Excellent location and views. There was a few hiccups during check in. When we arrived we found the living room a/c was out and washer didn’t work and we weren’t informed about these issues until after we arrived. The building manager informed us these would have been fixed before we got there if we hadn’t done early check in. A new a/c was installed after the original check-in time however the washer remained un-repaired during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The key locks to the front and back gates of the building are tricky and not easy to use. We felt safe in the listing area.

This fabulous apartment easily accommodated six adults. It's spacious and comfortable and quite well equipped. The house manager Tere was absolutely great! She was there to let us in and show us around and was easily available and responsive throughout the two weeks we were there. You certainly can't beat the view and the location is great. It's right in the heart of things and close to lots of great restaurants. A few things could use a bit of updating but overall wonderful.

The place was fantastic. Checking in was easy. AC great. Kitchen great. We did not cook, but certainly could have. Comfortable beds!!!!! I have found comfy beds hard to find in PV.

Anthony's place is what you're looking for when it comes to a beachside retreat -- plenty of room (it was enormous for 5 of us), very clean, and close to the main draws of Puerto Vallarta. We particularly appreciated the rooftop plunge pool and deck, the balcony, and spigot for clean/filtered water. Easy to get to the beach by elevator. As noted, there are daily parties at the nearby beach club -- while this ended at a reasonable time each evening, the overall setting does cater to those looking to join the party environment. Good communication from Tere, the property manager, with easy check in and check out at the end of our stay.

Anthony's penthouse is in a great location close to the beach, shops, restaurants. Easy access to Olas Atlas and the Malecon. Very spacious for 10 guests with a great private rooftop and shared pool.

A very spacious and comfortable place with incredible views. The private rooftop patio and plunge pool was a great amenity. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in PV.

We had a lovely stay! The AirBnB was spacious, clean, and in a great location, right on the beach with beautiful views. We really enjoyed watching the sun set from our own private little infinity pool. The rooms, beds, and living spaces were also very comfortable. There was definitely an active nightlife going on all around us, but we expected that and were pleasantly surprised that things quieted down well before midnight. Everyone we met was also very friendly and helpful.

The condo was perfect for the 5 of us. We each had our own room. Loved sitting on the deck each morning having our coffee while we planned our day. We even enjoyed one evening at home and ordered in supper. The entertainment from buildings next door didn’t bother us, which Anthony did mention, as they played great music. Easy access to beach and wonderful walk to Malecon. Was a lovely place to celebrate my birthday with great friends

Anthony’s place really met our needs for a large group. We had plenty of seating and sleeping spaces. The kitchen area was huge, so we were all able to have breakfast together. The outside balcony had tremendous views. It was nice having the beach easily acceptable for us. The front desk staff was always courteous and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Our family could not have been happier with our stay! The condo was beyond expectations in size amenities! We loved the outdoor spaces including the 2 pools. Easy access to the beach which made walking into the shopping area much more accessible than the cobblestone streets. We also discovered that the restaurant directly across the street would deliver drinks and food to the pool area! The property manger Tere was great to work with as were all the front desk staff at Casa Corazon. Would highly recommend and we’ll certainly be back!

We had a great stay at Anthony’s place! Tere, the manager, was in contact with us throughout and made sure our check in went smoothly. The building is beautiful and well cared for and secure. Martha and Carolina were at the front desk and always helpful. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen. Was big, beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The balcony is huge with gorgeous ocean and sunset views. The condo is walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. There are clubs with loud music near by, but that was expected and the music stopped at 10-10:30 each night. This was a great place to stay and a great value as well!

We took our family to celebrate a 30th birthday. The place was perfect for all 7 of us. There is a hill to walk up to the apartment but that’s very normal in puerto Vallarta. There is so much to do nearby, great food and fun bars. Tere was so helpful with checking us in and gave us a complete tour of the building. Pool was also very nice. Beach is super close too. I would gladly book this spot again!

We booked this home for a group of 8 friends and it was perfect! Plenty of space, easy walking distance to everything in Zona Romantica, and the private rooftop pool was ideal. This property is very close to several beach bars and lots of nightlife - which is exactly what brought us to town. The location really is ideal! Beatriz was wonderful and made sure that we had everything we could have needed for our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be back!

Spacious, beautiful view, great access to pool and beach!

