We were extremely pleased with our stay in Marcelino’s condo. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Marcelino is a great communicator, always responsive and helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer, would definitely return.

Everything is excellent. The apartment is beautiful, large, comfortable and has many details to feel at home (bathroom, kitchen, very complete rooms). The location is perfect. One of the best beaches we visited in Playa del Carmen and with access to a few meters. Highly recommended. And Marcelino was always attentive to all our questions. We had an amazing few days. We'll definitely be back.

A very safe, quiet and cozy place, I felt at home. Marcelino was very attentive and resolved everything quickly.

This was our second time staying at Marcelino’s place. We absolutely love it here and we will continue to come back again and again. He is an excellent host and very helpful for any information you need. The home was very clean and exactly as pictured, unlike some other places you may see. In my opinion this is one of the best priced places in all of playa for what you get. The staff at mareazul is always helpful and attentive. Overall a fantastic gem of a place and we will continue to come back!!

The condominium is very nice, clean and in a very good location. Marcelino was very kind and attentive to everything we needed. The only bad thing that happened to us was the sargasso season. In Playa del Carmen it affected us a lot. We couldn't get into the beach in front of the condominium, and the sea did not look blue as in other seasons.

Excellent accommodation, perfect cleanliness, all the equipment and utensils functional and in perfect condition. Marcelino was always attentive to make sure we had a good experience in the apartment and the instructions for both entering and emergency contacts were clear. Marcelino was communicative and very responsive before, during and after our stay. His condo is very clean and appears as if it is new. There’s lots of things for kids to do: pools, splash pads, beach, playground, etc. There are great restaurants on site, but also wonderful places to dine within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Our children enjoyed it so much that we would love to return. They especially enjoyed having a tv in their own bedroom. The staff went out of their way to provide us with a pack and play (crib) for our 1 year old. We always felt safe, welcomed and recognized by the staff at Mareazul.

This was one of our favorite Mareazul condos. Great ocean views, comfortable beds and super clean! We loved it! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking too!

The house was impeccably clean, leaving nothing to criticize. It was as cozy as my own home, and if I visit the area again, I would definitely book it again.

Marcelino place was absolutely beautiful with 5 steps to the beach. Apartment was very, very clean and nicely organized. Internet was super fast. Marcelino was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Restaurant in Mareazul had excellent menu. I highly recommend staying in Marcelino place.

The area is ideal par Familias has ample pool, the beach is beautiful and has varied food service and good quality super recommended to rest and enjoy in a luxury accommodation

A beautiful apartment in a residcial apartment with a lot of privacy. The beach you have access to is beautiful. Excellent for anyone who wants to relax and have moments of peace in front of a spectacular sea

The condominium is on the beach with direct access to the beach. The apartment is quite well located with a balcony overlooking the pool. The place is perfect to be with your family, relax, the restaurant is affordable and you can also order delivery from Playa del Carmen’s downtown (which is 10 minutes away by car or taxi). There is a lot of security on site and a lot of staff. Highly recommended, we will surely came back and make a new reservation with Marcelino!

Pros- Perfect for families! Great large pool! Amazingly clean! Marcelino is great communicating! All basic things you need for your trip! Technically in the middle of tours and excursion places Cons- None lol The only thing I will say that if your looking to party and things like that this might not be it because it’s like 15 mins from the party areas but for families I think it’s great…..we rented a car so were able to drive to amazing local taco places literally exiting the condo unit we bought groceries and stocked up for the kids to have snacks and drinks! There’s security guards at both entrances so we felt safe all the time! The little store at Mareazul has a lot of basics you might need without going anywhere. Sadly we didn’t try the restaurants so can’t Help there The beach is great as well There’s always guys there setting up chairs and umbrellas for guest!

A great stay, very comfortable, clean, all facilities in the complex in excellent condition to enjoy with the family. I want to come back soon.

Loved the resort which we have been to three times but getting a well stocked and fitted apartment is key and Marcelino s was amazing

The place was fantastic and nicer than the photos. It was perfect for our stay. Pools are huge and very quiet. Food and service was fantastic. We will definitely return and also recommend Mareazul.

Our stay was great! The place is very nice and clean from the apartment, the facilities, the pool is very large, the food in the restaurant is very good, everything is very good! The place is very central.
