Amazing place, just like you see in the photos, or probably even better. The beach in front of the house is clean, and scenic. No crowds whatsoever, so you can have the entire beach practically to yourself. The best part of the house though, is the caretakers Daniel and Gloriana. They are available 24/7 for anything you need. They will go out of the way to help you with everything. Daniel even recommended things to do in the area, helped us when the electricity was out due to a storm, let us borrow stuff from his place, since stores were closed to the storm. Without Daniel and Gloriana, this trip would have been an issue, since there was a major storm that knocked out trees and electricity. Would give a 7* rating just for the two caretakers, if I could!

Great house with pool and speaker for music. We got there around 3am took us little bit time to find the house and get the lockbox open but overall great experience

We had a wonderful time at Mike’s place. The house is beachfront. Although the house is not in a gated community, we never felt unsafe. There is a guard that patrols the area at night. The house has all the amenities we needed for our party of 14. Gloriana and Daniel welcomed us to the house and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their hospitality and kindness made the stay a memorable one. I

Our family weekend was perfect. A very comfortable house. With enough space for everyone.

Mikes place is as presented. We had some issues that the onsite staff responded to immediately. The house is a great size and layout for two families. The location alone justifies another vacation there. I don’t want to say too much because I don’t want esterillos to become as popular as jaco.

We were very happy with our stay. Mike was very responsive with our needs. Daily housekeeping is not included but Mike was quick to provide us with the service for reasonable price. Perfect place to relax and hang with the resident iguana, Felicia. I would recommend this place.

The home was beautiful and the location on the beach was great. It was nice having Yo-yos for a few meals and to grab drinks by the pool but you need to have a car or call an uber to get into town for other options since it’s not walkable. We did have an in-home chef which made meals very convenient and had a well stocked kitchen. The crabs in the house gave us a little scare at first but we were able to figure out how to keep them out and didn’t have anymore issues. My only complaint about the house is it’s not walkable to restaurants and stores. Overall, the home was very well stocked, clean, each bedroom was beautiful, and Mary the concierge was extremely helpful.

This Villa is truly remarkable and very close to all the restaurants & clubs. We felt very safe walking to & from restaurants to the villa at night. Pool and small tropical garden with couple of gecko in the mix made it very memorable trip. Bathroom shower heads could have been better, it sprayed everywhere. However overall great experience and will definitely return to this villa.

Mike and his staff was GREAT! They over and beyond to make sure our stay was great! Mike and his staff had a solution for all for housing, chef, transportation or whatever else we needed. We felt safe and comfortable! Wish we could book another week! We def will plan to stay again and come back to Costa Rica!

Excellent accommodation, spacious rooms, close to San Jose. Daniel was very attentive and kind at all times. The place is highly recommended. We will definitely be back soon!

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place. Daniel and Gloriana are excellent people and supported us with everything. The location is super nice, with the beach right in front; safe and quiet. I would make better use of the pool area by investing in expanding the pool and, specifically, adding more social areas downstairs.
