I am super grateful for all the attention from the first time we talked. The instructions were always very clear, and upon arrival at the place, the service was very good, friendly and patient in explaining all the house rules to us. Personally, I really enjoyed this first experience celebrating my birthday out of town, because I did it with friends, family and my partner. The best thing is that it was in a place where we all felt comfortable. We never lacked fun because of the pool, which is so big and clean, the kitchen and grill, which are so clean and a good size, and a great parking place for everyone who brought a car.

Very spacious house, large swimming pool with plenty of space for many people. Overall, the accommodation is superb. We hope to return soon. Jose Luis and Layla are always attentive to any situation and with the best attitude. Very good service from them. Highly recommended.

This is the second time that we have stayed at José Luis's house. He is very kind, attentive and always ready to respond to clarify questions and give instructions. The house is very nice, spacious and clean, just like in the photos. It is also well located, since you can find Oxxo, shops, restaurants and small lake beaches very close by on foot. I highly recommend renting this beautiful house.

Almost everything is like the photos. The house and pool are clean, but there is no basketball court. Regarding the air conditioning, I would recommend that you include it in the price and provide it automatically. When we arrived in the morning, it wasn't that hot in the rooms, and the person who greeted us recommended not turning on the air conditioning and said that it was cool. But in the evening, the truth is that it's impossible to be inside the rooms. They're super hot. At 8 pm, when we asked for the air conditioning service, they told us that it was no longer available because they were already in the city. Most of the family didn't sleep. We had a bad night between the unbearable heat and the fact that the house next door had its music blaring with drunks, so it's not at all peaceful for relaxing. Details, but they did affect the stay. To check out early, they told us that within half an hour of giving notice to check out, but they weren't responding to messages and we checked out 40 minutes later than planned.

The house is very spacious and true to the pictures shown. What we liked the most was the pools. We would definitely return to book it. The hosts' kindness and attention were very good.
