So close to everything such as 5th ave as well as local eateries. Absolutely loved our stay here. Pool in apartment and on roof terrace were amazing!

Highly recommend! The apartment is amazing, spacious and well maintained, looks even better than the pictures. Very well equipped with everything you need, from kitchen supplies to beach towels and water refills. The private roof terrace was definitely a highlight and we enjoyed soaking in the pool as the sun set, and watching the prop planes taking off. There was some construction noise during the day from the site next door but it didn’t really bother us much. The location is also great, a short walk away from the beach, 5th avenue, transport links (ADO terminal and taxi stand) and lots of fantastic places to eat and drink. Edith was a lovely host too, very proactive, responsive and accommodating!

We had a nice stay, the place was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There was construction out front that was noisy during the day and there was an alarm out front that would go off constantly throughout the night. It was close to 5th ave. the beach and ferry.

Highly recommended. Luxury property, very close to 5th Avenue, quiet area. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

Great apartment and both swimming pools are super amazing - private and public. Everything you need with the kitchen and lots of drinking water and coffee provided. Wifi was not reliable but that’s Mexico I guess

Great location and beautiful condo. The AC, in unit laundry machines, private pool, gorgeous private rooftop, towels, beach chairs, bedside chargers, and water filter made our stay very enjoyable. The small airport next door was cool to watch when planes took off and we were never bothered by noise. The garage and its parking spot takes a bit of maneuvering but we were grateful to have it. My spouse slept on the couch because the beds were too hard but the rest of us were okay. Overall a great experience and value.

Amazing place !!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—right in the heart of everything. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and plenty of local attractions. The beach was just a short walk away, though there was some seaweed during my visit. It was also conveniently close to the ferry, which made visiting Cozumel super easy. The area had a lively vibe but still felt relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again!

The whole place is amazing, having everything you need and quite spacious. The pool area is very comfortable! I would always come back here 🤩

The apartment's location is very good! 1 block from Fifth Avenue! very close to the ferry port! very spacious and with a bathroom in each room! the private pool is great to relax after so much walking! I would recommend this place!

Excellent location, very close to 5th Avenue. Edith always responded quickly and let us in ahead of time. We felt at home. The village was very large. A tip: we Brazilians really like barbecue! Your place is top for roasting meat, but there was no barbecue on the terrace, it would be perfect! I recommend it all!

Edith was extremely responsive and accommodating. Her place is nicely furnished and kitchen well stocked. Location is in excellent location to walk to restaurants or for groceries. It is nice to have a chance to experience a bit of the authenticity of the area. Definitely walkable to beach but one does have to walk a bit (15min)to get to the longer stretch of beach. Edith has a backpack chair and umbrella which, is very nice. Edith’s place is beautiful, surrounding area is not as visually appealing as Edith’s, but once acclimated, it is very comfortable and you feel very safe. The hotdog place right next door is great. Loved the rooftop, and penthouse itself and Edith’s priority in being responsive! Thank you Edith!!

We had a fun time at Edith's! Very well located for going to the beach or on the 5th on foot. Everything is close. We traveled with our babies and the place is perfect for accommodating several families. The roof is a must, perfect for enjoying Mexico's hot afternoons with a pool and shade. Finally Edith was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She ordered us a parasol :) I recommend it.

Perfect accommodation, spacious and pleasant. Everything can be done on foot, it is 2 steps from 5th Avenue. The pool and top terrace are a real plus for this apartment. The staff is very friendly and Edith is very responsive!

This place is a hidden gem, the bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful. Plenty of towels and supplies. The penthouse pool area was stunning. Would absolutely love to stay there again!!!

Edith was a great host and was a great communicator. The place was beautiful and in a great location. My family had a great time. We had 2 children who loved it and we always felt safe. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the area.

