Second time we stayed at David's house because it's in a great location and is super comfortable. Jessica and Jonathan's service was excellent. If we come back, we won't hesitate and we'll stay in this house again.

In the photos it looked bigger than it really is. The rooms are very comfortable and the service from both the girl in the morning and Jonathan in the evening was wonderful. The first few days we didn't have hot water, but Jessica fixed it for us. The location is wonderful for walking and exploring. As a recommendation, I think they should put a little more effort into adapting a good room.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in the San Diego neighborhood in Cartagena. The host, David, was incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to the Old City and Getsemaní. The house itself was beautiful, perfect four our family of 14 and the AC in each room was a lifesaver. The house manager Ada Luz was very helpful to plan our long weekend trip. The housekeeper Jessica was amazing at preparing breakfast every day and keeping the house and rooms clean and organized. We felt very safe getting in and out of the house thanks to Johnathan who provided security throughout the evening and night. We definitely would book again for a family trip."

I had an unusual situation the day we arrived at the Airbnb. Difficult situation to handle. I can only say that Adriana, the owner of the company, and her entire team handled everything in the best way. They have a high level of professionalism that I had not experienced with past reservations in other places. I highly recommend booking with them. They have a very friendly security team that takes care of their guests.

Our group of eight stayed in this beautiful private house in Cartagena for three days during a bachelor party, and the experience was unforgettable. The property was perfect for a group — spacious, clean, and completely private. The highlight was definitely the outdoor kitchen and pool area, which became our main hangout spot for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the sun. A huge thank you to Jessica, our housekeeper, and Jonathan, our overnight security. Jessica kept the place spotless and made us feel right at home. Jonathan was incredibly helpful — not only did he keep us safe throughout the night, but he also gave us great local recommendations for clubs, restaurants, and nightlife.
