Fantastic place. Very nice. It is a two story-penthouse, with interior stairs to the roof/balcony. Management was responsive to our concerns and communicated promptly. The electronic door-lock to the apartment is a little quirky and full instructions were not provided as to how to work it; we eventually figured it out. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place to stay. Host was helpful. Private roof top was a plus for your morning coffee. Plenty of places were walking distances about 10-15 minutes.

Edith’s Place was Amazing!! Better than we could have expected. More beautiful in person! The one thing that worried me was the little airport in the back of the building but it was super nice to watch the planes and they were no bother at all. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very close to everything so prime location. Would absolutely stay here again! We were worried about drinking the water but Edith has a water filter machine that was a huge help. The pools were perfection!!! Very private! Edith was very responsive whenever we had a question and was very friendly!! Hope to be back soon!

The accommodation is fantastic, better than in the photos, with an excellent location within walking distance of 5th Avenue and the beach. Edith was very friendly and very clear in her instructions. We really liked everything, and it was excellent value for the money.
