We have been to PDC many times, and this place was an absolute winner in terms of location and amenities. It was an easy walk to the beach and many of our favorite restaurants but we ended up spending a lot of our time on the beautiful rooftop. Very comfortable.

Great value. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, exceptional pools, pleasant shower with good pressure, kind reception staff and ready to be of service. We should have stayed here for the 2 weeks!!!!

Excellent choice. It has a 7-Eleven and a Chedraui super close by. Restaurants of all kinds just minutes walk away (inexpensive or stylish/expensive). The sea and fifth are no more than a 5 and 10 minute walk. They have surveillance and the staff are friendly and can help get taxis and more amenities. As a Mexican, it was excellent and the price is well worth it. Olga answers any questions very quickly. After grabbing the trucks from the airport to Playa, the taxi to the condos is very cheap. Taxis to other places are also cheap and the staff can help you schedule them, even for the airport. If you like to ride a bike, there are two very close stations to rent. The apartment has everything for your stay, from mini splits to coffee maker and plenty of towels (shower and pool/beach).

Spent a week at Olga’s condo. The appt is spacious and well equipped. The location and rooftop are the BEST All amenities are walking distance It’s a great spot Highly recommended

The apartment is divine, with all the necessary amenities, the social areas of the condominium are equally nice. Olga answers super fast, and gives the precise instructions. The location is super recommended, a little far from the beach but the sector is very good.

It is located in a very good place, on the back there is a shopping center and you can buy everything. All that is indicated in the post is what is provided, the bedrooms are comfortable and the facilities such as the gym and pools are very good. I would go back to the place. Highly recommended.

We loved this condo! We love the rooftop! Excellent location, one block from the fifth and two from the beach, in the entrance there is a seven eleven, in addition to the return and above the same block a super Chedraui and good restaurants in the surroundings. The staff at the condominium is very friendly, on the rooftop there is a bar that offers food and drinks. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos; it has everything you need, very clean and comfortable. They have 4 chairs, towels, and a sun shade for the beach. Well-equipped kitchen, dishes, pots, coffee maker, toaster. They also give you the essentials: water jugs, dish soap, towel paper, bags, bags, salt, spray oil. Bathrooms with necessary: shampoo, soap, enough toilet paper. We will definitely be back!!

Great option to stay! Olga's apartment is impeccable, very spacious and very clean. The roof of the building is amazing and the service is very good. The apartment's location is also very good, plus it has parking. Olga's attention is extraordinary with almost immediate response time. We would definitely return. I would amply recommend!

Very comfortable condo for my family of five. The chase couch in living room converts into large size bed. several roof top pools on roof with great view and full bar. Also nice gym. Olga is very responsive and great host. location is great because it's a couple blocks from 5th street but far enough away that it's quiet at night when you want to get some sleep. Would definitely stay here again. The underground parking spot is super nice if you have or rent a car. Also there is an international grocery store less than a block away with everything you need plus they have great cooked food (Paella, pizza, sushi, etc) that's fresh and tasty. Also have bakery with fresh pastries daily.

The apartment was impeccable,I like the area,the gym ,the pools ,but above all the excellent location it had . It is a few meters from the 5th avenue and there is a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away,that makes things easier. The apartment is practically new, I would definitely stay there again. I would highly recommend it 👌

Olga's house is as great as the picture. Above all, I like the swimming pool. Make sure you go there. Security is great, too. I recommend this house.

Olga’s place was amazing! She was prompt with any questions we had or recommendations. The place was perfect & matched all her photos online. & I loved access to all the pools. Plus you can order drinks & snacks too !! The front desk was also a ton of help !! Very much appreciated esp for me & 2 young children 💕💕 I highly recommend Olga’s place to anyone. I've been coming to Playa Del Carmen at least once a year for the last 5 years and this was my favorite place that I've stayed. Great amenities(rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym) and an excellent location. You are minutes away from 5th ave and all the main fun, and beaches. Restaurants are also right there. The parking garage was great along with the security and staff. I will try to stay here every time i visit from now on. Oh, its not a deal breaker, but a tv in the rooms be awesome lol.

Everything was great, as described. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. We really liked the pool area. Just two and a half blocks from the beach and one and a half blocks from 5th avenue.

It was a spectacular stay, Olga's attention is incredible her response is immediate,her apartment is very spacious,comfortable ,clean and quiet and the pool area is simply beautiful,the Bar prices super accessible, I would definitely return there when I travel to Q.Roo,ahh and the location 2 blocks from 5th Avenue.

The apartment is one block from 5 avenue, it is beautiful, comfortable, clean and extremely complete. It had all the bathroom amenities, new bedding and the kitchen is complete, including salt, olive oil, spices, cleaning products, in short, everything necessary for the guest to feel at home. Like the apartment, the condominium is very new, with several pools and a very complete gym, all in the rooftop. Olga was the best host, always answering all questions very quickly. In short: It's hard to imagine a better place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

Excellent location! It’s along a major road so easy access from the highway. Very safe even at night. No need for taxis because everything is within walking distance (groceries, restaurants, shopping, beach). Rooftop pool is bigger than the pictures show. Elevators are fast. Ipana staff were nice and friendly and very helpful.

We loved staying at ipana and Olga was a great host. We were staying there with my family, including a 2year old and a dog. Everything was perfect, from check in to checkout Olga was responsive and on top of everything. The building is awesome and quiet, definitely will be back! Thanks again Olga!

Property and unit was very clean and comfortable. If anything needed to be added or changed Olga was very attentive and handled it quickly. Nice amenities with gym and the rooftop pools.
