Everything is very good, the stay is excellent, the beds and the photos are as they are, the only thing is that the person who works there is not such a good person, everything else is perfect.

It was an amazing place, they treated us super well, comfortable, just like the photos. The neighborhood looks ugly but it's not dangerous. Amazing to be with friends. Very comfortable and spacious

This home was beautiful and well accommodating for our group. We really enjoyed our stay. We used the chef and concierge service and the food was really good. Concierge service hounded me down for 35$ because there currency changed after paying what was asked of us. However, our group felt we really did not get what we paid for. If we needed something from the store we was over charged. The receipt were hand written Honesty is the way to my heart. With that being you would have gotten a great tip at departure just for being honest. Never hustle a hustler.

Even months before the trip every inquiry was answered swiftly and quickly Shoutout to you guys for making us feel right at home As far as the place the pictures don’t do it justice!!! You guys need to get the roof going because the views up there are immaculate The neighborhood a little under developed but we felt very safe at the house. Would def stay here again it housed 23 people comfortably !!! With room to spare !

Our group had a great stay. The hosts were so nice and always quickly to respond to any questions, the two staff members who were in the house were incredibly nice and helpful. The only little problem was the location. I love the fact that it’s right next to the beach but to get to the house from the main road, the streets were filled with potholes and muds since it was raining. But overall if they fix the streets and the houses next door it’ll be a 10/10. I didn’t have any issues with the house itself but the surroundings and the streets.

Everything was excellent, we were a group of friends and we had a great time. The house is just as described and even better. Sandi was excellent from the start, as well as the cleaning lady. I recommend it 100%. We would definitely come back

The house is amazing and the rooms were as expected from the pics but I'll recommend rugs on those cold floors. The location is in a challenging area so walking on the beach during daylight hours is our recommendation. In regards to food, we recommend hiring a conceirge to align the menu and transportation for the duration of the trip to minimize. In regards to transportation, hire a driver for the duration of the trip. It may be more money upfront but small trips to the markets, shopping, and excursions become very costly (expect to be hustle). Yonis to be specific was not inviting at all, he had an attitude and face tore up the entire time, everyone felt the same. I asked him to get our cases of water from the 3rd floor he said he doesn't carry water. There were no face towels until we contacted the owner and all of a sudden we had enough towels. The owners did step in and make it better and sent an English speaking lady that was super nice and it was great after that.

We were so happy to stay at this place. It was absolutely incredible. The team communicated continuously also had preparations whenever we needed and Sandy took absolutely amazing care of us. I would highly recommend booking this place.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb location! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Also, Sandy who assisted us at the home was incredibly attentive and helpful, always making sure all our needs were met. The location was perfect — peaceful, yet close to everything. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

a of 9 of us stayed here for a bachelor trip. this was a hell of a trip. the place is everything you are expecting. jonny will make sure you feel safe the entire stay, and his wife is an excellent cook. we stayed up for hours every night and he stayed up with us. the pool is super nice. the room all have individual ac in them. they all either have 1 or 2 beds in them. there is an ice machine. no issues with hot water in the shower. now the beach is a bit dangerous. I thought it was a private section, how ever it is far from it. you want to get on a yacht they provide for you to enjoy the water anyway. great place and I totally recommend it.

The place Is beautiful, as the pictures show. Sandy and Gellis (sp) were amazing and accommodated our every need: breakfast was great, the pool and areas were kept clean, and coffee was always ready. On the second day the washing machine broke, and they replaced it the next day and washed all of our clothes, which was unexpected and great. Three cons: 1. the wifi is pretty weak - not an issue for us but heads up. 2. there was a smell in the bathroom of the big room, not sure where it came from but hopefully it can get resolved. 3. it can get loud during the day: there is a school nearby and ongoing construction around the entire city, and the birds don't help... That being said, this street is VERY quiet by Getsemani standards, the party streets start a block over. I thought the AirBnb location was perfect: right near the action, but not outside our windows :) I would highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Wow.. that an amazing property. Camilla the host was super professional, knowledgeable and her recommendation made our trip to Cartagena memorable. Gustavo when above and behiond to make sure we had everything needed for the house 24/7. Cleaning was superb and the location is 5 min walk to everything. Traveling from NYC we had very high expectations but this property and this team DELIVERS.

