Amazing place!

This place is amazing! The apartment is very comfortable and looks just like the photos — and the complex is incredible. The huge pool is right outside and the private beach club is just beyond the pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs and palapas for all at the pool and on the beach. The location is quiet but just 3 blocks from all of the restaurants and shops. Such an ideal place to stay. We will definitely visit again!

Ideal place for family or group, quiet, no noise, accessible parking. Food options nearby and a store for basic things across the street. A few blocks away, there is a 24-hour Soriana for any emergency. From the airport road to the place is like making an “L” easy to get to with the apps. The place with everything you need to prepare food. Laundry service, if you go for 1 week and don't want to carry so many clothes, this way you don't run out of changes. Ideal pool for children, beach clubhouse with an excellent variety of drinks and food. Nearby points of interest Xelha 30 min, Xcaret complex 10 min, airport depends on traffic 30 min as well as Cancun hotel zone 40 min. A few blocks from the tourist area of Playa del Carmen.

Sofia was very attentive. The location is perfect, it has a beach club and you can walk to Quinta Avenida. The place is very quiet and the apartment is a very good size, apart from the one on the first floor, which makes it very comfortable since it is a few steps from the pool. We would definitely stay at this place again.

What a wonderful stay in Playa de Carmen. If you ever want to place that is incredible in every way with easy accessibility to the beach with a private pool and hot tub this your place. Our host was available for every question and responded to our requests and made our vacation perfect.

Sofias place was pretty great and spacious and overall just comfortable it felt like home. The pool & beach looks just like the pictures. The host was great and gave us good food recommendations & activities to do there. Super friendly and responsive time was excellent. She was nice enough to even let us check out later because we had a late flight. 10/10 recommend. 👏🏻 Plus there is a 711 just across the street and to get to 5th Avenue about a 5 or 10 minute walk. So much to do around there and Cozumel it just a ferry ride away from Playa del Carmen. The only tiny thing that I would point out would be the front desk people were kinda rude & snotty. Like I noticed they would talk about you under there breath and laugh. I was gonna say something to them but they aren’t worth the energy. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend her to my friends. Thank you Sofia

The apartment is worth it. We really enjoyed our stay with my parents, my wife, my wife, my sister and my baby. The only bad thing is that it ended. The apartment is at the ground floor a few meters from the pool and also from the beach a few meters from the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and the whole place is clean. Also the condo staff was really nice and helpful. I was definitely coming back to this place.

All was good. Apartment has a good territory with nice pool, jacuzzi and private beach. Close to good restaurants and 7 min walking to 5 Avenida. It was very comfortable stay.

Sofia was very quick at responding to our questions. She gave us numerous restaurant suggestions to try One suggestion we mentioned to Sofia though minor…would be to have kitchen linens included as well as placemats and cork hot pads to prevent damage to surfaces. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and hope to return and stay much longer.

Loved everything about our stay! Sofia’s place was clean, well maintained, and very cute! The location was great, you are able to walk everywhere. Overall, The Elements and staff were also very nice and attentive. Pool and jacuzzi are well kept, will add that the view from Sofia’s to the pool is wonderful to wake up and have your coffee, we would always prefer to eat outside as well. Beach access was a plus, there are beds and chairs as well as shade. (Sofia provides beach towels which was great) They also have food and drinks! (Pizza was so good) There are so many restaurants to choose from, most are open late. There is a 711 right next door that is super convenient as well as a restaurant next to it, which has a great pesto pasta btw! We found that the 711 also had the best exchange rate just an fyi. Sofia was an amazing host and always so responsive! Thank you so much for an amazing stay, we would definitely stay again!!

The Airbnb was as described and comfy. The location was great for me and 2 girlfriends. The concierge was great when we had questions & for getting a taxi. The location was walking distance of 5th Ave for dinner/drinks, 2 blocks. The location has a great pool area and beach access, pretty chill with chairs and you can order light snacks/drinks or bring your own. If you want a more upbeat lively beach club, music, food, etc, Martina Beach Club is right next door. Just walk out from the pool area and go to the right. Close to the grocery store, 10 mins, and about $7 USD in the cab. There's a 7 eleven on the corner which was convenient. My friends & I went to Tulum a few times, it was 1000-1300 pesos each way using a cab and 50 mins, about the same to get to the Cancun area. 5TH Ave, the part closer to the ferry port, it's walkable too BUT we caught a cab to that side, for 150 pesos. More beach clubs, Senor Frogs, restaurants, boardwalk, etc. Wi-Fi, AC, & communication was good.

