House was beautiful and well stocked. Had everything you could think of and more. Loved to chill pool and got lots of use out of the roof top area. The air conditioning was nice too. Kids loved to pool / ping pong areas. It was so close to the ocean and the community pool. Absolutely fabulous.

Wonderful weekend trip! Near by pool was an awesome amenity. Yo-yo's swim up bar and restaurant was amazing. Definitely recommend trying the food and cocktails were delicious! Jose was very helpful in assisting with airport transportation, local recommendations and even pre stocking the house with groceries. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to stay in a quieter area but still in close proximity to downtown and other attractions.

Wonderful 3-story home in a safe, gated community. Lots of room for my group of seven. If you have a group that likes a surfing beach, this place rocks. Walk across the street and soak in the waves. The community pool is right there too. If you prefer a calmer beach, you will need to drive 15 - 20 min. Good central location for activities on the Pacific Coast side, but plan to have transportation. Rooftop of the property is a great place to chill with a small infinity pool and lounge and dining areas.

Pros: Great location. Right across the pool and beach access Spacious Kids loved the bunkbed room Communication was good. Maintenance crew arrived same day I requested it. YoYo bar and grill was amazing (at the community pool) Save community with 24 hour security was very nice Cons: The pictures are dated. The house has more wear and tear than portrayed in the pictures. Master bath needs a revamp, rust on shower floor No driveway. If you rent a car, you have to park it on the street in front of the house and half the time someone was in our parking spot As others mentioned, the water pressure was very low especially in the master bath. Water leakage (after it rained) in several areas Dishwasher did not work properly

The Airbnb was beautiful and Jose Andres was very helpful and resourceful. He assisted us with booking transportation, ordering groceries, a private chef and a boat tour to Isla Tortuga. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful home! The beach is just across the street! Super stunning. I fell in love with the black sand. The beach club pool and bar is beautiful, food and drinks are good! Pool is almost hot springs temp which was not good during a hot day but we went at night to watch sunset at the beach then dip in the pool. Bats and owls came at night at the pool. That was fun. The house we loved. Very comfortable. Plenty of towels for shower and pool available. Washer and dryer were life savers! only “bad” comments would be water pressure in showers were low and there were tiny ants all over the kitchen counter. But it didn’t ruin our stay. Jose Andres, the concierge was extremely helpful in booking our excursions for us. We did ATVS and a catamaran tour to isla tortuga and saw dolphins!!! Also hired the private chef and did the rodizio dinner and it was the best food we had in the entire week trip!

Overall the location was beautiful, short commute to Jaco. However house is advertised as 4.5 bathroom, the 4th full bathroom is outside on the roof with a broken shower head and dirty bathroom making it unusable. It rained and the ceiling broke, front entry flooded and stairs had remnants of ceiling and water flooding. Poor communication between co-host and us. He would ignore messages for 24+ hours, respond to certain messages and ignore others. Random maintenance men showed up to our door without communication throughout the week. Or they would say maintenance would arrive at a certain time, forcing us to change our plans and nobody arrived. Was asked when we were checking out, gave them a time earlier than 10 am, maids arrived at the house at 8:09 to rush us out of the place. Tried communicating with Host to come to an agreement on partial refund, have been ignored from both co-host and host since checking out. Do not recommend staying here again after the week we experienced.

The house was beautiful & super clean! The co-host José was who I dealt with directly & he was an AWESOME help to us the entire time. We only had one issue where the water cut out for a few hours one morning but otherwise it was a great stay & I’d definitely recommend this home & host!

We had a great time in this house! This was our second time staying in this development - and we really recommend it. The location was perfect being so close to the pool & beach entrance. No complaints about the house- we would definitely stay again! Make sure you eat at the pool restaurant- Yoyo's - it's amazing!
