A fantastic experience! Marcelino is an exceptional host. He was super friendly and allowed us to enter before check-in time. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and the complex's facilities exceeded our expectations. Private beach access is an incredible plus that we loved. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy with great beds, making it easy to relax after a day exploring Playa del Carmen. The internet was fast and reliable, perfect for work while visiting. The location couldn’t have been better—close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything we needed while still feeling peaceful. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

We had a great stay here! The unit is very clean and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. pool is at a perfect temperature. I highly recommend this place!

This is my third time staying at MareAzul and I love this place. This was my first time in Marcelino’s place. Beautiful apartment with a view on the pool and ocean in the distance. Very comfortable beds. We cooked and the kitchen was very practical. There is drinkable water available in the laundry area. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment was wonderful! It had all the amenities required, was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and probably the best we have ever slept in. Our hosts had great communication and their recommendations were excellent. This is our second time staying at Mareazul and we highly recommend the resort. We find this to be the nicest and quietest resort in the area, while situated only 5 minutes from Playa del Carmen. The pool and grounds are always spotless, the beach is gorgeous with lots of subeds and the staff and security guards are really friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Outstanding apartment. Exactly as described and the photos did not do it justice. If you are into peace, quiet, gorgeous beach, amazing pools this is the place for you. We chose not to have a car (though there is a parking space and free parking) and it was an easy taxi to the large grocery store in PDC where we stocked up. Restaurant in the resort was great, varied menu and good food. Reception was very helpful. Loved sitting on the large balcony in the morning with coffee, wine in the evening. Marcelino was very responsive and helpful. We stay at many places such as this and this one is top of the list.

We were extremely pleased with our stay in Marcelino’s condo. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped. Marcelino is a great communicator, always responsive and helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer, would definitely return.

Everything is excellent. The apartment is beautiful, large, comfortable and has many details to feel at home (bathroom, kitchen, very complete rooms). The location is perfect. One of the best beaches we visited in Playa del Carmen and with access to a few meters. Highly recommended. And Marcelino was always attentive to all our questions. We had an amazing few days. We'll definitely be back.
