A very good place to spend a few days with your family

We loved our stay at the Elements. The location is very convenient to walk into town and my kids loved the pool and beach club.

The location is amazing and the beach club service was so great. Loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb is literally right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location to the beach, to restaurants and to shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balconies during our stay because of the strong smell of seaweed which was bulldozed into a pile right outside. Not a fault of the Airbnb, and we would certainly book again. We just lucked out and went when the Southern winds were particularly strong, which washed a ton of seaweed to shore.

Great place, close to one end of 5th street. Nice view of the gulf as the unit is on the corner of the building. Remember to return your wristbands. This was in the check in paperwork but I didn’t read it. There is a $25 fee if you forget. Not a big deal. There is a convenience store right across the street. Pretty handy

An excellent option to stay in Playa del Carmen

Perfect location ! Beautiful view. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Condo was just as described. Friendly and helpful staff. The beach club was a great bonus with drinks and good food! Definitely will stay here again!

Very nice location in a large luxury and quiet residence. Very nice view of the beach and sea from its panoramic terraces. The apartment is well-equipped. The beach club is a real plus. Quinta Avenida is within walking distance. The host was very responsive when the air conditioning broke down. He recommended a very nice quiet beach to us. Very good stay for our family of five.

I stay at this unit everytime I'm in Playa Del Carmen. It's walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shops on 5th Avenue. The unit has an incredible view of the ocean and beach. There is a beach club with bar and restaurant directly in front, exclusive for those staying in the complex. The property manager is friendly and responsive! It's an amazing place!!

Amazing place to stay!

Our host Balam was very nice and responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed very much staying in this clean and spacious apartment. We felt like we were in a home away from home. The only drawback was that the water pressure in showers was weak.

Excellent place with a beautiful pool, close to the ocean with an amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and shops. Balam was extremely helpful and kind. Great place for a family vacation!

The best view we could have, we loved staying at this place , we had everything nearby and it's very big the Lugar. I'll be back soon

Nice place. Matched the description. Kids loved the pool. It was right across the street from the public beach which had lots of locals drinking at night, drink driving, motorcycles revving etc. Sunday morning at 9am young guys drinking, throwing beer cans etc. Didn’t feel safe using the back exit at that time.

Balam’s place was an excellent location and perfect for all ages. We stayed with my young children and grandparents, and all of us loved it. The view to the ocean was lovely, the beach club is right across the street and the pool was perfect for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. No issues and Balam’s gave us great recommendations for places to eat. We drove ourselves here and parking was easy and available.

Great place, even greater location!

This is a beautiful corner apartment overlooking the ocean, with a gorgeous, large pool, great for the kids and adults, and very walkable to restaurants, shops and everything! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

The Elements is a beautiful condo complex. I have always felt safe there. Balam was an excellent host and very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay again!

the place is amazing. we had a great experience and would stay again when visiting PDC. it less than a 10 min walk to the tourist area on 5thave. i found the restaurants on our way to 5th ave amazing. overall great experience.

This condo is amazing. It is so beautiful, and so spacious. We were a family of 5, and chose a condo over a resort (because we wanted SPACE), and this place provided this. 2 huge balconies, 2 bathrooms, 2 big bedrooms, massive living area with the most gorgeous 180 view of beach and pool. Balam was always very quick to respond, he greeted us the next day (because we arrived very late), and showed us what we needed to know. There was a small issue with one of the blinds, he had someone come in right away to fix it. The condo is perfectly located in an area right outside all the action, but quiet at night. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again. My only recommendation if travelling with a child under 2yrs - a pack n' play was provided, which was perfect, but we also brought our own pack n' play mattress from home and I'm glad we did, as the pack n' play provided had very little cushioning. Perfect place to stay. I want to go back.

If you are wondering if you should book this property just do it. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. The views are amazing, you have a view of the beach and the long pool/jacuzzi across the property. The amenities such the balconies were awesome, it's was a nice spot to grill some burgers. The property had everything you needed, such as towels, plates, utensils and cooking pans. You also have access to the private beach right across, they have a bar/restaurant, lounge chairs, beds and a volleyball net. Quinta avenida is near by, and there are also bars and restaurants walking distance. I highly recommend this place it's a nice spot to relax.

Balam helped organize a shuttle from the airport, check in was easy and loved the open big unit.

Our stay was perfect! Balam was incredibly responsive, and we had a lot of random questions that we asked recommendations for so we were so grateful. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The private beach club area was great and having the beach right across the street was convenient. The pool was perfect and we went in there every day! Would stay here again in a second, and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing location and space. We are a family of 4 (two adults and two teens) and we had tons of space. The building has a great pool, communal hot tub, and private bar and beach area. Walking distance to 5th Ave. We will be back! I would highly highly recommend!!

