Very sorry that the neighborhood and infrastructure wasnt suitable for you.  Be aware future renters, this is Nicaragua!  You decided to cancel two weeks before scheduled checkout and wanted a refund although in the policy it states no refund.  I can tell that is this review is in spite of that :(
