This place was perfect for our stay. 5 mins to the main strip which included all sorts of restaurants and live entertainment. The condo itself was a bit small but had all the necessary amenities to cook our own breakfasts and share in a movie. The pool area was relaxing and peaceful with a tons of great retirees to hang out with. Brad and Heidi were available at all times to provide us with advice and assistance in our daily activities. I would definitely stay here again. 👍🏻👍🏻

The Cocomarindo site is safe and the environment is pleasant. The condo is clean and comfortable.

a hacienda of palm trees and greenery. just the right size apartment with everything you need and a little more. wonderful pool at the same time close to the beach and 7 minutes to the city center which offers food and music. Coco is very nice and people there too. The host couple respond quickly to our questions etc. I can really recommend this place.

Staying at Heidi and Brad's condominium was such a great find on Airbnb. It is exactly as described. The unit is fully, I mean fully stocked. It has a fully stocked kitchen and anything that you would need to cook if you desire. The bathroom is also fully stocked. The only thing that you need is your toothbrush and paste and your deodorant. Everything else is there for you. The provided hair dryer is awesome. You may read social media complaining about hot/warm water in the shower, not an issue here. Temperature and water pressure is great! It is located within a simple walking distance to the beach and even downtown should you like to walk. The beach is beautiful. The pool that is there is crystal clean as well as the grounds. Very nice neighbors that I encountered during my 2 week visit. I strongly recommend this condominium and hosts. I will definitely use them again for my next trip to Costa Rica.

Beautiful Complex. Friendly people, great location condo was a great little place, everything you need. Walking distance to the main strip in Coco. The store in front of the complex was perfect for beer, water and snacks. Condo pool was awesome, lots of friendly people in this complex! The 24/7 security gives great peace of mind. Host was very responsive. Thanks for sharing your home. Would stay again.

Clean, easy to check in/out, good Italian restaurant in the building, mini mart across the street. Easy walk to the closest beach and easy drive to Playa Ocotel, downtown Coco, and other beaches in the area. About half an hour from Liberia airport. Not fancy but nice base for adventures.

The grounds were always managed by staff. Very clean and beautiful pool area. Very secure and safe area. Locals are friendly and the beach is just a small walk away. The unit was well equipped with basically all one might use or need. I feel the hosts want to keep the place in great working order in all aspects and appreciate feedback on any concerns we came across. Great unit and great location to the beach. That’s what I was hoping for and this definitely checked those boxes

This condo & the complex it's in were very nice and comfortable. It had good air-conditioning, everything we needed in the kitchen and we appreciated having the boogie boards and other extras. The pool area was lovely and we were usually the only ones using it. Being in a gated community helped us feel safe, and the staff was all very pleasant. The proximity to grocery store and other shops was good. The only concern we had was the area right outside the complex. It was not at all what we expected and did not always feel safe. All in all, we enjoyed our time there. Pura Vida

The complex of this apartment is really good. Beautiful pool , lush greenery and very quiet and comfortable condo. Hot water in abundance and efficient air conditioning. Everything was perfect