Rico and Israel were very attentive to our needs during our stay, fabulous hosts! My wife and I brought our 3 girls to Playa, a 12 yr old, 5 yr old, and a 10 month old. This property was perfect for our family. The photos are exactly in the listing, very beautiful! The pool area was a very good size and had depths for all ages. We loved it. The beach club is excellent as it is private with good drinks, pizza, guacamole, and shrimp tacos. The beach itself was also very nice! It is very easy to walk to 5th and is just a few blocks away from 38th for great dining option. 7-11 across the street, along with a pharmacy for all needs. Easy to take a Taxi should you need one, the area is quiet but just steps away from the excitement.

This place is a real gem! I would not hesitate to book again. We really loved the private pool and beach. It was also super walkable.

We loved our stay at Rico & Israel’s place. We were a party of 4 adults ( 2 couples) it was perfect for the 4 of us with lots of room to move and private enough for 2 couples. Rico met us in the foyer, he took us to our apartment opened the door and the view was amazing, just like the photos. Everything was very clean, for me the bed was a little hard but this seemed to be a common thing throughout our travels in Mexico!!!! The apartment is in a perfect position, on the quieter side but perfect for us. Our own private beach club was across the road and it was a very very easy walk to the famous 5th Ave. The 4 of us give it a 10 out of 10 and would definitely stay again. Thank you Rico & Israel.

I love the home!! We had an amazing stay and will be back again. The home is clean and spacious with lots of windows to view the pool and beach. We loved the beach club and spent an entire day there. We traveled as a family of four and was able to easily walk to get food and shop. No car needed, everything is within walking distance.

My friends and I had a great time staying here. The condo is very spacious with exquisite views. It’s located close to all the action on 5th ave, has a pool, hot tub and it’s own beach club. The wifi is very good too, I was able to get some work done as well. Rico was very prompt in replying and was very helpful on every front. Would definitely stay here again, if available.

Beautiful beach view condo with 2 gorgeous big sized patios. Beach at walking distance. Infinity pool and jacuzzi also a great option. Hosts are great.

The Airbnb is absolutely stunning. Very well kept and clean. We arrived before check in. We were greeted at the main desk and brought to our rooms right away where we were able to drop our luggage and change into beach wear while the cleaning staffed continued to clean until 3 pm. Communication was fast and easy from the host and I would rebook if I was coming again to playa. The grounds are beautiful and the view from the condo is really just like the photos. Amazing stay!

It's just like the photos and description, a spectacular view of the beach and very close to everything. The place is very beautiful and safe. At all times they were attentive to our needs.

Absolutely amazing apartment. The views are out of the world and we felt so privileged to be able to watch the sunrise from the balcony, or just walk steps to the beach and our private beach club. The apartment itself was spacious, with two gorgeous terraces. We made full use of the amenities - including a really nice heated jacuzzi facing the beach. The management team was quick and very responsive - we asked for laundry detergent and within 10 minutes it was delivered. The condo itself was very close to 5th Ave and some really good restaurants. For light sleepers - there's a beach club close by that plays loud music, esp on weekends - you might want to bring ear plugs but with the doors closed we found that it didn't really bother us. Already making plans to return!

This stay is a MUST!!! Been using airbnb app for years now,I can certainly say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Just a few block away from the 5th avenue and with a minisuper and pharmacy right across the street. The room has a great view,which you can enjoy from the balcony jacuzzi.y Already booking next trip on the same property!!! Israel attention was flawless and full of tips. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We are a family of 4. Two boys of 12 and 15 years old. We all had a Very good experience. The location was great. The Condo and amenities were excellent. The most important thing is that the service that Israel and Rico provided go beyond expected.

I loved staying at this place. The view must be the best of the condos. It has a huge community pool and jacuzzi. Steps away from the shore. Walk distance to 5th Ave. Israel has very polite and helpful. I will definitely return to their place.

The appartment is as per the photos - when you enter you are dazzled by the stunning panoramic view of the sea… and then also view on the swimming pool …with 2 huge balconies - one with table and sofa and the other with jacuzzi and sun beds… We even got to enjoy viewing the full moon over the sea one night - it was magical. The two bedrooms are separate enough for good privacy. One is the masterbedroom with direct access to balcony the other one with a window on the corridor. With two queen beds though - so for a couple with 1-2 kids this is ideal. Air conditioned works perfectly, huge tv with Netflix and co and a very good Internet connection. The appartment is situated in a gated condo area - with very friendly security at the entrance. They even provided service to help with our luggage. The swimming pool is very long and well maintained so if you like swimming laps you’ll be delighted. There is also a direct access (very near to the appartment) to a private beach club. We really enjoyed staying here. And Israel was very avalailble and reactive - he changed the defect toaster on the same day and went as far as helping me with a bag I had forgotten in the appartment. An amazing VIP service! I totally recommend the place.

Beautiful location with a spectacular view 🤩 We enjoyed also the facilities such as the pool, jaccuzzi and private beach. The only small thing is that the kitchen lacks a little bit of accessories for cooking. The host was very responsonsive and came to fix the AC when needed. I highly recommend this great location, distance walk from the exciting 5th avenue 😉
