We very much enjoyed our stay! The house looks into a garden where we saw some beautiful birds. It was quite, but it was easy to walk to the beach, to restaurants, and to some small grocery stores. We received helpful recommendations for a driver, for yoga, and for a masseuse. Not having AC was mostly fine. We live in Panamá so have a decent tolerance for heat and humidity. Opening the doors for a cross breeze made a big difference but then the trade of was bugs.

We had a great stay, the location is peaceful, the house is fully equipped and the host friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay with Maria! The house was exactly as described and spacious. It is a few minutes walk from the beach and in a nice, quiet road. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedroom & living room were very comfortable. The shape of the house also meant that it was very breezy and fresh. Maria was also very accommodating and responsive! Would 100% stay here again.

Listing as described, quiet, and well located for exploring the surrounding area. A vehicle is required, whether a car, 4x4, or SUV. The “Avenida Principal de Popoyo” is a completely pot-holed dirt road, and it is mandatory to use it to get to the accommodation and to leave it for visits to the surrounding area; a 10-minute bumpy ride is guaranteed.😅 Otherwise, great, and a beautiful spot 🤩

The place is amazing for a relaxed getaway. It’s close to the beach (1min walk), there are some restaurants and two shops nearby if you want to cook. The house itself is just like it’s shown in the pictures. We felt at home immediately and Paz was an incredible host, who always helped us when needed. Just be aware that the wifi isn’t really strong and sometimes it’s totally gone. For us it was no problem, because we wanted to relax and catch up on our reading, but if you need to have a reliable internet connection it could be a problem. Thank you Paz for the amazing stay!

Paz was super lovely and always helpful if we needed something!!! The Cabin is really cozy, has a good energy and we loved our stay there really much. Also the way the cabin is built with sustainable materials, made the climate in the inside really nice, so we never needed an AC.

I stayed 30 days at Paz's house and it was a good experience. The house matches the listing, it is private, spacious, has a beautiful garden on the grounds and you have plenty of privacy. It is close to the beach (less than 5 minutes walking), and to the surf spots (20/30 min from the popoyo reef). There is a market on the corner of the house and restaurants very close by as well. Paz was always available to assist in any matter, which was another positive point. Note that there is no air conditioning, so if you are not used to the temperature of the region, you may feel hot on certain days. This is important information, although it does not diminish the quality of the house. Thank you, Paz, for having me and see you next time!!!
