Hermosamente diseñada y decorada, cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, una amplia sala de estar con wifi y televisión por cable, y habitaciones de tamaño generoso. Todas las 3 habitaciones son en-suite, con aire acondicionado, agua caliente, ventiladores de techo y mosquiteros en ventanas y baños.

Esta casa muy bonita está ubicada en una zona tranquila y pacífica de San Juan, pero a poca distancia de todo. A solo 2 minutos caminando de la playa, con todas las comodidades a la mano. Barrio seguro con seguridad en el sitio.
Hemos creado un espacio que se siente como en casa y haremos todo lo posible para que su estancia sea exactamente como la desean.
La cocina está equipada con electrodomésticos modernos, utensilios y vajilla, incluyendo horno, estufa de gas de 6 quemadores, tostadora y hervidor.
El hermoso espacio exterior es ideal para comer y relajarse al sol, privado y apartado.
La sala de estar es de concepto abierto y cuenta con un comedor completo.
Las 3 habitaciones grandes con baño privado son espaciosas y todas tienen aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, con mosquiteros en todas las ventanas.
La limpieza se ofrece si se requiere con costo adicional. La propiedad cuenta con lavandería disponible bajo petición y con cargo.

Mary Jane is a amazing host that goes above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and welcomed. Her home is beautiful and makes you feel at home safe and sound. Located right in the center of San Juan Del Sur no car is need to get around town and enjoy San Juan. Everything is within walking distance. Mary Jane recommended amazing resturants for Breakfast,Lunch, and Dinner. When I return to San Juan Del Sur I would definitely Stay with Mary Jane. 5 Stars for sure.

We had an amazing stay in San Juan del Sur! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and her restaurant recommendation was absolutely A1, one of the highlights of our trip! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The pool was clean and the space was perfect!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This might have been my favorite AirBnB experience ever! Mary Jane goes above and beyond to take care of you. You're not just staying at Mary Jane's place, you are getting someone who will take care of all your needs. She will organize taxis for you to/from the airport or anywhere in Nicaragua. She gives local recommendations for anything to do in SJDS. The place itself is amazing. The pool was the best part, we used it everyday in the hot weather. It is a very spacious house, with A/C in every room, so it was easy to sleep at night. There are 3 dogs on the property as well that are super friendly :) The location of Casa Lakshmi is ideal as well. You are right in the middle of everything. Perhaps the only thing I would share is if you are trying to work remotely and take any video meetings, the Wifi was a tad slow, and sometimes it was hard to take a Zoom call. But it was a very minor inconvenience, and that should not stop you from staying here. 6 out of 5 stars! Book now!

This property was perfect for our family. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Actually the whole town is within walking distance. A car is only needed if you want to go to some really nice local beaches about 15 / 20 minutes away. When there are several listings that appear very similar I focus on the description of the host. I saw many comments about how Mary Jane really gives extra effort to insuring her guests have a good experience. We found this to be the case as well. Because of Mary Jane’s tips we discovered our favorite beach and favorite restaurant.

Our host, and the owner of the property, was simply outstanding. Maryjane was incredibly helpful, responsive and there when we needed assistance. The property is location in town where it’s super convenient and walkable, and just on the edge of town so it’s away from the noise of busy bars and entertainment. The place is nicer than the photos and I highly recommend it to anyone!!!
