Immerse yourself in a real ecological newly built 2 level villa ..natural breeze and light, private terrace and patio silent and safe .. nature with all the comfort, The Villa seats on a lush garden only 150 mt from the beach, wi fi , kitchen living room and a beautiful and large bathroom with a unique architecture design and walls made from natural resources as coconut fiber, the roof are covered with the traditional Nicaraguan " rancho style" The space We built all with natural sustainable material offers from this beautiful country that host us : NICARAGUA This Villa in 2 levels is one of our 3 Villas development they are in a lush garden where the only noise you will hear are birds and monkeys, and if you walk 150 mt you will be in the worldwide famous beach of Popoyo . Our property is perfect for couple or small family (2 to 3 people ). your own private entrance, patio, terrace , kitchen and bathroom We do live in one of the villa so whatever you need we are steps away Entrance your patio is in front of the villa, and once you enter in the villa you will find a large naturally lightly living room complete with a couch and a ceiling fan all over the house there are windows with shutters The kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook a nice meal, we include a gas stove, large refrigerator and freezer, blender and purified water, there is also as assortment of dishes, utensils, and cookware that should be adequate for your stay . Bedroom is on you second level facing your terrace, queen size bed, with electrical outlets for your convenience bathroom we love it and you will too all built with natural stones and bamboo with good water pressure from our well you will lot of space close to the sink and towels rack builkt by us with natural wood Option for an extra bed if required (extra fee). Second floor room with balcony and beautiful landscape view. Spacious bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer and a stove. Guest access We have access to wifi we would like to underline the fact that sometimes the signal is not strong or might goes AWAY we are in the middle of nature where very few years ago there were just trees ...usually happen very rarely but we would like to give our costumer the idea that might happen. ....hopefully if it does You can always have fresh coffee and Kombucha. Private Yoga session can be arranged and massage too You can harvest from our garden fruits and vegetables according to the availability and season we do provide purified water, towels, sheets, and toilet paper as well as soap. Other things to note please let us know in advance your arrival time we can help you with transportation public or private. we do accept pets under request and we might charge a little fee ( pls ask us details ) we do have laundry facilities : since eletricity is very expansive will charge 5 usd a load ( )

Maria was very responsive and helpful with everything. Cleaners came multiple times to make sure the apartment was clean and stocked. My only complaint is the mosquitoes in that part of town are prolific. Otherwise everything was good.

Staying at Tierra Nahua for 3 weeks was perfect. It's a peaceful place in the heart of Limon 2, perfect for a couple and surfers. We had a lot of privacy and tranquility there. Paz is a wonderful human and a great host. She was always available if we had questions. The place itself is 2min walk from the beach and close to many things. We would stay there again for sure if we come back !!

Oh my goodness- where to start! Everything about Maria’s place was absolutely perfect! We felt right at home when we arrived- Maria was an amazing and warm host- helped us organize things beyond just our stay- like setting us up with a competent driver, making local recommendations and ensuring we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay! Would come back here in a heartbeat, it was all we were hoping for and even more special than we expected! Thank you so so much, we are so grateful for you ✨✨✨

Absolutely loved this place! It’s very quiet, chilled and comfy. Great location with everything you may need nearby. We stayed 5 nights before Christmas and were sad that we had to leave, therefore, we came back for another 2 weeks! Paz is a fantastic host, great communication and she makes you feel right at home. Throughly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt home from home. The surroundings and beaches including the villa are beautiful, peaceful and the area has a sense of tranquility. We were able to recharge our souls and body’s and could have easily stayed longer. Waking up to the sound of the sea, birds and monkeys made the stay even more special. Maria is a very friendly host, always helpful and easily to communicate with. The memories we have taken from our stay are sweet and extra special. 🥰🙏🏽🌺🌅

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this thoughtfully constructed and furnished cabin/casita surrounded by lush vegetation in a small, quiet and very well-kept beachfront community. A simple kitchen, large open-air bathroom, comfy bed and spacious upper balcony overlooking the forest were the best features for us. Just 100 steps from the beach, with great waves for surfing, tranquil inlets with shallow water for kids or pets to play, and fascinating rock formations nearby (note: at high tide the beach mostly disappears but a dirt road makes it easy to get from one end to the other). Paz is a charming and responsive hostess who has made this a peaceful oasis.

We had a great stay at Tierra Nahua, it is a special place! The house is beautiful with great facilities and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Paz was an excellent host - super helpful, kind, thoughtful and friendly. Only downside of our experience was it rained a lot making the house feel damp and causing power cuts in the area.

Our stay was truly unforgettable! Maria, our host, was incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was open, airy, and minimalist, yet it had everything we could possibly need. We loved the relaxed, spacious feel of the place—it was perfect for soaking up the surroundings. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
