The condominium is not directly on the beach; however, the Beach Club is located approximately 2 km (6 minutes by car) from the apartment.

Beach Club Important Information

• Operating hours: Access from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Food and beverage service from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• No outside food or drinks allowed
• Access bracelets are collected at Grand Mayan
• Administrative fees for bracelets:
  • Seniors over 12 years: $500 MXN per person, includes a $250 MXN food and beverage coupon
  • Children 6 to 12 years: $250 MXN per person, includes a $125 MXN coupon
  • Children 5 years and under: free
• The Beach Club is a 4-minute drive from Grand Mayan
• Each reservation includes access for up to 8 people; additional access costs $250 MXN plus VAT per person
• Fees are separate from those paid at Grand Mayan and are purchased through the host
• Access is valid for the entire duration of the stay

Clubhouse (5-minute walk from the apartment)

• Well-equipped gym open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Additional Information

• The apartment is located on the first floor; the building does not have an elevator.
• A refundable cash deposit of $2,000 MXN is required, which is lower than other apartments in Mayan Lakes that request $5,000 MXN.
• Wristbands are mandatory for club access and cost $500 MXN each, including a $250 MXN food and beverage credit.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 people plus 1 infant under 2 years old. Children over 2 count as a guest. Exceeding this limit will result in denied access.
• The single bed room was converted from a service room to accommodate one additional guest.
• Due to frequent use, some stains on walls, bedding, or furniture may be present despite regular cleaning and maintenance.
• A travel crib is available for $199 MXN plus VAT per stay, subject to availability.
• Pools may occasionally close without notice for maintenance or due to rain, which happens rarely.
• Washer and dryer are available only for stays longer than 5 nights and must be requested.
• Coffee, sugar, salt, oil, and bottled water are not provided to minimize waste and keep costs affordable.
