all the amenities you need, and it is clean. The people who work there are very servicial and efficient. I definitely recommend it.

The home was comfortable and Sandra made amazing breakfast everyday. The evening security guy was always around and we never had any problems. We were loud during the football games and he was constantly checking to make sure everything was ok.

Super convenient location. Having all those bedrooms with individual bathrooms made everything even better. And the pool was fantastic.

They were great. I came here with a couple of friends and we stayed here. They had a person at our property 24 hours. In the morning the lady was cleaning and making food if we asked her to. At night there was a guard outside who would let us in and actually sat outside the entire night until 7am when the lady came in. It was worth every penny and we would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone who is going to visit Cartagena!

Our driver Renzo picked us up in a spacious Mercedes van and went above and beyond with excursions, photos, luggage help, and constant care. One of the best vacations I've ever had. David runs a full concierge service that comes with security so you feel super safe when out at night. The cleaning woman came by daily for service and for an extra fee cooked full breakfasts for us. David also coordinated the boat ride we took and gave many recommendations. The best.

They took care of us as if we were members of their family or longtime friends. There is not one thing we were in need of that they did not handle or take care of for us. Great place walking distance to everything

This place was amazing! We planned a family trip with 10 members: in laws, my kids, my husband and this place did not disappoint. It was in the middle of EVERYTHING! We didn’t have to rent a car or uber, we were able to walk to all of our destinations. The staff is nothing short of amazing. Mari stayed with us during the morning and ensure our rooms were cleaned and even washed our clothes. Kevin the security stayed with us at night and made us feel super safe. They both are so welcoming and kind and even bought us oranges so we could have fresh squeezed orange juice! They felt like an extension of the family. I HIGHLY recommend this stay. I recently stayed here for my birthday & it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. The Airbnb is exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C was blowing in every room which was a plus with it being the month of August. The location of the Airbnb was so convenient. 90% of the places we went was either walking distance or only a very short uber ride away. The housekeeper Evelyn is so kind & welcoming. She greeted us with a smile & great energy every morning. She kept the place spotless. The security guard Will is top tier. He went above & beyond for us. He made sure we had everything we needed & if we didn’t already have it at the Airbnb he made a quick run to the store to get it for us. He made us feel extremely safe during our stay. David's place was perfect for our group stay of 8 girls. We had plenty of space and bathrooms (even had one extra). It was a very central, walkable location close to some amazing restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable and we had absolutely no issues or complaints! There are a lot of stairs so if mobility is a concern, it may not be right for you. Otherwise, it's a great choice in Cartagena!

Home as pictured. Great location, right in the heart of Getsemani. Walkable to lots of options, including umbrella street and the Old city. Security and housekeeper were wonderful! Highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast chef service offered. Absolutely delicious! Very easy to get around in Uber as well. The host transportation recommendation was fine except the exorbitant markup compared to Uber and I felt just as safe. There is definitely a markup on the referred outside services but it’s great to have someone available to give you recommendations for anything you’d like to do or get. Loved having a full bathroom for each bedroom. Perfect accommodations for a group trip. Highly recommend and would stay again.

David was always readily available whenever we needed assistance. The housekeeper, Made, was fantastic—she took care of grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and even did some laundry for us. She was incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with whatever we needed. Eber Julio, our security guard, was also very supportive, and it gave us peace of mind knowing the house was being well looked after. With several people staying at the property, it was especially convenient that each bedroom had its own bathroom, making it much easier for everyone to get ready.

I cannot say enough good things about this place but I’ll start with: everything from the house cleaning to security was so well taken care of and well managed. We came for a bachelorette party and felt incredibly safe, as there was a super kind security guard staffed at the door all night. There was a house manager who took care of cleaning and anything that we needed including getting us water everyday. And then the house also provided me with a decorator (extra fee ofc) and they did such a good job for the party! The house itself was so spacious and literally looks as beautiful as the photos. The A/C was alive and well-used haha as it was definitely hot when we visited. The only thing I’d note is to bring bug spray for the mosquitoes at night in the pool area. Overall we had a fantastic time, we left feeling like family with the staff, and we cannot wait to come back, as they made our stay in Cartagena so magical. Thank you!!!

David was texting us daily and replying to our messages promptly. They provided early luggage drop off - which really helped. Evelin was an on-site employee from 7-5 who did a great job. There was also a private security guard that stood watch over the house the whole night. Very cool. We were 1 1/2 blocks from a main square with great restaurants and an amazing cigar bar. The house was on a quiet, safe street but basically close to everything. Big clean bedrooms with fully functional a/c. The small swimming pool was a real treat that we used often. It housed the 13 of us very, very comfortably. Definitely recommend.

This Airbnb is in the perfect spot, right next to Cande and the mall serrezuela. So it was easy to get to an ATM. The housekeeper Ada and Jonathan were so friendly and helped with security and leading us places. We gave Ada some money for groceries and she cooked us an authentic Colombian breakfast. There were more stairs then expected but every view was amazing it was a beautiful air bnb the green wall in the center was beautiful. It’s so hot in Cartagena that the pool was a nice cold dip. Smaller than the photo but still fit 8 people from our group. Highly recommend this place. Will be coming back with group

The location was awesome. All rooms had their own bathroom. I prefer a bigger pool and we weren't able to use this time but it didn't bother us because we did excursions. I love the fact we had night security. Black King made us feel safe and secure. He made reservations to restaurants, and also traveled with us at night by going to the clubs and waiting for us. Yamille the maid was very nice, she prepared breakfast for us. We gave her money to buy the groceries.

A truly enjoyable stay! The Airbnb itself is huge and very spacious - each of the bedrooms are a good size and have comfortable beds. The rooftop jacuzzi and indoor pool were great to have! And the location is central to many restaurants in bars, but tucked on a private street that was quiet at night. But what the stay amazing, was Maria the in-house maid/chef who kept the Airbnb clean every day and cooked us a delicious breakfast and Kevin the night time security who always made us feel safe and comfortable. This 8 bedroom house in the historic part of Cartagena was perfect for our group of 10 people. We had plenty of room, comfort and privacy during our 4 night stay. This area is very peaceful at night to get a good night's sleep. Great location for shopping, dinning and enjoying local culture. The day person Evelyn took great care of us, she would have coffee ready early in the morning and cook a delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits, ham and cheese, scrambled eggs, arepas with cheese, stuffed yuca fritters, natural juice and French toast. Evelyn is a super-friendly person always with a big smile ready to help with everything, she would keep the house and the kitchen spotless. The night person Will also very friendly and polite provided security for the house and its occupants. Very knowledgeable of the area, Will would recommend places to get good food or entertainment. I planned my best friends Bach party here and it was amazing! Damian (concierge), Mary (house keeper) and Kevin (security) made this trip so unforgettable and special for all 9 of us who stayed in the house. Could not recommend this place more. Mary cooked breakfast for us when requested and Kevin helped her as well. Kevin walked us to our excursion meeting place and walked us around at night which was very helpful and made us feel safe since we were a group of girls. They were very attentive and made sure we got everything we needed and quickly. The house was in the perfect location and walking distance from everywhere you might want to visit. It was perfect and you will not regret booking this place.

Great location in Cartagena's historic center. The house is well equipped and maintained. It is a great setup for a large group. We had a great time at David's place. Sandra and Will were a great help for us. Sandra feeding us and keeping the place neat, and Will helping with everything we needed. We are very pleased with our time at this location.