I would definitely stay there again. Just know there is construction going on where the building now blocks your view, but we were early birds and normally heading out when they get started. Otherwise the place is beautiful and greatly located. Also know the pool guy just goes through some weird door above the pool so it was alarming to hear someone up on the upstairs balcony and find a stranger up there. It’s not something the owner can control, but I know I would’ve liked to be told by the pool cleaner that he was going up there. Those things I mentioned are just heads up. Otherwise everything was great. I just want to say thank you to Edith for being responsive and helpful. Oh and make sure the front desk gives you the code to get in. I just asked another guest. But originally I thought the elevator key did everything.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful apartment. Well furnished with great amenities and friendly and responsive host. Near the centre and beautiful beaches in a quiet and peaceful area. Highly recommended. Thank you Edith.

Everything was perfect, Edith answered our questions quickly, the terrace is superb and the location is 2 minutes from everything… the beach, the 5th with the grocery stores!!!! Family trip, I would recommend this place without hesitation

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Just a short walk from the beach, and a private pool on the rooftop were ideal. Only about a 15 minute walk to the major grocery stores and there’s a great little frutería next door. The place was very clean, and we felt safe and secure the entire time. The area was quiet considering it is quite close to the strip. The airport nearby was busy but only during the late morning/afternoons and we did not have any issues with the noise. We had no issues with the wifi or any of the amenities. Edith was really quick to respond and was so kind to help us with a few things! The kitchen has the essentials - we weren’t missing anything however it is really just the essentials. Overall we would 100% stay at Edith’s place again, couldn’t have asked for much more! Thank you Edith!

Lovely place I'm a great location. Close to the popular 5th Ave, but also close to a lot of the more local restaurants, bars and shops, easy walking distance to everything. Only bummer was the new build next door blocked the view of the ocean, so the photos on the listing aren't quite up to date. Beds were comfy, ac worked well, kitchen was fairly stocked, so overall a good stay

Edith, was so patient with us. Allowed us to drop luggage off early.. the place was our favorite in the area. We would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything.

Edith’s place was a gem! We travelled with 3 babies, so we wanted a place big enough, private, walkable and clean, this penthouse was perfect for us. The private pool and the rooftop terrace really made us enjoy the sunny weather with babies. The place looks just like the photos, even better in real. The location can’t be beaten, 2 blocks from the quinta avenue, 3 blocks from the beach and plenty of local restaurants and cafés right out the door. If we’re ever going back to Playa, we'll book this AirBnb for sure!

The place is incredible, very comfortable, super close to 5th Avenue, you literally walk 2 blocks and you have arrived, I highly recommend it, Edith is very attentive and was always aware of everything... super recommended!!! 👌

Pleasant stay! Very close to 5th ave. Make sure you get the correct instructions because the address listed on AirBNB can take you to an incorrect location nearby. The correct location overlooks an airstrip.

Edith was accommodating and responsive from before we even arrived, during our stay, and after we had left. Her place was PERFECT for our family and we are definitely staying there again in the future.

The location of this home has exceeded my expectations. Not only was it close to all of the local amenities but close to all of the tourism activities as well. Ms. Edith was an amazing host continually checking in on us to make sure that we were all happy. The home itself was amazing it was clean comfortable updated and not to mention that the slice of the private pool exceeded my expectations. The private balcony was an amazing place to spend time with family and friends. There was more than enough room for me and my family. All of these staff in the building was kind friendly and very helpful the common area for was amazing it was a beautiful view and exceeded my expectations for the size. It felt like home away from home I will definitely be rebooking in the future and look forward to working with Ms. Edith again.

It totally matches what was described, the terrace very nice and comfortable, the very spacious and clean rooms, excellent location we wanted it to be close to the 5th avenue and effectively in 5 minutes we arrived walking, Edith was very friendly and attentive answered all my super quick doubts.

The location is absolutely fantastic. It was just a few steps to 5th avenue , beach, convenience store and taxi stand. The apartment is spacious and well lit. It is also very safe and secure. I would recommend Edith's place!

