This place was more than spacious enough for our group of 5 adults. The location in Condesa was great. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, cafes, convenience stores, etc. the balcony was nice for some fresh air. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Parque mexico.

Very spacious and well-furnished place in a great area of La Condesa that's walkable to many restaurants and shops.

The place is really nice. Neighborhood is amazing, truly can’t beat the location. Lots of very nice coffee shops within 10min walk. Easy to get to all the tourist locations. Host is super responsive to answer our questions and address any issues. Only downside is it’s a bit loud in the afternoon and sometimes at night when cars/motorcycles pass since some rooms are facing the street. Overall, highly recommended for large groups / families traveling in Mexico City!!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The space is large — our group of seven fit comfortably, but it could easily accommodate twelve with its six beds. The hosts were incredibly responsive, answering every question within 30 minutes and quickly resolving any issues. When the toilet broke, they sent someone right away, and when we requested cleaners during our extended stay, they arranged it for the next day. I’ve never experienced such fast and attentive communication from any Airbnb host. One thing to note is that the small room with the bathroom behind the kitchen is quite compact, so luggage will need to go in the laundry area. Like most places in Mexico City, the neighborhood can be noisy, but that’s expected. Overall, the home felt safe, clean, and well maintained, and the hosts were truly exceptional. The location has plenty of shops and restaurants and is very safe. Thank you, Remy and team, for an amazing stay. We will be back!

A good location

The place was super nice and spacious, all the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the area is super well located, despite being busy it's not annoying at all!

We are a family of six traveling together and Miguel's place was perfect for our extended family trip! We all had enough space and bedrooms to feel right at home! Miguel's place was perfect for a central location with convenience stores and restaurants all within a short walk. Miguel and his team were quick to respond and was very helpful and flexible with our travel schedule....We recommend Miguel's place and look forward to staying here again!

The stay was excellent. Everything was as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable and very well kept. The location couldn't be better, as it's very close to all the beautiful things in Mexico City, and there's also a super nice park a few steps away, perfect for going for a walk and enjoying the atmosphere. We felt safe at all times and the experience was amazing. Definitely a highly recommended place. I'd be happy to come back!

We were a group of 6 adults and Miguel’s space was great for our group. The location was perfect. Plenty of food places and coffee places for us to enjoy. The metro was also really close and we rented bikes as well. Miquel’s house had 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a full operating kitchen and both a w/d. The living/dining room space was great for morning and evening planning as well as meals together. Miguel was an excellent communicator and provided fast responsive service. If you’re looking for a secure place to stay in Roma Norte/Condesa please consider Miguel’s place.

This location was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The area is safe and has plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations for tours and transport service

We had an overall great stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—there’s a 24-hour 7/11 conveniently located at the edge of the block, and it’s close to parks, restaurants, bars, and plenty of street vendors. The neighborhood is very walkable, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was spotless, with fully stocked bathrooms and the added bonus of a washer and dryer, which came in handy. The hosts were amazing—response time was top-notch, and when we got a little chilly during our stay, they quickly provided heaters without hesitation. The only minor downside was the street noise, which is to be expected in such a vibrant location. If you’re a light sleeper like me, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped place in a lively, convenient Condesa neighborhood.

Excellent apartment and super central location, on Av Nuevo León, literal in the middle of everything, apart from noise is not heard despite the fact that the area is moved, recommended for large groups. Recommended!

Great place to stay

The place is very nice, and the woman who was in charge of cleaning it was very nice and very helpful. The building is a bit old, and there’s minor signs of the age in the apartment, but it is quite nice otherwise. Had a bit of trouble finding the place because the doors/apartment numbers aren’t labeled but the hosts were very communicative so had the janitor not been at the apartment, I have no doubt this would have been resolved quickly. The city is also quite loud and there isn’t much soundproofing on the windows, so definitely worth trying to mitigate noise for when you sleep. I had a great stay. It is a very large, well kept, cozy apartment in a great part of town. Would definitely stay again and wish I had stayed longer.

This is one of the best Airbnb that I have stayed. Everything is just as published. The apt is very spacious, it had everything we needed, very comfortable, impeccable cleaning. The hosts were very responsive and always helped us out with what we needed. Very well decorated so you feel right at home. It's not a new building but is very well maintained. Located very centric to Polanco, Roma and Condesa. It's very secure at any time and a great neighborhood.

Excellent location, it has an excellent atmosphere, the beds are delicious, the social spaces are spacious and invite you to share. Miguel was always attentive.

1. Excellent communication by the hosts Remy and Miguel. I knew if I wrote a message they would respond promptly and they did, always. 2. Street noise is present. The windows are slatted. Bring a noise machine if you have trouble sleeping with road noise, we did and it was fine. 3. Can get chilly in winter so request heaters and they'll provide them. 4. Water pressure was low and took a while for hot water to come. Not a big deal. 5. Space around toilets is tight. 6. AMAZING location, easy to walk to places, easy to get an Uber. Restaurants nearby. 7. Elevator was helpful for kids. 8. Overall an excellent stay!

Absolutely loved my Airbnb experience in Mexico City! The cozy apartment was a hidden gem, centrally located with vibrant neighborhoods within walking distance. Miguel's hospitality was outstanding. He was very responsive and helpful. I am grateful for such a memorable stay!

It's a great location, comfortable, and the hosts are very attentive. They also provided a fabulous and extensive list of recommendations that were spot on. We ended up needed extra towels, because of all the kids, and the hosts were very responsive with our request.