This place is amazing. The views are spectacular and convenient to everything. Being right at the beach was the cherry on top. The condo is quite spacious and we loved how the primary suite was separate from the other bedrooms. Beatrix was so nice and responsive. I really enjoyed communicating with her. Overall, the experience was fantastic and we look forward to returning next year!!

This is a very lovely apartment with great ocean views. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach where you can get beach chairs and food service. Short walk to the boardwalk and Malacon. Lots of restaurants close by. Mini Mart a few minutes down the street for basic necessities. Bedrooms were all large and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning is way to operate and cools the apartment very quickly. There are two pools, one private above the apartment and the common pool. Both are clean and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay.

This place was amazing. the condo itself was big, spotless, fully equipped, and located in a walkable distance do shops, restaurants, and the beach. we had a great week long stay. Beatriz, the rep was amazing. she was super communicative and very helpful with info. The most communicative/responsive host I've ever had anywhere. I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and would definitely stay again.

Anthony's place in Puerto Vallarta was just what we were looking for - roomy, comfortable, and the best location you could possibly imagine! The building has access directly to the beach, and you better believe we took advantage of this every day of our stay! We had such an enjoyable time at Anthony's place, we're already trying to figure out when we can go stay there again. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

This is my second time staying at this condo and it was wonderful. I will stay here again next time I come to PV. I love the view and the location.

We are so glad that we stayed here! It was perfect for our family of four (adult kids) - plenty of room for us all. It was great to just watch the ocean from the immense balcony and private rooftop deck (we could watch whales and dolphins from both). Lots of close beachfront restaurants, plus a a market with all the ingredients for home prepared tacos and breakfasts. We loved the old town section. The booming music from the close rooftop bar was fine and stopped at 10. My husband is ready to book again!

Anthony's Penthouse was the perfect location for our New Years holiday. The property manager was extremely helpful & communicative with all the details needed for a seamless check-in. Additionally, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful the entire week. The location is a stones throw to the Almar Resort & Mantamar Beach club activities and music - which is what we wanted! It is the perfect space for three or four couples to comfortably enjoy a week together without being on top of each other. Although we didn't cook; the spacious kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a nice meal at home if desired. The Penthouse's exclusive roof deck and plunge pool was a nice hangout space with both an amazing view and for people watching all around. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the street noise late evening and at night was not an issue once the surrounding resort music & activities ended. All my friends who saw this place now want to rent it for their next group visit to PV!

Great place to stay, close to everything and great host.

The perfect place for our family! Condo had more than plenty space and was very clean. Good location for walking to shopping and restaurants. We had 5 ppl and the 3 bedrooms each with a private bath was great.

I highly recommend it, the place is beautiful as the accommodation. They were very attentive everything is relatively close to do and a lot to see. It's as in the photos. The view is incredible.

This is the second year we have booked in this building and I will continue to use this building. Everything you could want is within walking distance. The condo was HUGE. there were only 5 of us and we could have had at least 5 more and been comfortable. Beatriz is the condo manager and she is always lovely, responsive and helpful. Highly suggest!

Beautiful home. Home is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beautiful views all around. Restaurants and beach are close and walkable. Beatrix is very responsive if anything is needed. The rooftop pool is quiet and relaxing. The nearby rooftop bars are not disturbing after 10:00-10:30. The only issue is if you have a car, parking is a little tricky, but they tell you that ahead of time. Construction in the area never seems to be done, sometimes difficult to get around but it doesn’t change the niceness of the house, just something to keep in mind. We had a minor AC issue that couldn’t be fixed during our stay but they tried and it was towards the end of our stay so it was not an inconvenience. Plenty of room for 4-6 adults. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed Anthony’s condo. It’s beautiful and spacious with a great view. Beatriz, the local manager, was super quick to respond and very helpful. Our flight was delayed and she made getting into the condo very easy for us. The a/c works great and the kitchen is well laid out. The cooking utensils aren’t great quality though. There is a lot of noise coming from the rooftop bar next door but the mornings are very peaceful.

We had a great time at Anthony’s penthouse. We were celebrating a Friends 60th birthday. Plenty of room to spare even though we were a group of 6 friends. The balcony view and the dipping pool roof top views were priceless especially at Sunset. Easy access to the beach and green chairs. Literally in between two famous gay hotels Mantamar and Bluechairs with easy access to both. Hardly anyone at the main pool so there were always lounge chairs available at any time. Definitely worth it! Thank you Beatrix who was always quick to respond to any question and is fully bilingual! We definitely recommend this Penthouse! Thank you Anthony!

