Pez Pequeño is located in the gated community of Marina Lofts which is a 4 minute walk to the amazing Del Coco Beach, a 10 minute walk to the town center of Coco, and only a 30 minute drive to the Liberia airport. The space You’ll feel right at home in this awesome 2nd floor studio overlooking the pool. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a great meal! Sleeping area has a queen size bed, flat screen TV with cable and lots of closet space to unpack leaving you to feel right at home. You will love chilling by the pool which is surrounded by lush tropical gardens. If you happen to need a larger space we also offer a 2 bed/1 bath condo across the street. Check out Pina Picante in our profile. We offer a 4x4 xTerra for rent to our AirBnB clients. Subject to availability. $50 USD a day with a 1 week minimum. Price includes full insurance. Discount of 10% off > 2 weeks, 25% off > 1 month. $1000 USD refundable deposit that covers the insurance deductible should anything happen. Message for more details. Guest access Full access to condo, pool and garden areas. Other things to note Parking around the complex is on a first come, first serve basis. This is a family friendly neighbourhood, please be respectful to everyone and the environment.

The grounds were always managed by staff. Very clean and beautiful pool area. Very secure and safe area. Locals are friendly and the beach is just a small walk away. The unit was well equipped with basically all one might use or need. I feel the hosts want to keep the place in great working order in all aspects and appreciate feedback on any concerns we came across. Great unit and great location to the beach. That’s what I was hoping for and this definitely checked those boxes

Piña Picante was awesome! Perfect size for the 2 of us. Great community. Perfect pool to relax in the afternoon. Easy walk to the beach and downtown restaurants. Brad and Heidi were amazing hosts! We look forward to our next trip.

We stayed from Dec 1-11, and it was great! Easy to find, clear instructions to get into the condo. It is gated with security so never felt unsafe. Tons of resteraunts and bars within walking distance, including a lovely pizza place downstairs! Space was great for the 2 of us, and it had everything we needed. Pool was lovely on those hot days! It was great to have laundry on site, bringing home clean clothes was a plus! 100% recommend staying here.

As my home away from home for 2 months I couldn’t ask for a better place to be! Location was great and was exactly what I was looking for when staying in Coco. Would definitely stay here again, no questions asked.

Tout s’est très bien passé, nos hôtes avaient apporté une grande attention à ce qu’on ait tout ce qu’il nous fallait. Le condo était mieux équipé que plusieurs chalets que nous avons loués. La piscine était bien entretenue, la mer n’était qu’a 5 minutes de marche et l’épicerie était à 1 km de marche du condo.

Nous avons apprécié l’endroit le logement était équipé de tout ce que nous avons eu besoin,nous avons adoré prendre des longues marches sur la plage, nous y retournerons si l’occasion se présente. Merci à nos hôtes