The place was as describe and in a great neighborhood with a lot of cool restaurants, bars and things to see. Miguel’s team was very responsive and was very quick to fix any issues we have. Would recommend the place.

This apartment was perfect for the 6 of us adults. It felt very comfortable with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very soft. There is a bit of noise from the road during the day but there isn’t much traffic at night so it was perfect for us. Communication was quick and check in and out was easy! I love this area and would stay here again.

Mikes place was clean and accommodated our group well. The apartment is very spacious. It was in a great location, super walkable and close to lots of great cafes and restaurants. It is off a busy street and louder but they provide ear plugs if needed. Mike was also super responsive and helpful with questions or anything we needed during our stay. Check in and check out was very easy.

Overall I would have to say that my stay was at this location was absolutely wonderful. We can begin with the hosts. Incredibly responsive, within a few minutes they would respond and incredibly kind and respectful. I asked a couple of question I should have read in there check in instructions (very clear, if I head read through the whole thing first). Okay so now the location. the place is huge and has lots of privacy, very clean and the host was gracious enough to let us come early to drop off the bags since our flight was early. The area itself is amazing if you want to try different restaurants and walk around. Overall 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again or work with these hosts again. One thing to not the parking spot can be a little tight but if you’re comfortable driving in Mexico City in general that should be now issue.

We really enjoyed our stay and using this place as our home base in CDMX. The apartment was very clean and as described. It can be a little loud at night so might not be the best place for light sleepers.

Great place to stay while in CDMX. The house was stocked with lots of snacks and drinks on arrival. The coffee machine wasn’t working and another one was delivered within 20 minutes of messaging the host. The reviews about the apartment being noisey are true but what do you expect when you book an Airbnb in the middle of a large city? Will get that anywhere. Ear plugs and black out curtains are within the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

A great place in a great location in the most beautiful neighborhood in Mexico City. Decor was darling, beds were comfortable. Walk to Parque Espana and 2-dozen delicious restaurants took 2 minutes or less. Bring a speaker for white noise, the front bedrooms are quite noisy with the street below. But otherwise, this place is a perfect spot to gather with favorite friends & make splendidly beautiful memories.

We had a great stay at Mike’s apartment. It was easy to get in and very convenient for accessing Roma and Condesa by foot. We had to work a little bit while we were there and the wi-fi was fast enough for the 3 of us to be on zoom calls at the same time. Big plus! It’s a very nice and spacious apartment.

Thank you Mike and team for hosting our family (8 total). The location is great, walking distance throughout La Condesa & La Roma, very easy to move around in Uber. The building is a mature build and in the city, so street noise is expected. The decore is quant and not cluttered. Mike was super available and very polite, his team was helpful and attentive. Overall we enjoyed our time in this part of the city and where we stayed had a lot to do with it.

Excellent location! A spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms in one of the best areas in the city. The building is a bit old, but you immediately forget that once you're inside, thanks to the host's beautiful decor! I definitely recommend it!

This place was beautiful and the location was excellent and walkable. The ends were super comfortable, we loved the neon sign, and there were enough bathrooms and mirrors for all of us to get ready! Would definitely stay again, especially with a group of friends. The host is extremely responsive and the staff that come to help are excellent and kind. I called because I needed help finding something (which turned out to be both incredibly obvious and on the counter 🤦🏼‍♀️) and they were so helpful and nice about it. Quick note, as expected 2 of the bedrooms that are on the street are a bit noisier - as NYers didn’t bother us a bit :)

It was 5 of us and there was PLENTY of space. It was our first time out to CDMX. I was pretty skeptical on where to stay but we definitely weren’t disappointed! I would say the bathrooms are on the smaller side and a bit outdated but it did what it had to do :) Lots of stores/restaurants /coffee shops and a 711 literally steps away. Super convenient AND on Fridays ONLY there’s a whole bunch of tents/vendors that set up right in front of the condo where they sell fruits, veggies, fresh seafood and lots of good street food! When I say right in front, it’s like a walk across the street and it goes for miles! Really not big on writing reviews but I’m hoping this helps for future guests. Mike & Remy we’re very responsive and easy to communicate with! Had a blast!

Mike’s place was centrally located, in a prime location close to bars. eateries, cafés. Very safe and walkable area. We walked around after 9 PM and felt safe. Overall an awesome stay in Mike’s stay. We will certainly consider this place whenever we come back to CDMX

A lovely stay in Condesa! This neighborhood is great, safe and beautiful. The building has elevators so that was great to get our bags in and out, and the check-in instructions were super clear. Our host checked in to make sure we were able to check in without a problem, which I really appreciated. Loved the décor in this place, and the beds were super comfortable! The filtered tap water in the kitchen was really convenient and we loved this feature! The only thing that would make this place even better is updating the bathrooms and kitchen but all were very clean and the shower in the primary bedroom (the one I used) was really good! Loved that toiletries were provided for us (wall dispensers), and the towels were fluffy and clean.

The place was clean and spacious! Location was good spot to walk around and explore. Plus, the hosts were great and attentive! Really helped us out by allowing us to keep our bags in the room while we went out and walked for a bit before heading out to our flight.

We loved the stay, the decor of the apartment gives a unique style, excellent for souvenir photos. Excellent location, a lot of security in the building, and communication with Mike was impeccable. He was always very attentive to our needs. I definitely recommend it.

Overall the place was very cute and well stocked! We had a private chef come and they were able to cook in the kitchen. However the apartment does face the street and it is very loud (I brought earplugs after reading other reviews). The host is super responsive and fixed any issues for us right away.
