Exactly as described and what is shown in pictures. The night guard and staff were friendly and helpful. Very walkable to museums and shopping although had to walk further or take Uber to find cafe with outdoor seating to enjoy a good cup of coffee. The hot water in master bedroom was hit or miss, not sure what was wrong. The last night we barely slept due to a party at house next door that went till 1am and other guests at the flat 1 floor down being way too loud at 3am after arriving drunk I’m assuming. Overall it was a good stay.

This is our second time staying at Pancha Flats and will most likely stay in the future. The flat is beautifully decorated and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable and we appreciated the security to get in & out of the building. There was also a lot of helpful information in the booklet provided in the flat, best places to eat & shop, activity recommendations and tips.

10/10 experience staying here. The place is spacious, which was perfect for our family of four. I loved that I couldn’t hear my brothers tv show from the adjoining room. The street gets quiet at night, so don’t expect a crazy night-life scene, as compared to Roma-Norte. We felt extremely safe our whole stay knowing that no one could just come and go, as there is a guard that has to give you access to the building. Our host was fast to respond to any of my questions and needs during our stay. My whole family was beyond satisfied with the place. We’ll be staying here again in our upcoming trips!

Franchesca's apartment, if the description and photos convinced you, it's even better when you get there and see it in person! We were impressed when we arrived with how modern, comfortable and cozy it was! Everything is absolutely new, spacious and extremely clean. Adding the great location in which it is in Polanco, where you are close to absolutely everything. It also feels like a very safe and quiet area. To finish with the best, which was Franchesca's service, answering me at all times and solving my doubts. I definitely give this place 5 stars and hope to return soon! Thanks!

Upon arrival check-in was smooth during our stay the host was responsive to any need. location - excellent - Polanco is a perfect location in Mexico City and this apartment is perfectly located to so much. Apartment - very clean, I felt right at home Cleanliness - very clean Amenities - excellent, full kitchen, full washer/dryer, fans in each room Location - the best Property - located in a quiet neighborhood, 24-7 friendly security, clean property. We enjoy our stay. It was perfect for our family of four and friend who joined us. The place was as described and photographed. We had a couple maintenance issues that were quickly fixed. We missed the no AC in the description. They did have fans in each of the room and the coolness at night made it a non-issue. We would stay again.

Out of all the places I’ve stayed in Polanco, this was my absolute favorite. The description was everything and the pictures matched everything we got. Security was pleasant and the matinece guy was amazing and helpful. Anytime I needed anything it was taken care of right away.

I often go to Mexico City and I always stay in different places, and I dare say that this has been the best, the most beautiful, the cleanest… where I have stayed. It's in a great location. We were impressed by how big the apartment was. The photos don't do it justice. We were very well taken care of by Abi. The whole experience was fabulous. The only thing missing, in my opinion, are mosquito nets because it was very hot and we could not leave the windows open due to the number of mosquitoes that came in. Other than that, I definitely recommend it and of course I would stay here again. Thank you very much

There were 5 adults in our group and the apartment was great! Plenty of bathrooms, everything was very clean and the area was peaceful and walkable, her welcome info book was great! If I’m ever in CDMX I would definitely stay here again! The apartment was extremely clean! And I’m very picky! The staff were also very attentive and friendly! 10 stars!!

We went to CDMX for 4 days at Easter, 2 adults and 3 children. It was an amazing family vacation. The apartment was great, just like in the photos. We loved the privacy, the friendliness of the staff, the closeness of the host and the location. Everything is close by and within walking distance. In the mornings we would go to a nearby cafeteria to buy coffee and fruit, and we would make breakfast at home. In the afternoon, it's perfect for walking when the heat subsides. We were afraid it was a noisy street but not at all, it was perfect, no noise. We'll be back

Very nice, modern apartment in Polanco. We were three couples traveling together and enjoyed having large common areas to be together. The onsite management in the building were always available if we needed anything. We felt safe and comfortable, tucked away from the noise of the city. A large grocery store and nearby Costco makes grocery shopping a breeze and beautiful walks up nearby avenues lead to fantastic restaurants and shopping. We had a lovely stay.

We had a problem with the cleaning in terms of having the apartment ready on time at check-in, however Franchesca personally assisted us and resolved the situation, she was always attentive to anything we required, she gave us a courtesy which we greatly appreciate. The apartment is very conveniently located, it is just as shown in the pictures, very spacious, we will definitely take it into account for another trip to Mexico City, that's why I rate it with 5 stars and recommend it for family trips, to spend a few comfortable days, sleep without noise, which is greatly appreciated, thank you again Franchesca for your attention!

Wonderful and spotless.

This is the second time that we have opted to stay here, the location is perfect, and we liked the house.

Overall, everything was great. There was a situation that was out of control where we had to call the police and ambulance and of course there were complaints from the neighbors but that was totally on our side and the cost of the damage was covered. The only thing is that the internet failed a lot and we didn't have a connection for much of the stay. Also, we forgot a white gold ring with a diamond in the main room and they told us they didn't find it. Anyway!

The apartment was warm, welcoming and spacious. It is a secure building with 24 hour attendant. A walking distance to some of the great restaurants and cafe.