Perfect for vacations. Excellent location, close to shops, ATMs, restaurants, on foot. The building is very well equipped, has a complete infrastructure (pool, jacuzzi, gym, office room, 24-hour concierge, private beach with bar and massage room) The apartment is on the first floor with direct access to the pool, nice decoration and well equipped, comfortable beds and air conditioning in all rooms. It has everything you need to rest, relax, enjoy the sun and the heat, just bring your suitcase and ready! Vacationing here was a success! I would definitely come back.

Everything was fine. The depto is spacious, with the pool right in front, comfortable being on the first floor. Very close to 5th avenue and convenience store and other restaurants nearby. Sofia is always very friendly and with excellent communication.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sofia's place. The location is very quiet and relaxing. Bottom floor unit so you just open the slider and you are steps away from the pool. The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for both bathroom and pool use. The location is pretty much at the north end of the Quinta action, but it is just a short walk to 38th street and the Quinta. So you are away from the noise, but close enough to walk to the action. The private beach area is nice, but the seaweed wasn't being cleared so it built up and was a deterrent to wanting to relax in the private beach area. The whole coast is pretty much inundated with seaweed but some places do a better job than others at clearing it. All in all I would recommend Sofia's place and I would definitely stay here again.

The place is very beautiful, clean and has all amenities. Guests are welcome in the building, everything excellent.

A perfect place, location was great and the property was beautiful and clean. Our boys had a blast swimming in the pool and the house had all the necessaries for cooking ect. We would absolutely stay again

The place is amazing, just like in the pictures! It was very easy to find, the check-in was fast, everything was clean ready for us at arrival. Sofia was very nice when we got in touch by messages and shared arrival and check-in instructions right before the start of our stay. Me and my friends had a wonderful time there and will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful and well equipped condo. We loved the space and all of the thoughtful amenities. The view out to the pool and garden is stunning, easy convenient parking included and a great neighborhood full of excellent restaurants and shopping. A quick walk to 5th if you wanted the hustle and bustle but just far enough off to be peaceful and relaxing. 7 11 located right across the street to grab quick snacks or ice. Front desk sold 5 gal water bottles for around 2.50 USD. Awesome to not have to lug water jugs around. Taxi stand right across the street so getting a taxi never a problem. 4-5 USD cab ride to get to the main part of 5th ave. I have stayed at the elements condos several times now and this unit is on par or better than what I have come to expect. Great host great pool and private beach access. What else could you want in Playa.

We were lucky enough to ride out 2020 at this great apartment. Yes, we were here for nearly a year! If you have a choice of where to stay in Playa del Carmen, you should make it The Elements. The staff is completely dedicated to ensuring you have an enjoyable stay here. The grounds perfectly maintained. The pool is incredible -- you have to see it to believe it kind of incredible. There's a private beach club which very few other complexes have. I could go on, but just know, if you are staying anywhere other than The Elements, you're missing out. The gym and business center are also very much appreciated. Sofia's apartment is very nice. Spacious, well-appointed, and has a nice view of the sea. We spent many nights relaxing on the comfortable balcony. Two hurricanes hit while we were here -- Delta and Zeta. The staff did an outstanding job taking care of us and we were only mildly inconvenienced. Many in town were less lucky. We cannot recommend Sofia's apartment enough and are very grateful to Sofia and The Elements staff who made us feel so welcomed.

The place was beautiful inside and out. Very clean and had everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. Water is provided by the front desk for $3 (5 gallon jug) so you don’t have to worry about making a trip and carrying a case back. This was the first trip to Mexico with my children and I felt 100% safe walking around with them. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance and 5th Avenue shopping is only 2 blocks away. The 7/11 is across the street from the condo as well as the police department. I will always come back to this spot from now on! Loved every second of it!

The apartment is very nice, spacious, comfortable, the facilities are very good, has a private beach and a bar with good service, it is very close to mamitas walking along the beach, it has the seven dating and a mini super and restaurants and the fifth very close, I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Sophia’s unit for 6 weeks. It is located in a great area, close to 5th Avenue but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The complex is managed well with friendly staff. The unit is well set up for long stays, the pool and jacuzzi are fantastic. The beach club is great for spending days at. Great gym which we used daily too. You will enjoy your time here, it is a great place.
