Great location. Positives: Great location, walkable to several restaurants and bars. Walmart is nearly across the street to load up on essentials, in case you forget. Very clean apartment. Gym was easy to use and access. We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay here again. Negatives. Our check in was easy to get in. However, the cleaners delayed our full check in until 4pm. We were able to leave our luggate. We had some electrical issues with a light in the bathroom, that did not get repaired and the refrigerator was unplugged when we got there. Mattresses tend to slide off of platform easily with slightest movements. There is an outdoor uncovered courtyard to get to the apartment and being there during rainy season, it was often very wet, something to keep in mind if you have older individuals with you.

Hosts were very communicative, responsive and attentive. The stay was comfortable and met all our expectations. The only small issue we had was with the WiFi, as it was spotty in the bedrooms. However, the host was more than willing to have it fixed. Overall, great stay. Would stay again and recommend!

We loved our stay in Dave and Nate’s home. Very respectful and responsive hosts. The home is very walkable to the park and the metro. Plus condessa is a very beautiful neighborhood full of great places to eat and shop. The home was very beautiful and very clean. I look forward to staying here again next time I am in town.

Great value accommodations. It’s a highly functional space, very clean with comfortable beds. Close to everything (and proximity to a major roadway made our trip Teotithuacan fast and easy). It’s located down the street from Maizajo, a Michelin recommended taco joint. We had booked the place last minute after leaving another airbnb that was not advertised honestly and Dave and Nat were super accommodating and offered to hold our luggage until check in time. We were very relieved to be greeted with cold water and a bottle of wine. A very pleasant stay all around.

The residence is excellently located, and the hosts are very attentive to your requests. I recommend them.
