We have been to PDC many times, and this place was an absolute winner in terms of location and amenities. It was an easy walk to the beach and many of our favorite restaurants but we ended up spending a lot of our time on the beautiful rooftop. Very comfortable.

Pristine clean 2BR /2 Bathrooms unit on first floor of IPANA condo. PROS - easy check-in, good communication with host (Olga replies within 1-2h and is resourceful), great secure building complex with 4 rooftop pools including 2 heated, a gym, a rooftop bar with nice views, 2 elevators, free indoor parking, fantastic location few minutes walk to restaurants, grocery store, beach, 5th ave, etc. Unit consistent with pictures and good size for our party of four, included 4 beach towels, 4 plates, one jug of drinking water, equipped with A/C, one TV, good WIFI, a combo washer-dryer. CONS - unit is on the first floor with limited natural light, beddings could be improved (polyester sheets, only one pillow per person, not a deal breaker but an easy fix mentioned to host), kitchen equipment is minimalist but ok is you dine out most of the time. Again, location is unbeatable.

Great value. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, exceptional pools, pleasant shower with good pressure, kind reception staff and ready to be of service. We should have stayed here for the 2 weeks!!!!

Excellent choice. It has a 7-Eleven and a Chedraui super close by. Restaurants of all kinds just minutes walk away (inexpensive or stylish/expensive). The sea and fifth are no more than a 5 and 10 minute walk. They have surveillance and the staff are friendly and can help get taxis and more amenities. As a Mexican, it was excellent and the price is well worth it. Olga answers any questions very quickly. After grabbing the trucks from the airport to Playa, the taxi to the condos is very cheap. Taxis to other places are also cheap and the staff can help you schedule them, even for the airport. If you like to ride a bike, there are two very close stations to rent. The apartment has everything for your stay, from mini splits to coffee maker and plenty of towels (shower and pool/beach).

Spent a week at Olga’s condo. The appt is spacious and well equipped. The location and rooftop are the BEST All amenities are walking distance It’s a great spot Highly recommended

Let me start by saying we did thoroughly enjoy our stay! I'd say it's closer to 4.5 stars but that wasn't an option :( so +: location is great. 10 min to the beach, less to where all the tourist shops & restaurants are. there's necessities nearby & 7/11 right below the condo. Olga was super amazing & let us check in a few hours early, we didn't need it bc our flight was delayed but moving things to make it happen was super accommodating. the beds were comfy & both my husband & kids felt just as at home from the start. the gym & pool were perfect for our needs. front desk staff were also always willing to help in any way they could. ONLY reason I knocked it down, & it may just be our vaca luck based on other reviews, was the overnight noise in the hall. no fault to Olga at all & I didn't notice it every night, but a few nights during our one week stay there would be commotion. if you sleep light like us & have the same bad luck (lol) you may notice it. everything else was great though

The apartment is divine, with all the necessary amenities, the social areas of the condominium are equally nice. Olga answers super fast, and gives the precise instructions. The location is super recommended, a little far from the beach but the sector is very good.
