Great location. Positives: Great location, walkable to several restaurants and bars. Walmart is nearly across the street to load up on essentials, in case you forget. Very clean apartment. Gym was easy to use and access. We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay here again. Negatives. Our check in was easy to get in. However, the cleaners delayed our full check in until 4pm. We were able to leave our luggate. We had some electrical issues with a light in the bathroom, that did not get repaired and the refrigerator was unplugged when we got there. Mattresses tend to slide off of platform easily with slightest movements. There is an outdoor uncovered courtyard to get to the apartment and being there during rainy season, it was often very wet, something to keep in mind if you have older individuals with you.

Hosts were very communicative, responsive and attentive. The stay was comfortable and met all our expectations. The only small issue we had was with the WiFi, as it was spotty in the bedrooms. However, the host was more than willing to have it fixed. Overall, great stay. Would stay again and recommend!

We loved our stay in Dave and Nate’s home. Very respectful and responsive hosts. The home is very walkable to the park and the metro. Plus condessa is a very beautiful neighborhood full of great places to eat and shop. The home was very beautiful and very clean. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in town.

Great value accommodations. It’s a highly functional space, very clean with comfortable beds. Close to everything (and proximity to a major roadway made our trip Teotithuacan fast and easy). It’s located down the street from Maizajo, a Michelin recommended taco joint. We had booked the place last minute after leaving another airbnb that was not advertised honestly and Dave and Nat were super accommodating and offered to hold our luggage until check in time. We were very relieved to be greeted with cold water and a bottle of wine. A very pleasant stay all around.

The residence is excellently located, and the hosts are very attentive to your requests. I recommend them.

Great place, very clean. It was perfect for my family. many convenience stores close by and food options. The washer and dryer was helpful. Other guest may be loud and it echoes a lot into the master bedroom.

We loved our stay here as a friend group! Great place for us. Close to great restaurants and a 20 min walk to the museums. We enjoyed eating out but there is a full kitchen that would have suited home cooking. Coffee and some drinkable water provided which was much appreciated! Hosts were very communicative. So glad we stayed here.

Was in CDMX for my first time with 4 friends. Excellent stay on a quiet side street in Condesa that was very close to all the action. Balcony was awesome for hangs, bathrooms/showers clean/functional, beds comfortable! No complaints.

Perfect location in La Condesa. You can run in Parque Chapultepec and enjoy multiple great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Condesa! The space was super cute, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our girls’ trip of six. It had everything we needed and was a great place to relax and spend time together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, which made the experience even better. We loved the location and the overall vibe of the place and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and the Airbnb is just like in the photos! Comfortable, cozy and safe. The proximity to the supermarket and the eco-bike station was key to enjoying our stay. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location. So close to the Walmart grocery store and all that Condesa has to offer. About a 10 minute walk from Chapultepec Park. The building has 24/7 security and is a private luxury complex. The apartment itself was very cute, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic! The place was lovely and exactly as described. Dave and Nat were incredible hosts, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and going above and beyond to fulfill our expectations. We loved this condo and it's location. They have a security guard at the entrance of the building. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and safe. The hosts were responsive and when we arrived there was a bottle of wine ready for us! That was such a nice touch. There was plenty of room for my family of six that included myself, my husband, two teenage daughters, young son and father in law. I loved that everyone had their own bed, and the two bathrooms were just enough. The location is perfect; there is a Walmart Express half a block away and there are plenty of restaurants and street venders to choose from in the area. The neighborhood of Condesa is absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood looking for great spots to eat, there are plenty to choose from. This was a 10 out of 10, I highly recommend a stay here!

We fell in love with the location. The apartment itself was decorated beautifully. We had to book the same day and luckily it was available and the response time was incredibly fast and helpful. We traveled with 2 young kids and we felt it was very good for a family of 4. It had all the appliances we needed, there was hot water, everything worked seamlessly. We had a food store half a block away and tons of restaurants. At night it was a little loud with other neighbors and people on the street partying but that’s just CDMX for ya! Embrace it! I would definitely stay here again when we come back if available.

fantastic experience

This was a great place to base our stay in Mexico City. The apartment is very spacious and private. The Condesa neighborhood is beautiful and we were able to walk out to restaurants, taco stands and the grocery store. The balconies were an added bonus from which to enjoy the canopy of trees, and the doorman added an extra level of safety. I highly recommend this apartment!

Amazing stay in Mexico city. We felt safe and comfortable in the area of Condesa. Building has security in front, cameras and always being cleaned. The place was very clean with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The host would respond quickly whenever I messaged. I recommend!

We brought five adults and two children. We easily fit into the space and enjoyed exploring Mexico City! When we had a problem with our door code, Dave and Nat were on it and remedied the problem quickly. We found their helpful response comforting!

A very few places (like this one) are just like the pictures! Having a dedicated parking and security was A+. The complex amenities are great, specially the 360 view from the rooftop. we were only 4 guests, but 6 would be comfortable. I highly recommend this place since it really felt like home.

Dave and Nat were super warm and welcoming! The home was lovely and they were quick to respond. The location is perfect as well! Restaurants and bars were less than a block away. The area is so safe (we had brought our toddler and we were able to enjoy walks in the neighborhood). The area is also the most dog friendly place I have ever seen. We hope to come back soon! This trip was phenomenal. It felt amazing to feel at home in a foreign place. A million thank you’s!

Entry to the place is very complicated, the chapa de block easily and we had to wait more than 10 min if it blocked. After all, everything was great. The place is just perfect.

Great place to stay, appreciated the location and decoration of the place. Banging from the gym was very loud, started at 6am and went all day till 11+ at night. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay!

This place was perfect for our business trip to Mexico city. Nicely located within walking distance of food, drinks, and coffee shops. We had great early morning runs in the area followed by coffee at a local shop called Munch. The building is clean, quiet and safe, security is 24/7 so need to worry about your safety. I can't wait to come back and enjoy this place even more.

Great apartment. good location, in 5 minutes the is a large park cherultapek, alleys for walking, a grocery store and many restaurants. Very comfortable, spacious, clean apartment and beautiful interior. it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the owners of the apartment are very responsive and nice people. I really liked this accommodation, I will definitely come back again when I visit Mexico City❤️
