Piña Picante is located in the gated community of Cocomarindo which is a 4 minute walk to the amazing Del Coco Beach, a 10 minute walk to the town center of Coco, and only a 30 minute drive to the Liberia airport. The space You’ll feel right at home in this awesome two bedroom condo, it has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare a great meal. You can either cook inside or enjoy the BBQ outside on the private patio. You can even try your luck on rising tide to catch a fish for dinner with the supplied rod, reel and tackle. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, flat screen TV with Amazon Fire TV, and lots of closet space to unpack. Bedroom #2 has a double bed also with lots of space to unpack leaving you to feel right at home. The living room has a comfy L shaped microfiber couch with lots of room to chill and a flat screen TV with a digital smart box allowing you to enjoy your favourite streaming apps or watch one of the many cable channels. Enjoy listening to your favourite tunes with our Bluetooth sound bar. This is a very friendly complex, where you will enjoy using our zero gravity chairs at the amazing pool surrounded by the green oasis like gardens. You will be delighted to catch a glimpse of the monkeys frolicking in the trees around the complex, or perhaps see one of the resident iguanas in the mornings as you drink your Costa Rican coffee on the patio. en hacienda av palmer och grönt . lagom stor lägenhet med allt du behöver och lite till. underbar pool samtidigt nära stranden och 7 minutes till centrum som erbjuder mat musik. Coco är jätte trevligt och människor där också. värd paret svara fort på våra frågor m.m. jag kan verkligen rekommendera detra ställe.

Beautiful Complex. Friendly people, great location condo was a great little place, everything you need. Walking distance to the main strip in Coco. The store in front of the complex was perfect for beer, water and snacks. Condo pool was awesome, lots of friendly people in this complex! The 24/7 security gives great peace of mind. Host was very responsive. Thanks for sharing your home. Would stay again.

This condo & the complex it's in were very nice and comfortable. It had good air-conditioning, everything we needed in the kitchen and we appreciated having the boogie boards and other extras. The pool area was lovely and we were usually the only ones using it. Being in a gated community helped us feel safe, and the staff was all very pleasant. The proximity to grocery store and other shops was good. The only concern we had was the area right outside the complex. It was not at all what we expected and did not always feel safe. All in all, we enjoyed our time there. Pura Vida

Great grounds, very nice pool, very green and very close to the beach.(5 min walk only) Felt like a very nice community and everyone extremely friendly and welcoming

The condo is in a beautiful condo complex. The pool is fantastic. The grounds is full of flora and fauna. We enjoyed seeing the Howler monkies right outside the condo, and there is lots of birds. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4, and had everything you could possibly need inside for a comfortable stay. The condo complex itself, is in a very rundown/poor part of town, and was very loud with bikes, and very smelly. I wouldn't recommend going there without a vehicle, as walking at night time to and from town, felt a bit uneasy, especially with our children. We would stay here again, as the condo itself was absolutely lovely!

The condo had a beautiful pool and amazing grounds. It was in a gated complex and was well equipped with fishing, snorkeling and pool equipment. The condo is very safe and secure. The area it is located in is a bit run down and has several run down properties you have to walk by to get to town. Having transportation would help.

Cozy condo. Beautiful pool and surroundings. Comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Nice patio to have coffee and watch the monkeys and birds. Easy walk to town and beach, or just chill. Hosts and representative on site very easy to communicate with. Car rental is handy. Highly recommended.