Sara was are main contact on all aspect of our door to door service for the hosting property. She was very welcoming and very pleasant in speaking and made time to connect. Camilla was another individual that help to coordinate transportation from the airport to the home , provided us a local cook to prepare meals such as breakfast,lunch, dinner and fruit platter.Please note that the cook come with a reasonable charge of $25 and with a menu that you can pick from or customize. You pay for the groceries and the service you have a family style meal at the property .Johnny and his wife Yaciris live in the property but separate from the guest rooms they are there to help in stream line recommendations for your experience. Overall, the experience was wonderful. I went for my bachelor party. You have the pool you have the beach and you’re about 15 minutes away towards the old city in Uber. Take a chance and enjoy paradise. Thank you to all.

The place was immaculate. Rooms were beautiful, a bathroom for every room, hot showers, air conditioning in every room. The pool was lovely and the rooftop was a gem! The chef Gustavo prepared really delicious breakfasts.

I recently spent 5days here with a group of 12 people and it was amazing. The staff of the house was wonderful and SUPER helpful. We loved the breakfast served daily and Gustavo was so kind to help us book different excursions at a local rate. Some of us got hurt during the stay and the staff helped with getting the tings we needed up care for our selves. The Airbnb is in a perfect location! I would love to stay here again.

The accommodation is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, all with air, the kitchen well equipped, the pool very nice, the area outside is not very safe so some of the activities could not be carried out, something also to improve is that they asked the chef and my team to leave the kitchen clean on the last day and at the last minute they were to start washing everything when the toilet rate is normally already included and we even did not use the kitchen service, nor the cleaning service in the rooms and every day we take care of the cleaning.

Exceeded all of our expectations! This was a wonderful place to stay and the staff was the best part! Highly recommend. Thank you and we'll be back!

Sara is a great host and very accommodating. The chef already had our meal prepared upon arrival. Maria and her son showed us great hospitality, he even assisted my daughter and her friends around town. Our group was a total of 10 and we had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts and on-site team were all lovely and took great care of us. The location was particularly good, as it was tucked away on a quiet and safe street, right around the corner from all sorts of action! thank you for a lovely stay.

This house is truly spectacular, the location is pretty good and the people that work in the house are very collaborative.

In the photos, the house is the focal point; its just as the pictures showcase. Before my visit, Sara and the staff were very receptive to any queries or worries I had. José is the best I mean THE BEST; he stays in the house as well as woman to take care of our needs (she wasnt to friendly until maybe our last day. Neither spoke english we had to use translators to communicate which wasn't an issue. My group was apprehensive at first of them being in the house, but it was relaxed after we arrived and caught the vibe. To help us understand our surroundings, I wish there had been photos of the neighborhood in addition to the house. It was more of a hood vibe, with shacks, and not deserted areas and no lighting. I wouldn't advise going for a nighttime stroll there. One flaw was we paid for a extra service to clean the rooms and cook breakfast our rooms were not cleaned the entire stay. There were times the trash was filled up with flies & had to tell her. I wish I advised Sara but didnt.

Sara is a wonderful host to work with! The place is kept clean through out the stay and if there was anything we ever needed, she was a quick message or call away. We utilized the pool and rooftop almost every day. The place itself had a ton of space for whatever you needed. The location is prime as your within walking distance of the entrance of the walled city and a ton of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking.

Amazing stay. I would definitely recommend this villa for large groups. Place looks exactly like the photos so there are no surprises. The staff was great as well. They Attended to our needs and was very catering. Everything was spot on. From the WiFi, running hot water and clean sheets and towels.

This place was great for our big group. The rooms are nice and the location is very well kept. They have staff onsite that makes it easy to get things scheduled and kept the place clean. I would recommend this for a big group of folks that want to relax and unwind. The host are amazing as well and scheduled extra things for us, we had a massage service for us at the house and they decorated the house for my wife’s bday and it was amazing!

We stayed in a house and it exceeded all our expectations. The house comes with everything described: comfortable spaces, excellent maintenance and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, in the heart of Getsemani a few steps from the main tourist sites. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to help with any requests. Definitely a recommended experience.

