Mary Jane

Staying at Mary’s house was a pleasure. She had helpful communication during our whole stay. Although our stay was short, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful house and city. The house was welcoming, very clean, and we felt extremely safe our whole stay. I’d definitely recommend this place for any travelers coming to Nicaragua.

Mary Jane and Casa Colibri were great!!! the place was better than the photos - great space for our group and loved hanging by the pool - Mary Jane was communicative and provided great recommendations / connections to great restaurants, surf rentals and transport. Would definitely go back.

Mary Jane is a amazing host that goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and welcomed. Her home is beautiful and makes you feel at home safe and sound. Located right in the center of San Juan Del Sur no car is need to get around town and enjoy San Juan. Everything is within walking distance. Mary Jane recommended amazing resturants for Breakfast,Lunch, and Dinner. When I return to San Juan Del Sur I would definitely Stay with Mary Jane. 5 Stars for sure.

A really great experience – highly recommended

We had an amazing stay in San Juan del Sur! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and her restaurant recommendation was absolutely A1, one of the highlights of our trip! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was clean and the space was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Colibri! A gracious, kind, and helpful host in Mary Jane; a wonderful house full of art from all over the world; an invigorating pool that kept the kids engaged; and a central location. What more could one ask? We can't wait to return!

Mary Jane was flexible, accommodating and very helpful throughout our stay, providing us with local recommendations and making sure we felt right at home. The home is great for short or longer term stays - it is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. It is spacious yet intimate, and designed in a way that feels both curated and deeply personal. Every detail tells a story… pieces gathered from travels, antiques and hints of different cultures make it a character-filled space that is warm and inviting. The outdoor space gets both sun and shade, perfect for lounging and swimming all day. This is a home that is truly loved, meticulously cleaned, and well-maintained. We would wholeheartedly recommend this special place to anyone staying in SJDS. Thank you again for such a memorable experience!

Mary Jane very kind person Great hospitality The staying was Perfect

This was “home away from home”… Mary Jane is a delight , so sweet, friendly and accomodating. Kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need . Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The outdoor area was just what I needed to relax in the mornings with my Italian espresso !! We had a very pleasant stay and will for sure come back in the near future. Thank you Mary Jane!
