• Administrative fees for wristbands:
  • Seniors over 12 years: $500 MXN per person, includes a $250 MXN food and beverage coupon
  • Children 6 to 12 years: $250 MXN per person, includes a $125 MXN coupon
  • Children 5 years and under: free
• Beach Club is a 4-minute drive from Grand Mayan
• Each reservation includes up to 8 wristbands; additional wristbands can be purchased for $250 MXN plus VAT per person
• Fees are separate from those paid at Grand Mayan and are handled through the host

Additional Information

• The apartment is located on the second floor; the building does not have an elevator.
• A refundable cash deposit of $2,000 MXN is required, which is lower than other deposits in Mayan Lakes. This deposit is fully returned if there are no damages or fines.
• Wristbands costing $500 MXN each are required for club access and include $250 MXN in food and beverage credit. A maximum of 8 wristbands can be booked.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 people plus 1 infant under 2 years old. Children over 2 years count as one person each. Exceeding this limit will result in denied access.
• The single-bed room was formerly a service room, adapted to accommodate an additional guest.
• Due to frequent use, some stains on walls, bedding, or furniture may be present that are not removable with standard cleaning methods. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and maintained regularly.
• A travel crib is available for rent at $149 MXN plus VAT per night, subject to availability.
• Pool closures for maintenance or weather are rare but possible without prior notice.
• Washer and dryer are available for stays longer than five nights upon request.
• The apartment does not provide coffee, sugar, salt, oil, or bottled water to reduce waste and maintain affordable pricing.
