Our stay was beautiful. The exceptional location, near 5th. Av. and the beach was beautiful, clean. Beaches of areas closer to downtown, behind the pier, were found with algae and were not cute. I highly recommend this beach area. While there is music at the beach club that is in front, the dpto totally away from noises and the openings completely isolate them. Very friendly staff. The details and quality of the furniture are very good! Better than the photos show. Maria, a very attentive host, always orienting us and answering concerns quickly. We don't hesitate to come back!! Thank you Maria.

It's the perfect spot for a great vacation

I usually don’t leave reviews but Maria was very well at communicating with us and remained very attentive throughout our stay. The place was very clean and easy to find with a lot to do nearby. Would recommend this place and host to anyone.

My family and I had a great stay at Maria’s place. Easy check-in and check-out process from reception staff. Maria was accommodating and quick to respond. The condo is specious, clean, and fully equipped. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and a few steps away from 5th avenue. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of dining options nearby. Overall nice safe area and would stay here again.

The depa, common areas, swimming pool and everything as shown in the photos. Everything was clean and the service was excellent. We would definitely come back.

It is a great place, comfortable and fully equipped. Playa is not exactly a quiet place, but inside it is quiet enough.

we are a family of four and very much enjoyed our stay! The place was very comfortable and roomy. Maria was accommodating and quick to respond. We enjoyed that it was close to the beach, lots of restaurants and activities in walking distance. The unit was quiet at night, and we slept great.

We loved the place, which was just exquisitely renovated ! the location is the best, close to the Mamita's beach club and close to the 5th avenue. The host was responsive at all time and she even allowed us to do a late check out on Sunday. We'd love to come back next summer !!

This place was perfect for our trip! I can’t even count the times I said “I love this condo!” It was perfect - lots of space, close to Playa Mamitas, clean, nice furniture and linens. Maria was very responsive to all communications. Would definitely stay again!

Was a gorgeous view of the sunrise every morning. Very peaceful but convenient to everything. I would definitely stay here again .

we were in the first half of February, and we were really satisfied with everything, it's a spotless, modern, clean and complete accommodation (maybe in the kitchen an oven would be good for those of us who like to cook), in an optimal and safe place, I would say it deserves 5 stars in everything...hopefully we'll be back soon...Sergio

Maria’s place was awesome! The location is perfect to relax, or go to the beach or walk around 5th Ave to shops and restaurants. I was shocked on how quiet it is. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Excelente location and comfort.

Had a great stay at this property. Maria was a great host and the place was very clean and comfortable. I stayed as part of a wedding party with others that rented other units in the building. I viewed 5 other apartments that they rented and this property was by far the cleanest and nicest especially for the price. The location was great. It’s just a block from the beach and just a few minute walk from 5th ave shopping and restaurants. Very walkable to get around and easy to get taxis. The only real con is there is a beach club next door and it gets really loud during the day. It doesn’t play music at night though. I used a sound machine to drown out the noise if I wanted an afternoon nap. I’d stay here again if I come back to Playa del Carmen.

Best area in Playa del Carmen can't be found, beach, restaurants and fun a few meters from this great place. The entire complex is in excellent condition and at the standards that the five stars give. Thank you very much for your amenities!!

First time coming out to Cancun and the place is amazing. Perfect spot to be, right next to the beach and steps away from 5 ave. The room was perfect for me and my family, everything was super clean and stocked with necessities. Will definitely visit again

Maria's room is located as seen in the photographs, The place is highly recommended, although it is characterized by a party hotel, if you take into account that from midnight the noise must be moderate so as not to affect neighboring guests.

My stay at Maria’s place was wonderful. I truly reccomend. The location was perfect, few steps to the beach and few steps to the 5ta Avenida. The condo was super clean, they even cleaned the condo from top to bottom one od the days! Communication with Maria was great, she was always available to answer all my questions. Dont think twice about staying here!

Awesome!!! The apartment is luxurious, modern, very spacious and above all super clean. It has all that you need Cleanliness and Comfort. The condo is also super nice and the service from the staff is excellent, everyone is very friendly and Maria responds quickly to messages. I recommend it 100%, it's really worth it. It is not on the beach, but it is very close to the public beach and so is the 5th Av.

This complex was beautiful, safe, very spacious, and clean. Perfect location to Calle 5 and the beach. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family that choose to go to the area

Maria was an exceptional host, answering all our questions in a timely manner. Aldea Thai was a beautiful place , the pool was perfect for us and our kids. The beach was right in front of the hotel, literary a 1 minute walk away, with convenient stores and restaurants all around. 5th Avenue was only a block away. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing! Beautiful, charming and clean! There is a cleaning service and change of towels every other day that makes all the difference! Between the Condominium and the beach there is a beach club and it is necessary to pay to use chairs, parasol and showers. As Mamitas beach was with sargaço, we enjoyed the sea of Cozumel more, which is amazing!! Maria is an excellent host, super approachable and helpful! We spent amazing days on Playa del Carmen and hope to be back soon!

Amazing place!!! We stayed at Maria’s place for 11 days in December 2018 including Christmas holidays and couldn’t be happier with our vacations!! Highly recommend to anyone! Location is amazing, host is great, place is wonderful!! Huge bedrooms, beautiful common area, nice water pressure, amazing location right in the middle of everything (beaches, restaurants, shopping), parking. Maria was always couple of mins away vs text message if we needed anything. Looking forward to staying in this place next time and will highly recommend to anyone looking for a home-away place in Playa. Thank you very much Maria for sharing your home with us!!!

Stayed 8 days here and loved it! Beautiful condo... As nice as any hotel you’ll stay in, except big like a large 2 bedroom home... Kool Beach Club is great deal, and literally right outside the door. Regarding Aldea Thai Unit 129–Unless they fix the address on the Airbnb listing, your mapping program may show you a strange location, but don’t worry...cab drivers, shuttle drivers all know where it is. Pool, pool bar is nice—all the staff is great... Kool Beach Club staff is super... no complaints at all... 5th Avenue is 2 blocks away, and it’s fantastic... This condo is in such a great location we’ll probably stay here again... Though this has nothing to do with the condo, you should research the ongoing seaweed problem in Cancun/Playa del Carmen area to make sure you don't get surprised. We dealt with it, but it's certainly not ideal...
