Quinta Palmera

Overview

Hidden in a traditional Mexican town, Quinta Palmera is a peaceful oasis with a magical garden filled with exotic plants. The home features designer furniture by La Metropolitana, contemporary art, books, and tile floors designed by the renowned Oaxaca artist Toledo.

Enjoy time away from the city, reconnect with nature, and relax just 1.5 hours from CDMX. A movie projector, grill, pool, basketball court, and inviting outdoor spaces make the property ideal for families or groups of friends.

The Space

The house includes two service staff members:

• One cook
• One cleaning professional

An additional person must be hired for pool, garden, and outdoor tasks at a cost of $500. This will be arranged for you, as the house functions best with this additional support.

The home provides soft sheets, towels, and pillows for a comfortable stay. A large projector is available for movie nights, and guests may access their own Netflix or Apple TV accounts.

The outdoor area includes a grill for barbecues, a basketball court, hammocks, lounge chairs, and a palapa. The pool can be heated for nighttime swimming at an additional cost.

One of the most enjoyable activities at the house is preparing and sharing meals outdoors. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and supplies.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have private bathrooms.

1. Master bedroom: King-size bed, private living room, bunk bed, and bathroom with a bathtub.
2. Second bedroom: Queen-size bed.
3. Third bedroom: Twin bed and king-size bed.
4. Fourth bedroom: Small room with a bunk bed. This room does not have air conditioning and is located next to the kitchen, so it can be somewhat noisy. It is ideal for children or nannies.

The three main bedrooms have air conditioning. The rest of the house consists of open spaces with ceiling fans.

Staff House

The separate staff house includes:

• One bedroom with two bunk beds and a full bathroom
• One bedroom with one queen-size bed and no private bathroom; the bathroom is shared with the other bedroom

Guest Access

Guests have access to every space on the property.

Staff Assistance

The staff can help purchase groceries and other goods from the local market or nearby stores. They will appreciate receiving a tip at the end of their assistance.

House Rules

• Pets are welcome. Guests are asked to treat the home and its belongings with the same care they would give their own.
• House parties are not permitted. Gatherings are limited to registered guests.
• Please bring insect repellent, as Morelos has mosquitoes.

Additional Fees

• Pool heating: $100 or 2,000 pesos
• Additional guest fee: 200 pesos per day, for a maximum of two additional guests

Pool heating can be paid for directly at the property or by bank transfer.
