Located a short walk from the beach and approximately 2 miles from town, Villa Marbella is a luxury retreat on a quiet cobblestone street in upper Conchas Chinas. The property combines Mexican architecture and décor with clean, contemporary lines. Breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and a range of thoughtful amenities create an inviting setting for a tropical getaway.

The solar-heated infinity pool overlooks the ocean, with palm leaves swaying in the cool sea breeze. Ample lounge chairs provide comfortable spots for relaxing in the sun or shade. The villa’s indoor and outdoor spaces connect seamlessly, while every room offers ocean views and opens onto terraces extending along the length of the house.

Personal chefs can prepare meals on the gas grill. Designed for larger groups, the villa also features a game room with satellite television and a billiards table. Wi-Fi and baby equipment are provided. Reservations include housekeeping, a butler, and a manager.

Villa Marbella’s multilevel layout is designed for comfortable indoor and alfresco living. Cozy cushions, rattan furnishings, and leather furniture create a warm, residential atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is prepared to meet a variety of culinary needs.

The villa’s eight bedrooms accommodate up to 16 guests. Villa Marbella is non-smoking, and children are welcome. Every bedroom includes air conditioning and a ceiling fan, while six bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. Fine linens and thoughtful furnishings ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

Location

Villa Marbella is located a few blocks uphill from the second entrance to upper Conchas Chinas, providing convenient access to the beach and Old Town Vallarta. One of the bay’s prettiest beaches is also located one block downhill from the entrance.

The surrounding area offers shopping, golf, nightlife, and a wide range of water sports beneath the Riviera sun.
