This apartment is absolutely beautiful, with a thoughtfully designed aesthetic that makes it feel both stylish and comfortable. One of the standout features is how safe the property feels—the gated security provides real peace of mind. That said, there are a couple of trade-offs to consider. Noise can occasionally be an issue, especially in the master bedroom where sounds from neighbors carry more than expected. Additionally, while the location is ideal for families or those wanting to stay away from busy tourist areas, it does come with a downside: getting to most places took us over 30 minutes, and we often found ourselves stuck in traffic. Overall, it’s a great choice if you value safety, design, and a quieter, more residential setting, but it may not be the most convenient if you plan to be out and about frequently.

This is our second time staying at Pancha Flats and will most likely stay in the future. The flat is beautifully decorated and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable and we appreciated the security to get in & out of the building. There was also a lot of helpful information in the booklet provided in the flat, best places to eat & shop, activity recommendations and tips.
