The place is nice and comfortable, but the cleanliness and privacy leave a lot to be desired, since a man showed up without knocking on the door who said he was Beni, telling us that since we were having a good time, my family and I were having a good time because he came in like it was nothing, saying that he was the manager of the house. That's when I told him to go see one of the bathrooms. Everything was covered in urine and the bed covers were very dirty. You could see that they hadn't swept for days. There were also beer cans in a planter. The small garden was very neglected.

Very good place with everything you need to have a great time. The house meets its specifications. However, because it's constantly in use during the season, it has several small issues, such as leaks in showers and bathrooms, and controls without batteries.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house and it is very nice. It is spacious with enough rooms and beds, and it has fans and air conditioning to keep the house cool. The pool has warm water. The only bad thing is that you can feel the lack of maintenance in the house. There are things that have been there since last year and, from my point of view, they are easy to fix: - The air conditioner in one of the rooms is leaking - There are water leaks in the bathrooms - The bathroom in the pool area has no water, and the shower in that bathroom cannot be used to rinse your feet and remove sand before entering the pool -The gate to bring in the cars gets stuck. It's hard to open and close. - The showers have good pressure, but the shower head has scale and the water comes out very poorly. It's difficult to rinse off. The maintenance person doesn't work on weekends, so if you stay for several days including the weekend, the pool will get dirty very quickly.
