Our stay was beautiful. The exceptional location, near 5th. Av. and the beach was beautiful, clean. Beaches of areas closer to downtown, behind the pier, were found with algae and were not cute. I highly recommend this beach area. While there is music at the beach club that is in front, the dpto totally away from noises and the openings completely isolate them. Very friendly staff. The details and quality of the furniture are very good! Better than the photos show. Maria, a very attentive host, always orienting us and answering concerns quickly. We don't hesitate to come back!! Thank you Maria.

The apartment is just like the photos, comfortable, clean ( the sheets smelled delicious ) , comfortable beds, quiet to sleep without a bully . Close to everything and safe . Only the condominium is already run down and requires maintenance ( it's not like the pictures ) . For the rest, Maria's apartment is very good , comfortable equipped, quiet clean .

I usually don’t leave reviews but Maria was very well at communicating with us and remained very attentive throughout our stay. The place was very clean and easy to find with a lot to do nearby. Would recommend this place and host to anyone.

Placed exactly as shown in pictures. Good location. However, The host sent check in instructions until I asked closer to our arrival instead of sending it to me right at the proper period of time without me asking. The two toilets in the Airbnb have flushing issues. I reach out to her to tell her about the issues and she completely ignored me. The property is really nice and it’s close to many restaurants and main streets but just FYI there is no backup plan if there is a power outage. We experienced a power outage during our stay and the hotel (outside the Airbnb itself) had a generator for power but not our apartment. It was tough considering how hot Playa del Carmen gets. The hotel needs some maintenance But staff were great.

My family and I had a great stay at Maria’s place. Easy check-in and check-out process from reception staff. Maria was accommodating and quick to respond. The condo is specious, clean, and fully equipped. The location was perfect, right next to the beach and a few steps away from 5th avenue. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of dining options nearby. Overall nice safe area and would stay here again.
