10/10 The place and the welcome are very warm, the security is always attentive, and the facilities are perfect. One observation: the bathroom that was in the living room was a little dirty when we just arrived, especially the shower. Other than that, everything was very good. I'm leaving looking forward to returning soon. 👍

The house is fine, but you can tell that it still needs maintenance after the hurricane. The photos of the terraces do not match reality. The kitchen has the basics (nothing more) to get by.

The fact that you found the area beautiful, pleasant for walking, and with lots of things to do is exactly what makes this part of Acapulco so special. 🌴📍 Regarding the terraces, I appreciate you pointing that out, and I want to clarify it transparently: originally, they had palm roofs that were destroyed by the hurricane. 🌪️ We are already working to restore them and return that charm, and in the meantime, we have indicated it in the listing so that each guest knows in advance. Regarding the kitchen, it has everything you need to prepare food during your stay. 🍳 We also recently purchased a brand new set of cookware, just so that those who like to cook have better tools at hand. And about the follow-up, I'm sincerely sorry you felt something was left unfinished. 🙏 We've been in touch with you since your arrival and have sought to resolve every request, including membership management and billing on the same day you requested it. Practical and comfortable for a stay in Acapulco, especially because it gives you access, for a fee, to Mayan Palace and the beach at Grand Mayan, both incredible places, and with 5-star hotel service. Our host, Juanito, was very attentive with very quick answers and a problem-solving attitude. The apartment is comfortable. It has some issues, but everything worked as expected.

Nice house but it does need maintenance. There were leaks in the bathrooms, and there was dust in certain parts of the house.

It was a bit bad. Honestly, it wasn't as we expected. Juanito was very kind at all times, but several things about the place were not as shown in the photos. There were televisions in the rooms where they were supposed to be, the main lock of the villa doesn't work, and the armchairs were a bit dirty. I'm not saying this to insult or anything. On the contrary, I hope this improves in the future, and I thank you for everything.

We loved the place. We were a group of women and the development had a lot of security, and everyone was attentive to us, including the host, the security staff, and the reception staff. The apartment is amazing. THE ARMCHAIRS ARE A DELIGHT! 😋. The cleaning lady is amazing and super friendly. It's definitely a place we recommend, and we're sure we'll return. The issue of checking in at the Beach Club is a bit complicated, and unfortunately the people there were not very friendly, but that is completely unrelated to the host.