It was a joy to stay at Edith's penthouse! It was a beautiful accommodation with a lovely roof terrace, a swimming pool that was larger than we expected based on the photos, fine working air conditioning in all rooms and a kitchen that was very complete with, among other things, a spacious double fridge, double freezer, water cooler, toaster and a basic supply of tea, coffee, sugar, seasonings and cleaning products. There are more than enough (beach)towels, the bathrooms are beautiful and the beds sleep wonderfully! We walked in 5 minutes to the beach and the Quinta (main shopping street with many restaurants). If we are in Playa del Carmen again we will definitely book this accommodation again. The only point of attention was that we were quite surprised to suddenly find an unknown man on the roof terrace. That turned out to be the gentleman who maintained the pool and roof garden every morning. Better to advise this in advance. Thanks for the good care, Edith!

This place was a great stay, it was so much better and bigger than the pictures, AC in all rooms, and close to everything! Edith always made sure everything was perfect!

Edith was the best host we’ve had. Super responsive and proactive. The home is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the private pool so much and it was nice to have enough bedrooms for everyone. The parking spot came in handy too for the longer adventures we wanted to take. Highly recommend the home location and host.

Beautiful place with main area overlooking trees and small airport. Small planes took off daily which were fun to watch… just be aware you will hear them with doors closed… but it is only during the day. We did not mind them. The upper roof level was amazing for relaxing. We enjoyed the units pool more than the pool for the condo complex. The unit was spacious. With the number of people we had everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The bed are firmer than we were used to but still comfortable enough. The kitchen was equipped with bare basics but we were not preparing meals so that was no problem. Water is provided and the dispenser chills the water. The condo is located on the south end of the tourist area which is great for getting to the ferry for Cozumel, also close for restaurants and the tourist walking street. Which we didn’t use often because of the vendors trying to get you in by using the line “ remember me I was your waiter”.

Edith's penthouse in Playa Del Carmen is a gem! Centrally located near Quinta Avenida and the beach, it offers easy access to local delights like street tacos and restaurants. A grocery store is close by too. The spacious apartment provided a comfortable stay for our family, with a private rooftop for relaxation. The communal lounge areas added a nice touch of community. Edith’s hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. A perfect getaway spot!

Comfortable stay very close to the strip. Nice building with nice people working in reception. Would recommend. It was also nice that there were plenty of towels, like at least 30 clean towels available for shower and beach, which is a nice touch.

Amazing location, very walkable to the beach, 5th Avenue, and grocery store is about a 10 minute walk. No need for a car. Outside area was great for relaxing, there is a new building going up next door so there is some construction noise during the day and no privacy in the pool. Airport is a non-issue, fun to watch a few small planes and helicopters each day. Washer and dryer was nice to freshen up our clothes. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of places to lounge both inside and outside. Three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms meant lots of privacy for everyone. I recommend this place and would go back again.

An exceptionally beautiful apartment with its private rooftop equipped with a swimming pool. We had a great time at Edith's place. The apartment is very close to 5th Avenue so you can hear the music but it didn't bother us. It is close to an airfield but only a few small planes take off during the day, which is absolutely not inconvenient. The building staff are just exceptional, always smiling and willing to be of service. Communication with Edith went very well from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place.

I am contacted one day before the trip to give me the instructions on the check Inn and the keys, on the day we arrived I wonder if everything was ok and if I had any questions I would contact you. They were remodeling and bought new furniture, so the dining room didn't arrive in time, but as it had a bar and on the terrace, as it was not necessary! Excellent place and cozy. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely week at Edith's place in Playa del Carmen. It's quite convenient to some of the major attractions, making it easy to walk to wherever you need to go. The place felt new and clean, with terrific views all around. The plunge pool is a definite plus during the heat of the day.

Edith's place was a find! Great location, new, spacious apartment, ready to welcome people on quick or longer trips. The only recommendation I give is to follow Edith's instructions to arrive, as I followed Airbnb's instructions and we never arrived. It was talking to Edith, who resent the instructions on how to get there and we're done! The apartment is 2 blocks from the beach, with lots of commerce around, parties, markets. Pool is amazing, warm, and delicious to end the day there. I recommend everyone to stay in Edith's apartment!
