We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was a great location and we made good use of the pool and beach club. The unit was clean and check in was easy, but it is a little worn and could be better stocked (only 4 spoons and 3 coffee cups, etc.) The a/c in the main room was not working properly for the duration of our stay, and we woke up to a ceiling leak from the a/c unit in the primary bedroom. The management company was very responsive and tried to fix it. Hopefully this will be resolved before the next guests arrive.

Excellent location and nice condo. Unit has views of the pool and ocean. There are restaurants and an Oxxo footsteps away and you have all the restaurants, bars, shopping of 5th avenue within a 5 min walk. The private beach was nice but the shoreline is very small compared to beaches in walking distance. So not as good for smaller kids. Pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and the complex has a ton of staff for security and if you need anything. The staff at the complex were excellent. The unit itself is has large rooms and an expansive balcony. Host was very responsive. Overall, I’d recommend this unit and the complex for families. My 2 year old had a blast in the pool.

Overall, a nice stay in a nice complex. Our host was very responsive and gave us lots of suggestions/recommendations. The pool was nice and it's very walkable. There's a 7-11 near by and a police station makes us feel safe. The sandy beach is a stones throw away. A few reasons that prevented a 5-star. 1. The unit does have a nice ocean view and overlooks the beach club + pool. However, about half the view is of the entrance to a sportfishing outfit. So there lots of traffic. 2. Not all the shades can be rolled up due to wear and tear. 3. The shower water pressure was lacking. This is strange since all the sinks have nice pressure.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb is literally right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location to the beach, to restaurants and to shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balconies during our stay because of the strong smell of seaweed which was bulldozed into a pile right outside. Not a fault of the Airbnb, and we would certainly book again. We just lucked out and went when the Southern winds were particularly strong, which washed a ton of seaweed to shore.

Great place, close to one end of 5th street. Nice view of the gulf as the unit is on the corner of the building. Remember to return your wristbands. This was in the check in paperwork but I didn’t read it. There is a $25 fee if you forget. Not a big deal. There is a convenience store right across the street. Pretty handy

Perfect location ! Beautiful view. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Condo was just as described. Friendly and helpful staff. The beach club was a great bonus with drinks and good food! Definitely will stay here again!
