Your Eco-friendly home away. Immerse yourself in a real ecológica newly built 2 level Villa. Natural breeze and light, private terrace silent and safe..nature with all the comfort, The Villa seat on a lush guarden only 150 mt from the beach, wi fi, kitchen living room and a beautiful and large bathroom with a unique architecture design. Walls made from natural resources as coconut shell, the roof are covered with the traditional Nicaraguan "Rancho style". The space We build all with natural sustainable materials offers from this beautiful country that host us: Nicaragua. This Villa is 2 levels in one of our 3 Villas development they are in a lush garden where the only noise you will hear are birds and monkeys, and if you walk 150 mt you will be in the World Wide famous beach of Popoyo. Our property is perfect for couple or small family (2 to 3 ppl). Your own private entrance, terrace, balcony, kitchen and bathroom. We do live in one of the Villa so whatever you need we are steps away. Your patio is in front of the Villa, and once you entre in the Villa you will find a large naturally lightly living room complete with a single bed couch and a dinner table. The kitchen comes complete with everything you need to cook a nice meal, we include a gas stove, large refrigerator and freezer and purified water, there is also assortment of dishes, utensils, and cookware that should be adequate for your stay. Bedroom is on your second level facing your terrace, queen size bed, with electrical outlets for your convenience. Bathroom we love it and you will love too all build with natural stones and bamboo with good water pressure from our well. Option for an extra bed if required (extra fee). Second floor room with balcony. Spacious bathroom. Full equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer and stove. Guest access We have access to wifi we would like to underline the fact that sometimes the signal is not strong or might goes Away, we are in the middle of nature where very few years ago there were just trees...usually happen very rarely but we would like to give our costumer the idea that might happen. Private Yoga session can be arranged and massage too. We have a very confortable commun area with hammacs and nice furniture where you can relax. You can harvest from our garden fruits and vegetables according to the availability and season. We do provide purified water, towels, sheets, and toilet paper as well as soap. Please let us know in advance your arrival time we can help you with transportation public or private. We do accept pets under request and we might charge a little fee (pls ask us details). We do have laundry facilities: since electricity is very expensive will charge $10 per load.

fiquei 30 dias na casa de Paz e foi uma boa experiência. a casa corresponde ao anúncio, é privada , espaçosa, tem um bonito jardim no terreno e você tem bastante privacidade. é próximo da praia (menos de 5minutos caminhando), e dos pontos de surf (20/30 min do popoyo reef). ha Mercado na esquina da casa e restaurantes muito próximos também. Paz sempre disponível para auxiliar em qualquer questão ,foi mais um ponto positivo. note que nao ha ar condicionado, então se você nao é acostumando com a temperatura da região, pode ser que passe calor em determinados dias. é uma informacao importante, ainda que nao diminua a qualidade da casa. obrigado Paz por me receber e até a próxima!!!

I had such a great day at the Airbnb! It has a massive kitchen and two beautiful bedrooms and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything that you need. You are really close to the beach and a really safe area and there are markets and restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would definitely come back here!

Paz was very communicative. Helped us to get a ride from the airport. Very close to playa santana. 15 min or so walk to beginner bay.

Ich habe mich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus wurde mit natürlichen Rohstoffen gebaut und ist sehr geräumig und schön. Maria hat uns immer sehr schnell geantwortet und weiter geholfen.

Really lovely place! Tucked away in a peaceful garden so feels private, quiet and secluded but still only 200m from the beach front, restaurants and shop. Would recommend this by far over the more ‘fancy’ places on the beach front, basically the same location, much better value, more personal space and more traditional. No AC wasn’t a problem for us, the bedroom is so well ventilated and the fan is more than enough. Maria is a great host, very welcoming, responsive and always on hand to help with anything required. She gave some good local recommendations too. Would recommend getting a scooter, driving to the cheaper local restaurants nearby will save you money overall for sure! Surf wise, it’s very close to the break at Santana but a little walk (~15-30mins) to Popoyo main break and beginners bay, this is reduced if you have a scooter. There were some boards available to rent cheaply at the property, including foamies and shortboards suitable for intermediates. Great surf base!

Wonderful stay in a spacious adorable house. Everything what we needed was there. Very good beds. Paz is very helpful and informs you very well. Also the communal area is lovely to chill. The aread was nice an quiet. Very green, I loved the nature. We definitely come back.

Paz fue una de las host más lindas que hemos tenido! Fue súper amable, comunicativa, nos recomendó que hacer en la zona un restaurante muy rico con piscina llamado Costa Oeste. Disfrutamos de estar en la casa y teníamos todo lo que necesitabamos! Recomendamos este lugar! Muchas gracias Paz!