Great place to stay, right in the middle of town. Walkable to everything. Beautiful pool for the building and a private dipping pool on the rooftop, perfect for watching the sunset.

The view is incredible, location great, easy access to beach, balcony itself large and spent a lot time on it, kitchen very well stocked with utensils, we enjoyed music on balcony from resort next-door after long day shopping in the area. Sunrise beautiful, always had our morning coffee on the balcony! No negatives highly recommend penthouse.

What a great place in a great location! We could have spent all week on the patio and roof deck, except that the beaches and restaurants and everything else are so close. Lots of space and great host too. Sound from Almar/Mantamar next door and from the street does carry, so if you’re looking for something super quiet, there might be better places, but for us, the proximity to everything was unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again!

As others have already stated, this is an active location close to a few beach clubs. There is music that you can hear in the evenings but shuts off around 10pm. That being said, the location is great as is the condo itself. Very spacious and certainly a great place to stay. We will definitely look to book again in the future.

I've been to Puerto Vallarta numerous times and this condo is in a great location if you want to take advantage of the beach and all the shops, bars, and restaurants in the Zona Romantica. There is a building close by that has rooftop dancing and loud activities in the evening, but they seem to close it down about 10. We found it entertaining, but some people might be bothered by that. The building is on a hill and the streets and sidewalks are a little uneven, so if you're not steady on your feet or can't deal with a hill, you may want to find another location, but in general that part of PV has some hills!

Our family of four - husband/wife and adult son and daughter stayed at Anthony’s place for 5 nights. The condo is beautiful and is as described. Huge balcony where we enjoyed the wonderful views and beautiful weather. The interior was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not use the AC in the common areas as the breeze thru the full length patio doors kept everything very comfortable. Each bedroom had an AC unit and we did use ours for sleeping. No issues. The condo is located next door to the Almar Beach Resort so the area is quite lively. As the listing indicates, there is club music playing a few nights from this resort. However, the music always stopped at 11pm so no issues with noise after that time. Area is very quiet at night after the club music has stopped. The local contact Beatrix was wonderful in resolving an issue with the gas stove, calling the maintenance crew and having it fixed (needed a fuel refill on the master tank) within a few hours.

Our group of 6 had a great stay at Anthony’s condo this week! The condo itself is spacious and the outdoor areas especially were perfect for our group. While the construction noise next door was a bit loud at times, that sort of thing is very transient, so our experience with that may be entirely different from yours. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

This place was a great spot and a short walk to the beach. The host was responsive and we absolutely loved staying here.

The place is huge and beautiful, super close to the beach and mantamar as well as about a 10 min walk from all the bars and restaurants. The worst thing about the place is the hill to walk up to get there, but it’s doable. Only thing i was looking forward to that we didn’t get was the infinity pool because there was damage from a recent hurricane, otherwise great experience!

Loved staying at this private Pent House. The property was east to navigate and the east access to pool and beach were great.

Excellent location, beautiful ocean view with spectacular sunsets, the condo matches the photos, good value for money, everything works perfectly, Beatriz told us everything we needed to know about how everything in the house works, Sara the chef made us delicious breakfasts, ask for her at an extra cost, it's worth getting up and finding everything done

Wow! Just WOW! The view of the ocean from the balcony was INSANE and completely unobstructed! The proximity to the beach was perfect! The condo itself was OUTSTANDING! It has a great open-concept living area with two great lounge areas. The first thing in the morning, we opened ALL the sliding doors and catch a the great breeze while hearing the waves crashing and having coffee on the balcony. At night, same thing with nightcaps. Three of the rooms offer privacy and 3 separate full baths. This place is perfect for 3 couples, even though it sleeps more! I can't even begin to say how amazing it was to have a private rooftop dipping pool! Everything was within walking distance and Beatriz, our on-location host, was very responsive! The sad part about giving great reviews is that it means I'll never be able to book it again, but I have to give credit where credit is due. This was FANTASTIC!!

