We had a fantastic stay. The location is secure and right on the beach, with beautiful views from every balcony—each room has its own balcony and bathroom, plus a convenient half bath in the living area. The AC worked perfectly and the WiFi was fast. There’s also a great 24/7 restaurant just around the corner. The beach and pool were surprisingly quiet, even during spring break, which we loved. Mike connected us with Maria from Jaco Concierge, and she was outstanding—responsive, organized, and made planning excursions to Manuel Antonio and Tortuga Island effortless. The listing mentioned no hot water or amenities, but we had plenty of hot water and everything we needed. A couple small improvements: the living room sofa is a bit small for family lounging, and the front door auto-lock didn’t work (though a key was provided). We’d definitely stay here again.

Pasamos una estadía aceptable en el apartamento. Sin embargo, hay bastante deterioro por antiguedad (mal estado de la mayoría de las puertas y camas, principalmente). La ubicación del departamento, la vista y la piscina son muy buenas.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The cleanliness was horrible upon arrival, and the beds were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced on any vacation. The sheets also had a weird smell, and I had to request for them to be changed, which should not happen in a properly prepared rental. Additionally, the pictures on the listing do not match the actual apartment, many of the furnishings are completely different, which felt misleading. The only positive aspect of this stay was the location, which was convenient and close to everything. Overall, I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

We stayed here with my family during Holy Week and had a wonderful experience. The place offers a beautiful ocean view, a very centric location, and easy access to the beach. We felt safe throughout our stay and appreciated how convenient everything was. Highly recommended!
