It has 13 rooms, each with air conditioning and a private bathroom, making it perfect for families and large groups with a capacity for up to 34 people. The spacious, modern, and fresh social areas offer direct access to the beach and include the possibility of organizing meals at home, along with various lounge and conviviality spaces. An outdoor shower and a bottle of drinkable water are available for your convenience. The house is fully at the disposal of the guests. Located in a local fishermen’s neighborhood on the beach, surrounded by beach restaurants and other houses, it provides an authentic Cartagena experience. You can get around by taxi or Uber, and a taxi is always available within 20 minutes of the house. A couple resides in the house and is dedicated to its maintenance. Additional Guests: Any additional guests not included in the reservation must be registered in advance and will incur an extra cost of 100,000 COP per day per person (this rate applies regardless of whether it is for one hour or one full day). For events or parties, please note that a separate price will be applied. Guest access The house is fully at the guests' disposal. The staff is available 24/7 to assist with transportation coordination, meal arrangements, cleaning, providing useful information, and helping with shopping. Other things to note A couple lives in the house dedicated to the maintenance of the house. ADDITIONAL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED IN ADVANCE AND HAVE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF 100,000 COP PER DAY/PERSON. --- Event Conditions: For hosting events, a separate contract is required from the accommodation agreement, which specifies a maximum number of guests. Pre-Event Visit: There is the possibility of a visit the day before the event and reservation.