Communication with Sara and Camila before the trip was very timely, they answered all our concerns and requests about the needs we had! We were a group of 17 plus 2 children. It is a large comfortable space, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. José and maye's attention was great they are very kind and honest people, always willing to help and serve. It's a place that has everything if your plans are to stay in one place to enjoy the sea and the pool. The only thing I didn't like is that to do market there is no place nearby and no transportation, it would be nice to have a golf cart to mobilize. We certainly felt very happy, quiet and safe! Last week I returned home from the Shalom Beach House in Boquilla! A group of 27 of us went to celebrate my 15th wedding anniversary. We had a blast! The house was beautiful, cozy and welcoming. It was perfect for such a large group. We had 3 babies (ages 1-3) and also some kids ages 10-17. Everyone loved it! I cannot say enough about Jose & Maye who took very good care of us while we were there! The meals were delicious! They were also available to get groceries for us or run small errands. They were pleasant, often smiling & they felt like family 💚. My only regret was that we didn’t have enough pesos left to leave a larger tip! (Side note: Speaking of pesos, please make sure you convert your money in your home town, at the airport or at any of many banks/atms in Cartagena. Pesos are needed.) Overall, our stay was great! Sara and team were great & responsive from the first time we contacted them!! I would definitely recommend this place!! Thank you Sara, Jose, Maye & team! 💚

The area was not the safest but the staff made sure we were safe. The place is awesome!! You couldn't have asked for a better place. It was vert clean and nice. My group of 15 loved it! I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Cartagena for five days during my bachelor trip, and it was an incredible experience. The location is perfect—situated on the beachside, providing easy access to the beach, which was exactly what we wanted. While it's not in the walled city, this wasn't an issue for us because the Airbnb is only 15-20 minutes away. The house comfortably accommodated our large group of 13+ people. The rooms are spacious, and everyone had their own space, which was great. The staff were fantastic, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The common area was perfectly arranged around the pool, allowing everyone to interact and do a lot of activities together without anyone feeling secluded. Overall, our stay at this Airbnb was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beachside accommodation in Cartagena.

This house looked exactly as the photos. At first, we thought it would be weird with the grounds keeper but in reality the staff was AMAZING. Jose and the women staying on site were very attentive, easy to reach & super accommodating with anything we needed. Reminded me very much of a resort and you have the option to feel as though you’re at an all inclusive with the options they provide. They cook, clean, and do errands for you if needed! Sara, the host was very attentive, responsive and helped me plan the entire trip before we got there and continue to assist with any changes while we were there. They even helped us with a security named Jorge who accompanied us everywhere and was very helpful in us communicating with the locals! My family and I look forward to coming back and they said they have a spot for us next year!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! We traveled with a group of 19 people and had the time of our lives. Every couple/single had their own room and bathroom. The rooms all have their own keys for privacy. The services offered were top of the line beginning even before we arrived in the country. The host Sara did a great job of providing clear instructions on what we should expect from the home along with the extra services that could be provided such as daily cooking by the wonderful chef Maryalis. Upon arrival we were met by the house manager Jose who made navigating a new country so much easier. If I ever had a question or if the group needed something, he immediately found us a solution. The entire time we were here we felt safe and protected. There is a security guard at the door, several cameras and the home is walled off from the beach to provide privacy. The house staff also provided a daily room refresh for those who needed it. This place is a 10/10. I definitely recommend.

What an amazing house! The staff Jose, May, and Karen were a complete joy! We are a group of American black women, some who are queer, and we felt right at home and Safe! We travelled with our 1.5 year old, while there in not a crib or high chair, we grabbed our travel ones and made great use of them. Our baby ran around the property in her diaper in complete joy! Keep in mind that not all the rooms have hot water, and the wi-fi is spotty. Be sure to use the Colombian Spanish translation as it can be a bit confusing at times. The staff does not speak English, but are happy to help anyway they can!! We will be back to Colombia and I will definitely be reaching out to these hosts again!

Lovely spot. I was here with 15 people for a work retreat. Most of the reviews already break down the things to know. But on a high level; Sara is a great host. She was very responsive early on and was available when we needed her. The location was nice, as it was private. The immediate access to the beach was great for a morning or evening dip. The main floor was great for socializing and going to the pool. Furthermore, for 15 people it was nice to all have our own bathroom. Jose and Mayerly were great to help. Breakfast was prepared every day as well as some dinners and lunches. They also coordinated our pick-ups and drop-offs and the pool was kept clean and full! It's worth noting that Rappi works here, so we ordered groceries and food with no issues. On the negative side, the internet cannot handle 15 people if you're all on the same floor. It would regularly drop. Keep that in mind if you intend to get work done. We had some other challenges, but they were resolved promptly.

