The location is fantastic and the views are incredible. Spacious and well-equipped unit and the rooftop area is truly a game changer. Such a fun neighborhood with tons to do and amazing food. Keep in mind there is a nightclub next door and while it didn’t bother us too much- if you are looking to sit outside and enjoy a quiet evening- this is not the place for you. The club doesn’t operate late, so for us, it was easy to overlook since we were in such a great part of town.

A very spacious and comfortable place with incredible views. The private rooftop patio and plunge pool was a great amenity. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in PV.

This place is amazing. The views are spectacular and convenient to everything. Being right at the beach was the cherry on top. The condo is quite spacious and we loved how the primary suite was separate from the other bedrooms. Beatrix was so nice and responsive. I really enjoyed communicating with her. Overall, the experience was fantastic and we look forward to returning next year!!

This is a very lovely apartment with great ocean views. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach where you can get beach chairs and food service. Short walk to the boardwalk and Malacon. Lots of restaurants close by. Mini Mart a few minutes down the street for basic necessities. Bedrooms were all large and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning is way to operate and cools the apartment very quickly. There are two pools, one private above the apartment and the common pool. Both are clean and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay.

You can't beat this location with easy access to the beach and walkability to everything you will want to do in the area. Excellent direct view of the Pacific from the large balcony, with good seating and dining options. The kitchen is large and there is plenty of room for a group of 6 people. The bedrooms are spacious with their own bathrooms, plus a half bathroom in the living area. The condo pool is nice with a view of the beach, and access to nearby bathrooms. Building felt secure and elevator worked well to access PH level.

This place was amazing. the condo itself was big, spotless, fully equipped, and located in a walkable distance do shops, restaurants, and the beach. we had a great week long stay. Beatriz, the rep was amazing. she was super communicative and very helpful with info. The most communicative/responsive host I've ever had anywhere. I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and would definitely stay again.
