First floor has business center with wifi, computer and gym with panoramic view. The space The apartment is completely furnished and decorated, the common room has T.V., cable and internet. The dining room is for 6 people and the kitchen consists of refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, glassware, cutlery and all the necessary items to feel at home. You will enjoy a pleasant stay and a relaxing vacation where you can spend time as a couple, with your family, friends by the sea. Guest access Guests can access the green areas, pool, jacuzzi, private beach, massage area, bar, gym and computer center. Other things to note Less than 1 minute walk away it has 7 eleven, pharmacies, Italian restaurant and breakfast restaurants. 3 minutes away a new restaurant "Ojo de Agua" full of vegetation with healthy and delicious food. At 3 blocks walking there is a mini supermarket, oxxo, fishmonger, greengrocer and fruit shop. In long stays (longer than 1 month) electricity is not included.

Ideal place for family or group, quiet, no noise, accessible parking. Food options nearby and a store for basic things across the street. A few blocks away, there is a 24-hour Soriana for any emergency. From the airport road to the place is like making an “L” easy to get to with the apps. The place with everything you need to prepare food. Laundry service, if you go for 1 week and don't want to carry so many clothes, this way you don't run out of changes. Ideal pool for children, beach clubhouse with an excellent variety of drinks and food. Nearby points of interest Xelha 30 min, Xcaret complex 10 min, airport depends on traffic 30 min as well as Cancun hotel zone 40 min. A few blocks from the tourist area of Playa del Carmen.

Sofia was very attentive. The location is perfect, it has a beach club and you can walk to Quinta Avenida. The place is very quiet and the apartment is a very good size, apart from the one on the first floor, which makes it very comfortable since it is a few steps from the pool. We would definitely stay at this place again.

What a wonderful stay in Playa de Carmen. If you ever want to place that is incredible in every way with easy accessibility to the beach with a private pool and hot tub this your place. Our host was available for every question and responded to our requests and made our vacation perfect.

Sofia is an attentive host and answered us at all times our questions. You can hear it as machines in the washing area, that area is quite neglected, clothesline hooks are needed, garbage bags only at the beginning exist unless cleaning is paid for or bringing your own, the cockroach theme is very serious , they are inside all the electrical appliances in the kitchen (stove,microwave,microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery drawers, dishes , sometimes on the walls) it is not recommended to leave food ever or when preparing for why they are put on the food very fast, they are small and medium. Sometimes they also left the bathrooms, we didn't find hand soap in the bathrooms. Having a washing machine inside is very comfortable and working properly, the beach is effectively leaving the pools. There is a public street. It crosses the street and comes one to the beach. The beach is located next to fishing boats, with people taking and dirty street.

We loved staying at Sophia’s place in Playa del Carmen. The pool and the beach club were amazing perks. We walked every night to dinner at great restaurants. The kids loved it too. Thank you! We hope to return.
