An incredible place to have a great time with friends and family

I am super grateful for all the attention from the first time we talked. The instructions were always very clear, and upon arrival at the place, the service was very good, friendly and patient in explaining all the house rules to us. Personally, I really enjoyed this first experience celebrating my birthday out of town, because I did it with friends, family and my partner. The best thing is that it was in a place where we all felt comfortable. We never lacked fun because of the pool, which is so big and clean, the kitchen and grill, which are so clean and a good size, and a great parking place for everyone who brought a car.

Very spacious house, large swimming pool with plenty of space for many people. Overall, the accommodation is superb. We hope to return soon. Jose Luis and Layla are always attentive to any situation and with the best attitude. Very good service from them. Highly recommended.

This is the second time that we have stayed at José Luis's house. He is very kind, attentive and always ready to respond to clarify questions and give instructions. The house is very nice, spacious and clean, just like in the photos. It is also well located, since you can find Oxxo, shops, restaurants and small lake beaches very close by on foot. I highly recommend renting this beautiful house.

Excellent option to stay. The house is nicer in person than the pictures. The rooms are simple but comfortable to rest in and the common area (garden, barbecue, pool, terrace) is excellent. We had a very good time. I recommend bringing your own speaker since the audio is a bit damaged, but as JoseLuis told me, it's because people don't take responsibility and care for the equipment. I rented the air conditioning but I didn't use it in my room, the fan was enough, but in other rooms, they did use it. The house is very nice, we did need the basketball hoop since all my friends play and that caught our attention but hey, no problem haha The electricity, the water (hot and cold) everything excellent. We had good weather and the pool was delicious. Everything was excellent, definitely a good option to return.

Excellent place, spacious and with a large pool, ideal for a weekend with the whole family, the only drawback I see is the parking, although it fits 5 cars, parking the last ones is difficult since the space is small, as for the property it is excellent

The house has a very nice view of the lake, the pool is very large and is enjoyed with the view that it has towards the lake. Very close to the oxxo and food outlets.

Excellent place to go with friends, I celebrated my birthday there and everything was very nice, a good place for gatherings with a lot of people, the rooms should be for people who know each other because they are shared, there are only two private ones, the pool is nice, but it was very hot, which was our case. 👍🏻 Nearby there are restaurants, they delivered food to us

I felt like a very nice house, where all the facilities are available. We are sure that what we paid was completely worth it, we would come back without thinking. In the end we extended a little of the departure time until 7:00 pm. We apologize for that detail but we were trying to leave everything as we could as we found it.

Attentive host...

The place has an excellent view of the lake from any point. The pool has plenty of space for nothing to taste and the kitchen is very complete. The host was attentive at all times and was very quick to respond to questions and needs. We had issues with the electricity at some point during the stay however that issue was out of the hosts' control and was fixed in a few hours. Other than that, everything was great 👍🏻

The house is very large and beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The pool is very large and everything was very clean. Overall the whole time we were very comfortable. They are also very accessible with the times, we had the double not circulating and we could not return to the CDMX early, so we negotiated to be able to leave the house until night and for a small extra cost they gave us a chance. I recommend counting the towels, because at the beginning they do not tell you there is and at the end of the day that we were missing one and they made me pay for it. It was my carelessness for not counting them since they gave me the keys, even though there was already a comment from another user who happened to him.

the stay super pleasant, as a recommendation a shade for the pool since it is so comfortable that one does not want to go out all day but the sun is not as friendly as the stay.

The house is mui beautiful as shown in the photos, the access to it is mui simple it is in the street lagoon Ibera and the oxxo is close, it has a spectacular view of the lake 2 vans and 2 cars came in without problem,the house has good lighting, the rooms are well considering that they are only for Jose Luis mui attentive and is always available to respond,the lady to whom the friendly keys are delivered,we went one night and we did not feel a lot of mosquitoes but still we carry repellents, the only bad thing is the situation with the water if you are bathing, the water in the kitchen was a little heavy due to the fact that we had to wash the dishes, as for the towels there was no problem, I recommend bringing towels but for the pool, the bad was the neighbors who had a party all day and night with the music too loud. If you are going to cook, take something to keep in your food at the end, take your basketball, if you can a little horn

The place is fine for spending a couple of days with friends, with plenty of privacy. The pool is in excellent condition and is large. The kitchen has everything you need, and its grill is the ideal size to cook something for more than 15 people. The speakers sound pretty good. The rooms are fine, considering that we spent most of the time in the pool. The only thing I do recommend is paying the extra for the air conditioning and bringing mosquito repellent. Five standard cars fit in the parking lot.

The stay was incredible. José Luis was always attentive and ready to help. The house doesn't look as big as it is in the photos. I am very grateful to be able to have my dogs with me during my trip. Mosquito repellent if needed.