This is an extraordinary condo, and we can’t wait to come back! It is exactly as advertised, private, and excellently appointed. On the beach, pool is very nice and the sunsets are spectacular! It’s an open layout with plenty of space and it exceeded our expectations. You can walk to many restaurants, shopping, etc.

Great view!! The Terrace has an amazing view of the ocean. I love the private roof top patio and pool for having drinks or relaxing and laying out in the sun. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Host was responsive and really nice! Will definitely book again!

Endless hot water , lots of loud music from neighboring buildings and close to the beach and everything else.

We (3 retired couples) had a great stay. Location is perfect for walking to everything in the Romantic Zone. Beatriz was very attentive to all of our questions and needs. The dipping pool on the roof was much appreciated after a day out and about.

Though more expensive than many places I reviewed on Air B&B, its all about location, location, location. Easy walk to great restaurants, art and clothing shops, Act 2 which we always go to, and more. Nicely equipped. Good view of the bay. Loved the private pool. We didn’t want or need a car. Taxis are plentiful. I would highly recommend this as a place for two or three couples.

Second time staying here and everything was perfect as before. Can’t beat the location and you’re in the most premium unit in the building. Couldn’t be better.

They were super accommodating to all our needs. They even let us check in early since we had an early flight into Vallarta. I would definitely recommend this place for big groups.

The perfect place while staying in PV. It is close to everything and we loved being so near the beach. Everything about it was incredible! And oh my god the beds are so comfy.

I had a perfect stay at Anthony's place. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We were met by Beatriz, who manages the property. She met us downstairs in the lobby, and she took wonderful care of us. Very friendly, and prompt with communication She was great with suggesting locations, or activities. We took the elevator up to the PH level...the elevator felt like it was our own, because we only ran into someone else on it just one time. Beatriz gave us the house tour. The place is even nicer in pictures! You are greeted by an abundance of natural light, as the whole west facing wall are floor to ceiling windows. The view from the balcony...it just couldn't get any better. You have a perfect view of the beach, Almar/Mantamar, and Ritmos Cafe/green chairs. All of the rooms are large, with king size beds, and their own bathrooms, ceiling fans, and AC units. There are not one, but two large living rooms. We were out exploring most of the day, so we did not use them much . On the roof is a private dipping pool (extra large jacuzzi), which we used at night, and during the day. It was nice to unwind there, even during the lone day it rained. We also used the pool on the 4th floor, which again we had all to ourselves, because we hardly ran into any other guests. The location is perfect! You can walk next door to Mantamar for drinks on the roof, cross the alley to the beach, or walk 5-10 minutes to Coco's, El Dorado, the pier, the bars/nighclubs, everywhere! The kitchen was huge, AC units worked wonderfully, large bathrooms. We couldn't have picked a more perfect condo/location with Anthony's Casa Corazon.

This was our second time staying with at Anthony’s home, and it was perfect once again. We will definitely keep coming back. So spacious and comfortable and the property manager is extremely responsive and on top of everything.

What can I say! We loved it. It was spacious and literally backs up to the Ritmos beach club. They’ll even deliver drinks to you at the condo building’s pool. One of the TVs was missing so I kinda suspect a previous renter may have been a little rough with the place but the entire apartment was well cared for, clean, and spacious. I would think the apartment should max out at about 9, not 10. Although the convertible sofa in the master suite could accommodate 2 theoretically, I think it’s probably best suited for 1. The rooms have king size beds. The location and views, as well, were spectacular. Beatriz, the local host, was also incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. We will certainly be back.

This is a place I would highly recommend. From the patio you can see the fire dancers in the club to the right and great music comes from the club on the left. Everything gets very quiet around 10:30 so a good nights sleep is easy. The place is amazing and I have never been so relaxed.

Amazing view from this penthouse. The balcony was a great hangout spot, and hearing the ocean waves was so relaxing. Nice little private pool on the roof is good to have during these times. Air conditioning was really lovely for each individual room, and windows also helped with air flow and cooler temperatures. Lots of natural light in the kitchen and living room area. So many amenities available, great communication from the property manager.

A great apartment on a great location! What we especially liked was the easy access to the beach. Just the elevator down and direct access to the beach. The house was very clean and communication with Beatriz was super nice and easy. We will be back !!

My family and friends and I came here for my 60th birthday. Everything was awesome. We will stay again I hope soon. Beatriz is very responsive. If you go you will enjoy this place.