Great place for a big group, plenty of rooms, responsive host who is very flexible and always checked up on us. The pool is a great addition with the beach front property, although the property is off the main road, we had no issues getting transportation, we were able to schedule taxi pick ups with the person on ground, overall great experience and highly recommended

What a beautiful house in Cartagena right on the beach. This was the perfect home for our large group. Everyone was comfortable and the house manager was more than friendly. They helped us setup daily excursions, taxi’s into town and cooked breakfast for us each day.

The place is perfect for large groups. Is exactly how it shows in the picture. They have a couple taking care of the guest and they were very friendly and helpful and always available for what we needed. The lady cooked for us and her food was amazing. The host Sara was very attentive and recommended services and connected me with a tour company that helped me plan the entire trip and it was great. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends.

Overall a great stay spacious and comfortable. Staff on site didn't speak English but nothing translate app couldn't fix. Location a little hard to get to due to bad road. But for price and size there's nothing better. Beach access right out the back gated. Highly recommended to stay.

The pictures doesn't do the place the actual justice. I had a group of 15 and for everyone to be completely satisfied is a huge accomplishment. I'll start of with the host reaching out to me before arriving to ensure my group would be able to get to the property via transportation. We were able to coordinate everyone that was coming in on different flights efficiently. Sara's communication with me throughout my entire stay was amazing. The location of the property is LITERALLY on the beach, which through us off initially, but ended up being a paradise. The surrounding neighborhood is full of locals which may be concerning at first, but trust that you are in good hands. The house manager Jose really looked out for our entire group from going to the store to pickup groceries to accompanying us on the beach so that local vendors didn't harass us. Maye the house cook was able to whip up tasteful meals in a short time for a group of 15. Really great people and was a highlight of my time

Our stay was great at this beach house! We really enjoyed the private pool and the views. Airport pickup was prompt AC blew nice and cold More than enough space for our group of 9. I don’t even think we took up half the space. The beach was steps away Very reliable and affordable taxis/Uber Service was a little spotty but it helped us stay off of our phone haha The housekeepers were fun and very catering We had to get used to not having hot water but we managed. Had small issues with the shower drain and the cleanliness of the tile in the showers but nothing absolutely disgusting. We were advised not to walk in certain areas but a convenience store nearby would have been amazing considering we forgot some toiletries. Overall everything was great and clean!

This house is amazing! Even better then the pictures. Sara & Camila were super responsive. We where in constant communication before the trip. They provided recommendations assisted in coordinating any excursions. The couple that stay in the house were amazing. They cleaned and cooked for us. They were very friendly and always stayed out the way unless we needed them. Only thing I would suggest is some type of latter in the pool. I would definitely stay here again for sure. Place was great and private. Minor issues such as Lost water for a hour or two but they did fix it right away. No hot water but it was fine due to the heat. Live In couple was wonderful and very nice. Guy with transportation there wasn’t really honest when getting food for the amount of money he was giving.

Over the space was amazing. It’s right on the beach so the views were very nice. The home is the perfect place for large groups or multiple families. Each room has its own bathroom and AC. It was very hot when we arrived so the AC was perfect. Some rooms have balconies facing the beach. Each room/suite had an individual key so you can lock up as you leave. The kitchen and living room areas are open in view of the pool. The house was staffed 24/7. Cameras Around the outside. It made it feel safer in the neighborhood. There was also someone available to cook meals. There’s a water dispenser with filtered water and a speaker/TV for music and entertainment I would advise not wearing shoes in doors at all because once the sand gets it, it gets all over the place. The house was about 10-15 minutes from the airport and the walled city. Taxis weren’t very difficult to get however Ubers often cancelled due to the location. Great experience overall

Place was great guest friendly with security loved it ! The house keepers were the best ! They cooked and went to the store for us if we needed anything! Also to get to the restaurant or clubs was a breeze your 15 min from the old city.I will be staying here again in the future, thank you for making this experience great !

Amazing place, clean, views of the beach and the photos are a great depiction of the home. There was a total of 9 of us ladies in my party who came to celebrate my bachelorette trip and the home did not disappoint!!! The door man and housekeeper were very nice and helpful. Sara was always responsive and very helpful when needing support navigating the area and translating as no one in our party was fluent in Spanish.
